You will certainly be comfortable in this 5 Bedroom Home with 3 Queen Beds, 1 Single, 1 King Single and a cot. The home is nearby to a walking pathway leading to the local neighborhood supermarket and Liquor store in one direction and a playground in the other. Recently( Sept 2019) updates begun on this home with walls rendered on the outside, new garage door, new common area flooring and some other additions. We anticipate further updates in the new year.

El alojamiento
Well laid out five bedroom brick veneer house with timber floating floor and apoxy floors throughout. Rooms consist of 3 queen beds, 1 King single bed, 1 single bed and 1 cot. The master bedroom has an ensuite. Flowing from the spacious family room is a brick paved outdoor entertainment area. There is garage space for one car and space for two more cars in the driveway. Situated in a quiet court about two-and-a-half kilometres from the CBD, there is a bus stop around the corner and a supermarket/ Liquor store and a children's playground a few minutes stroll away through the park at the end of the court.

CORONA VIRUS - We are committed to thoroughly cleaning the inside of the property, as well as all bedding. We suggest you bring your own pillows during this time. However pillows will be in cupboards should you require them.

PETS - We have a strict NO PET'S policy. Sorry folks this is a rule we will not budge on, we love animals however we don't love repairing and replacing the damage pets have caused us in the past.

PARTIES & GATHERINGS - No and No. Halls can be hired, Pubs, restaurants, Cafe's are available locally for these events and even better they are equipped. We are not. We supply what our Guests need in the house to live comfortably, we do not supply for your extra guests.

SMOKING - Not in the house please. We are non smokers and respect the fact you choose to smoke, Please respect the fact that it MUST be done outside.

GENERAL HOUSEKEEPING - We charge you a $80 cleaning fee, which is to partially pay the hire of our wonderful cleaners to clean after you depart. Our cleaning bill is actually alot higher than $80 and so we ask that you do a general clean up prior to leaving. It doesn't need to be perfect but simple things like washing your dishes, Running your rubbish out to the correct bin, wacking a load of towels in the washing machine or removing your bed linen can be a massive help. So thank you in advance if you can help out some.

SNEAKING IN EXTRA GUESTS - Sadly we have been aware of times this has occurred. NO persons are to enter the house unless they have been declared as guests through Airbnb. This is an insurance factor and unlisted guests are not covered so while we have not wanted to put cameras up around the house like many of our fellow Airbnb hosts have done, we are currently looking into the installation at the entry points. We will update this information once cameras are installed.
