Hi,welcome to here.You can use one private room and one shared bathroom and dining table,if you want。
Just remind you a few notes:
1,If guests have friends here in NYC,I understand you both want to meet up,but please arrange the place outside,your room or anywhere in my home is not that right place.So sorry about that.
2,Please DONT throw any paper ,paper tissue ,female pads,or hair and so on ,into the toilet,you know the construction here,toilet always is weak。
3，Everything in your room and bathroom ,you can use them.including hair dryer,female pads,shampoo,conditioner,comb...
4•This is just family hotel,if you hope facility like HOTEL room,you and me both will be disappointed .
5•The time to check in and check out is after 3 pm and before 12pm.If you want to drop off your luggages ,just start 7:30,or you have late flight here ,the time to check in simple till 10pm,not late anymore!If you order my room before you read it,I just have other way to solve problem instead of waitting till late night.
6•You of course CAN cook,use microwave or stove,but TELL US in advance.
I will make more for you a private,neat,comforable ,special home in NYC,and I still need your supporting and cooperation.
