Newly renovated lakefront property with some of the best sunsets on Houghton Lake. 3 bedrooms (6beds), two full bathrooms are perfect for multi family stays. Family friendly accommodation with many amenities (kayak, paddle boards, fire pit, swimming ) to relax and unwind with your loved ones! The sleeping layout has a king bed in two of the rooms, and two bunk beds in the third room. Bunks are Full beds on bottom (ok for adults), and twin beds on top, only good for people under 140lbs

The guest cottage (sleeps 2), is SEASONAL and open May 1st-October 15th. 75 feet of lakefront awaits you + a sandy beach. HUGE deck: pergola & outdoor couches + tons of seating. Traeger grill. Kayaks (2-adult, 2-kid), SUP, and pedal boat; Connect 4, cornhole, croquet, fire pit for bonfires. Shuffleboard + infinity game table.

The beach is sandy with no sea wall & perfect for swimming! The beach and dock are shared with 3 other cabins. ORV trailhead is very close (we ride to the trailhead from the cottage), plus snowmobile trails, and state land. Public boat launch under 3 miles away.
