You will have access to the entire studio. Laundry room is on same floor down the hallway. Parking lot at rear of building accessible from 442 West 39th. Exit thru the alley. PARK IN ASSIGNED SPOT #10

I get a lot of questions about the security deposit. You're not charged the security deposit unless there are damages.
Park in our lot IN SPOT #10 ONLY. Do not park in front of our neighbors wooden garages or in private spots that say no parking.
If at our sole discretion we find that you had cigarettes, vaporizers or smoked at all Inside the unit, you will be charged $250 for cleaning.
The host has many other places and same in the same building!

Checkout checklist:

It's quiet except for sounds from the beach! Yep, being so close to the beach is great but during the summer months the beach does tend to get a little noisy- so bring ur earplugs if your a light sleeper! It's close to everything in LA. It's a great stop for the following, but not limited to, those traveling the coast, taking a cruise out of the harbor, Long Beach Convention, or a wedding at Terrenea Resort. No crimes in the area last I looked. Its located in a unique little corner of coastal San Pedro called Point Fermin. You'll notice, driving down Pacific, how it changes from the downtown area to the beachy end town. Tons of movies and tv shows are filmed in the area. Definitely check out my guidebook which I spent hours on putting together which has all my recommended places to go to in the area.

You most likely won't see me but I'm always available via Airbnb's messaging system. And if you can't catch me there then shoot me a text!
If housekeeping needs to make a visit, they will knock and enter.
You might run into residents of the building, The Riviera, so when you do, say "Hi!" With the access codes, there's no need to meet me. You can come and go as you please. Check-in yourself, anytime after 3pm. Ask for access codes & arrival info within 24hrs of arrival. Becareful, if you decide to sit on the balcony & take advantage of the view, do so before 9pm as a talking voice travels thru the windows of my neighbors bedrooms.
