La maison de Monica est tout simplement originale, située proche du centre ville (dans un beau quartier de Livourne), spacieuse (nous étions 3), confortable; le jardin d'hiver est génial pour y déjeuner ! C'est une maison avec de beaux volumes et nous nous sommes vite sentis chez nous et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

De host Marco is fantastisch. Zeer behulpzaam. We hadden een gezondheidsdingetje en Marco is toen 's avonds direct iets voor ons gaan halen (we mochten hem niet betalen hiervoor). Het appartement is ruim en licht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Heel goed bed en groot terras met alle privacy. Het appartement ligt heerlijk rustig. We hadden helaas slecht weer waardoor we minder hebben kunnen genieten van alles.

L’appartamento è un vero gioiellino a due passi dal mare, situato in una zona tranquilla e rilassante, proprio come descritto. Pulitissimo, arredato con gusto e dotato di ogni comfort: non manca davvero nulla per trascorrere un soggiorno sereno e piacevole. La doccia, poi, è semplicemente fantastica! Marzia è stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile: mi sono sentita subito a casa… anzi, meglio! Consigliatissimo, tornerò sicuramente.

We had a wonderful few days in this lovely seaside apartment at the beginning of November, and were very lucky with the warm weather so we could make the most of the beach and sunny Terrace. The location was a great base for a day trip to Pisa. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. Federico was a very responsive and helpful host! We‘ll definitely consider a return visit!

This is a great place to stay, especially if your intention is to stay a while, as it is very convenient for the train station. Pisa is a brilliant base for Florence, Lucca and other less well known places. The flat is very well equipped and comfortable. It is near a CarreFour and excellent bakery. Definitely recommend it.

Spędziliśmy cudowne wakacje we wspaniałym miejscu. Apartament był zgodny z opisem a z tarasu mielismy widok na przepiękny basen przy którym mogliśmy wypoczywać. Stefano i Cristian przez cały nasz pobyt byli gotowi nam pomóc gdybyśmy tylko czegoś potrzebowali. Stefano to najlepszy gospodarz i polecam wszystkim pobyt u niego.

Abbiamo soggiornato 5 giorni da Alessandro ci ha accolto di persona ed è stato molto gentile e reattivo con la comunicazione, la casa è come descritto pulita e in ordine con tutto il necessario per trascorrere delle belle vacanze, in pochi minuti a piedi si è in centro dove si trovano negozi e ristoranti, la consiglio sicuramente.

Kan varmt rekommendera detta boende till barnfamiljer! Våra barn älskade polen, och vi njöt av den vackra omgivningen. Ett lugnt och fint ställe som vi gärna vill besöka igen. Frukostbuffén var otroligt lyxig och fräsch, med massor med olika alternativ. Fina lägenheter med sköna sängar. Vi hade en mysig egen uteplats.

"La piccola casa con il giardino completamente recintato era perfetta per il nostro soggiorno. Tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno è arredato con cura e praticità. Cinzia è una padrona di casa incredibilmente gentile e disponibile. Fa di tutto per rendere il soggiorno il più piacevole possibile e risponde immediatamente alle richieste. Siamo rimasti particolarmente colpiti dal frigorifero ben fornito con numerose bevande e cibi. Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni meravigliosi lì con i nostri due cani, che sono stati accolti molto calorosamente. Il Jacuzzi era sempre molto pulito e veniva regolarmente controllato e pulito dalla padrona di casa. Cinzia è sempre disponibile quando serve, ma rispetta anche la privacy dei suoi ospiti. Ci siamo sentiti completamente a nostro agio e possiamo consigliare vivamente la casa.". Era molto bello

séjour très agréable...le logement était propre et confortable...Notre hôte très accueillante et sympathique. Petit bémol le lave vaisselle ne lave correctement et le frigo fait pas trop de froid..... Nous recommandons se logement car proche de pise et des commodités...

A really beautiful house in a very quiet village - comfy beds and lovely touches to the decor. There is a really friendly restaurant 1 minute away and lovely Argentinian neighbours that invited us in for a coffee - would come back for truffle season

Such a lovely little corner of Pisa. The apartment is close to the train station and is quiet/secluded from city noise. It was easy to make ourselves at home and really loved having the luxury of a garden. The apartment was clean and it was lovely to have some cold bottles or water waiting for us in the fridge after a long days travelling. Chiara was an exceptional host. She was super helpful, responsive, and incredibly patient with us. Thanks so much for having us, we already can’t wait to come back!!

