We would firstly like to say that we hope that all our guests are safe and sound, and would like to put their minds at ease that we are taking every precaution humanly possible to ensure that our Apartments are as sterile as possible!
We have implemented the following procedures already:
1. Following guidelines from local authorities;
2. Staff have been provided training and information regarding COVID 19;
- [ ] Steralising common facilities throughout the day;
1. Steralising apartments between guests;
2. Staff are instructed as to how to steralize properly and safely;
3. Staff steralize between interacting with guests;
4. Staff sterilize between transactions;
5. Increased focus on hand hygiene by all staff;
6. Increased cleaning and hygiene protocols
7. Regular disinfection of exposed surfaces such as door handles, card terminals and elevator buttons with anti-bacterial liquids;
8. Offer disinfectant dispensers in public areas to our guests;
9. We have switch our products to Pre approved disinfectants;
10. We have added disinfectants when washing laundry; and
11. If we are alerted or suspect a case of COVID-19 at one of our apartments, we immediately work with the relevant health authorities to obtain the facts and guidance on steps to take with both guests and associates. We undertake an additional cleaning and disinfecting protocol of the common areas of the hotel as well as the areas we know the guest has been during their stay. In addition, the hotel seals the guest’s room (e.g., preventing entry by staff or others) and undertakes a room recovery protocol that is designed to disinfect everything in the room including sanitizing the air.


Please take not we are in an industrial but it is very safe.
We can organize you transport at an additional cost. In the event you require transportation services please contact the host directly and payment is required upfront. These charges will have to be paid for separately and via EFT.
We also provide cleaning services at an additional cost. Please request cleaning services from Hani, our manager, payment can be made in cash or via EFT for these services.
The apartments are not serviced and we do not provide any meals on site. However, we do have a number of delivery services where we can order you food from for you.
