Our house is a typical istrian stone house, situated in the center of a small charming Istrian village Brtonigla. Renovated with love and care, its warm interior will embrace you with the feeling of belonging and make you feel at home.

El alojamiento
Our house is a typical istrian stone house, completely renovated in 2010, situated in the center of a small Istrian village Brtonigla.
The house is semi-detached and consists of three floors connected with interior staircase. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with dining room and one toilet, on the first floor a large and cosy living room and the bathroom with bathtub, and on the second floor two double bedrooms of which one has the access to a nice balcony and the other one is overlooking the beautiful Adriatic sea.
On the guest´s disposition is the fully equipped kitchen, use of the SAT-TV, air condition, wireless internet access, parking place, washing machine, hair dryer, bed linen and towels. There is a travel crib upon request and free of charge available.
The house is situated directly on the main street through the village, but not with much traffic. Neraby there are few caffe bars, two restaurants, a pizzeria, two supermarkets, a bank and a post office. For everything else there are two bigger cities: Novigrad, at about 9 km and Umag, about 12 km away. The nearest beach is only 7 km away and nearby you can find many natural, cultural and historical sights: the beautiful cave Mramornica not more than 2 km from our house, the city of Poreč with it´s gorgeous Euphrasian basilica at 25 km, the pearl of the Adriatic sea Rovinj at 55 km, the ancient Pula at 75 km and the unique picturesque villages Grožnjan, Momjan, Oprtalj, Motovun and many more in the round of 20 km. The house is situated only 5 km from the family water park - aquapark Istralandia, which opened its door in June 2014.

For a relaxing vacation or a simple getaway away from the crowded everyday, but still close to everything you need, this house is a perfect choice!
