What an absolute gem of a place! The outdoor area was so clean and manicured and private. It felt like it was our own little paradise. It is right by a road, but the cabin is hidden from it and the road is not busy at all. The inside was so clean and cute and stylishly decorated. The kitchen was well stocked. We made our dinner there and it had everything we needed. The hot tub was wonderful and we enjoyed it after dark under the string lights with the sounds and smells of the country surrounding us. I would recommend this to anyone needing a getaway. We would love to come back!

We had such a relaxing visit at this cabin for our anniversary. The hot tub was amazing and the space was perfect for a quick one night much needed get away. Patience was very helpful with everything. We will book again!

Beautiful place! Everything was just as described and we had a great time. The place was great and everything was super fun.

This property is lovely and very nicely decorated. We really enjoyed staying a couple nights here playing games, hot tubing, and hiking nearby. We had a couple hiccups. Kitchen faucet handle stuck a little and so we couldn't get water to flow. Owner sent someone immediately and it seems we just weren't pulling it hard enough (sorry, didn't want to break it). Also, the wifi password in the instruction had a typo but we figured it out nonetheless. Also, can opener didn't work well (kind of broke) so hard to open our corned beef hash for breakfast. Other than that, accommodations, accessories, and all else was great and home owners were responsive. Thank you.

Our stay was fabulous!! We were very sad to leave. The house was very relaxing for our out of town getaway. We unfortunately did not use the kayaks due to the chilly weather, but we enjoyed using the hot tub and walking around the neighborhood/lake area. We already can’t wait to come back again! Thank you to Alissa and Mathias for all of their hard work and care! :)

I had the best 34th birthday. Very clean and peaceful I loved the hot tub. The shower and jetted tub was amazing. This cabin is just what I needed and wanted. The host was amazing simple and clear instructions any time I txted them it was a response giving back thank yall for that

We had a lovely overnight stay! Everything was exactly as pictured. We had everything we needed to cook a delicious meal using the pots/pans/utensils provided in the kitchen. The extra snacks were a nice touch (we couldn’t resist trying the popcorn) and the stock of coffee/creamer was a huge plus since we forgot to bring our own for the morning. We greatly enjoyed the peaceful surroundings from the back patio and hot tub. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space!

This stay was beautiful and peaceful. We were able to have a fire inside and outside - it made our experience even more cozy! All amenities listed were there + extras! The hosts were extremely helpful and incredibly quick to respond. This cabin is ideal for privacy, more “off grid” vibes, outdoor nature activities, and creating memories with the people you’re with. Every part of this home was comfy and homey - yet designed to impress (which is so rare to have both!). We had a great stay and would absolutely recommend it to those who are wanting a more off grid get-away/stay and enjoys nature! Beautiful views everywhere! Being pet friendly is even more of a plus. Photos do not do this place justice. This cabin was absolutely gorgeous. My husband, 2 kids, dog and I enjoyed our weekend away to celebrate my birthday in nature. I can see us coming back to visit any time of year. The driveway is steep and the last bit of road leading up to the house is gravel, 4wd would be needed in the wintertime. I loved that we could bring our dog with us on this trip. The house did not smell like other animals at all, it was spotless and looked brand new! Hot tub and fire pit were a great added bonus. We honestly loved this place so much, we asked Alison if she would consider selling 🤣 This location is only a short hour-long trip from Pittsburgh and felt so peaceful, it was the perfect weekend getaway. We will absolutely be back!

what an awesome view going down the driveway to the cabin. Quiet,cozy and relaxing. Fishing was great. Small mouth bass and bluegill was what I was catching. We seen wild turkeys and deer and lots of different birds. Host was great in keeping in touch with us and the cabin was stocked up very well. We will definitely be going back! Thanks appreciate it! This was the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in and I have stayed in quite a few. We would definitely come back here I can’t recommend it highly enough however, if you don’t do stairs the bathroom is downstairs and the bedroom is upstairs. Didn’t bother me or my husband it was lovely and as described just thought you should know. Will absolutely come back

A perfect hideaway for the two of us and our furbabies! The bed was very comfortable, the cabin was very clean and we loved the decor. Christiane made us feel so welcome at check in, and provided us with lots of local information. A wonderful café and also a general store with pizza are easily walkable from here. Thank you for a wonderful getaway!

This was our second time staying here and the cabin had been remodeled on the inside. It was great before, but the updates are beautiful! There are thoughtful touches everywhere. The kitchen is fully stocked. We cooked every night and never were lacking in what we needed. And the property is beautiful. We will definitely be coming back again!

Mark helped us out with our reservation pretty late in the evening as we were in a predicament that required us to leave our previous accommodation. Super thankful for his flexible and motivated acceptance of us showing up to the listing after 8PM.

The location was beautiful, both inside and outside. We had an amazing stay, asides from the shower, which is not mounted, and the balcony door, which the owners said they were going to fix. Aside from these small issues, everyone was great!

Susan as a host was amazing. We made the trip with 4 kids, two pre-teen, a toddler and a newborn. It was a great space for our family. I would say, it’s not toddler friendly due to the unique pieces of furniture and bar area where there are a lot of beautiful wine glasses hanging low. We had to do a quick toddler-proofing run through once we arrived so that we didn’t break any of their thoughtfully appointed decor. Internet speed was surprisingly fast given how far out it was. Also, we were there all week and aren’t huge fans of eating out so I can’t speak to the convenience of any local restaurants but Whole Foods delivered to us and that was a massive and unexpected convenience! Overall, really loved the location and the space.

3rd and extended stay at Jody's.... I just love the unassuming location and privacy and right at home feel when you walk in the door.... always exceptionally clean and i got to experience the Snow Globe effect of watching the Snow amongst the wall of windows .... for DoorDash users like myself, no issues in finding the location. And Jody yet again is responsive and caring and hospitable to any needs or concerns. When I'm in Ohio this is where I aim to stay..... youll appreciate all the amenity touches and comforts .... Thanks again 🙌🏼

House was comfortable, well stocked in all rooms. Large enough for our family group. Kids enjoyed the golf frisbee (in the snow), hike to the lake, and upstairs loft. Dining table large enough to eat, then play cards and games. Living room spacious enough to watch t.v. for us all. 4 bathrooms, laundry room, Alexa, internet, and comfy beds added to our stay. Mike answered quickly my texts before our stay and the call during our stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay … such a beautiful home in a beautiful and calm location. I was very impressed with the location, layout, with the facilities, and the cleanliness of the cabin. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a safe, calm, comfortable home away from home ♥️

This cabin was so perfect and a lovely find!! We are local to the area but wanted somewhere fun and different to stay for our wedding weekend. My bridesmaids and I also used the space to get ready during the day and Mary was incredibly accommodating and everything was beyond perfect. The location is stunning and so peaceful. We loved our stay at this cabin! We wanted somewhere on the lake that we would be able to drop our kayaks in and this was perfect. The sunrise over the lake was stunning! The cabin is so cute and cozy. We would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area!