A beautiful home in peaceful green surroundings. The house had everything we needed for our stay - including very thoughtful touches like umbrellas we could use and a bottle of wine + cake that waited for us, laundry detergent, and more. Igor was a wonderful host - communicative, helpful, and gave us many great recommendations and tips for things to do in the area. He was available for any question and request. There was a lot of rain during our stay so we didn't get to enjoy the beautiful yard. I highly recommend staying here and would love to visit again.

Gianluca's place was a highlight of our visit to Italy--incredibly quaint and unique, from the decor, to the tiny metal spiral staircase that leads to the downstairs studio, to the open brick features, hard wood tables, nicely rennovated bathrooms, lemon trees outside...the list goes on and on. Gianluca even left a bottle of local wine for us, and some toast bread/ jam, which was appreciated for breakfast. One of the better stocked airBNBs I've staid at, with many spices, coffee, buillon, oil, vinegar, etc. If you are looking for a place with character, this is definitely for you. If you're mobility impaired, do be aware that it might be a good fit, as there are a couple sets of outstairs stairs leading to the door (very charming), and inside the above noted very narrow and unique spiral stairs down to the studio. Also, Gianluca was pretty generous with heating--it took a little while to cool down the upstairs bedrooms, but was very nice to at least not be too chilly.

Il soggiorno è stato breve, ma l’accoglienza nei nostri confronti e nei confronti dei nostri amici a 4 zampe ci ha fatto sentire super coccolati. La casa (enorme) super pulita e curata, un fantastico e bellissimo giardino tutto recintato perfetto per far scorazzare i cani. Per i nostri appuntamenti in zona torneremo sicuramente!

Babette und ihr Mann sind sehr nett und freundlich. Die Wohnung passt sehr gut für 2 Personen, die Küche ist super eingerichtet mit Abwaschmaschine und grossem Kühlschrank. Warme Bettdecken für die kühlere Herbstzeit vorhanden! Sehr schöne, von Reben überwachsene Terrasse. Ausserdem eine kleine zusätzliche Terrasse rückseitig mit Morgensonne, ideal für das Frühstück. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, etwas abseits, umgeben von Reben und Olivenbäumen. Deshalb nicht ganz einfach zu finden. Das letzte Stück Weg führt teilweise durch einen Wald auf unbefestigter Strasse.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, appartamento situato nella via centrale di Pisa a due passi dalla stazione e da tutti i servizi principali. Molto ampio e spazioso, con 3 camere letto separate e 2 bagni. Letti molto comodi. Host molto gentile e sempre disponibile.

домът на Мартино е невероятен ! има всичко необходимо ! прекарахме със семейството ми една страхотна седмица на товя място ! препоръчвам на всеки, много тих и спокоен дом ,с паркинг само за нас ,въобще всичко беше невероятно!

Logement accueillant, bien équipé, quartier paisible. La terrasse est agréable. À proximité d’un charmant village pittoresque sur les auteurs d’une colline. Ce logement est idéalement situé pour visiter la Toscane, à égale distance de Florence et Pise notamment. Je recommande :)

La casa di Martina e Paolo è un bellissimo posto dove trascorrere una vacanza all’insegna della confluenza dell’acqua. La casa si trova ai piedi di piccole cascate del vecchio mulino, un posto naturalistico unico. Il borgo della frazione di Calci è altrettanto caratteristico e comodo se siete amanti delle passeggiate in natura. È un’ottima base sia per visitare Pisa, ma anche per un salto al mare. La casa è molto curata, equipaggiata con tutto quello che serve, spazi comodi e soprattutto molto molto pulita. Consigliatissima!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral! Zum Bahnhof Pisa Centrale kommt man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß, wo wir nach Lucca und Florenz fuhren. Pauline war immer schnell erreichbar und gab uns unzählige tolle Tipps :) Leider haben uns nachts die Mücken sehr genervt, obwohl das Fenster immer verschlossen war. (fiese Dinger)

the apartment itself was exactly as described and looked like the pictures. we had booked this place as somewhere to rest our head as we planned to visit surrounding areas. the buses make it easy and convenient to get into the centre of pisa and see everything. the views from the apartment were exceptional and there was plenty to do around there ( restaurants are plentiful however, mostly sea food. ) overall we had a wonderful stay and would stay again if ever we decide to visit pisa again.
