El alojamiento
This adorable tiny house is a rural oasis and a wonderful retreat on its own or as a base camp for exploring the Eastern Shore of Virginia. Featured as a unique home in Coastal Virginia Magazine, the cottage is 225 square feet, yet feels larger due to a cathedral ceiling, spacious full bath, and plenty of natural light. Sleeps three. Say goodbye to noise, traffic, and light pollution, and drink in wide open spaces and a big starry sky. Located on the Delmarva Peninsula, this quaint cabin is 1.5 hours north of Virginia Beach and Norfolk area, and 3 hours south of Washington DC. There is a main house on the property where the owner lives with her family.

You can coincide your stay with a NASA rocket launch on Wallops Island (you can see them from here). Go biking, kayaking/paddle boarding, book a boat ride, or ditch any plans and simply breathe in the quiet country air. Star gazing is top notch.

Grab a drink, sit a spell, and soak in the lovely marsh and creek view behind the main house. Roam the 50 acre property. Visit the chicken coop, bike/walk/jog to the boat landing, enjoy the fire pit, and relax in the hammock. The outdoor shower behind the red house is heavenly. The main house, canoe, and kayak are off-limits.

Durante tu estancia
As much as needed. I am a guide on the side. I will stay out of your way but am available for anything you may need. I can recommend restaurants, things to do, or hook you up with personal guides or boat rides for a sunset cruise, fishing or a day trip to the beach. A printed guide is also provided for my favorite local spots.
