J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Sébastien et Elise ! Le logement est très lumineux, avec un design moderne et soigné, il offre un cadre de vie agréable et chaleureux. La proximité du métro est un vrai plus pour se déplacer facilement dans Paris. Le logement est à 10 minutes à pied du Canal St Martin et du Canal de l'Ourcq, parfaits pour se balader ou se détendre. Les halles Pajol, plus haut dans la rue, étant pratiques pour boire un verre ou manger. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui cherchent un logement confortable et bien situé !

Die Wohnung liegt in der einer wunderbaren, belebten Gegend, toller Startpunkt für Erkundungen der Stadt in alle Richtungen. Gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Der Louvre ist zu Fuß nur 10 Minuten entfernt. (Frühstücksempfehlung: Café Du Centre um die Ecke. Eigentlich eine Empfehlung für den ganzen Tag.) Das Haus ist groß, sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Trotz der belebten Umgebung ist die großzügige Wohnung sehr ruhig und toll zum Ausruhen. Der Balkon mit Blick auf die Eiffelturmspitze ist umwerfend. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig, neu und sehr geschmackvoll. Alles ist sehr sauber und im Überfluss vorhanden. Wir haben uns gleich bei Betreten der Wohnung sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos! Die Kommunikation mit Brigitte war sehr nett. Zeitnahe Antworten und flexible Möglichkeiten. Alles einfach perfekt. Wir können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank an Brigitte!

This Airbnb apartment was a perfect match for me and my family. It was right in the city and on a high floor. It was quiet, peaceful and private. The apartment was very clean, and the many books and beautiful art add lots of character to the place. There is a fully stocked kitchen too with a very good electric stove. The view of the Seine River and the twinkling Eiffel Tower every night is an amazing memory that my 7 and 10 yr olds will never forget for their first visit to Paris. I was with my kids of course every time they stepped on the balcony. Greg was attentive to any questions we had. He greeted us and gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations. The Metro and RER are so close. This location is unbeatable! We will miss Paris and Greg’s place very much. Thank you Greg!

Recommend this place very highly, host very responsive and area lovely and quiet. Walk to the train session under 20 mins and travel links in Paris are so good it's a great spot to stay. Lots of shops near by and the area is very affordable

Benoit is a great host. He is very responsive to our request and questions. He will respond within 5 min. Additional supplies were delivered in couple of hours. Very efficient. Instructions to get to the place and check-in is fantastic. Saved us the trouble to look around for the building. The apartment looks exactly like the photos published. Bedrooms are roomy and lots of storage available. Living and dining rooms spaces are reasonable. Overall is a great place for value. I am highly recommend this place if you don't mind to spend 30 minutes to go into Paris center.

This warm and cozy apartment was within walking distance to bus, rail, grocery markets, restaurants and more. The kitchen, while tiny, was functional and had everything we needed. We were 2 couples and found both the bed and fold out sofa very comfortable! Note that when there are 2 couples, the lounge becomes a 2nd generously sized bedroom and no longer a functional lounge. This was perfect for our needs as we only used the apartment to occasionally eat, sleep& change to go adventuring 😊 As for parking, outside the flat there's some free blue lined areas for evenings only until 9am. However if you head to the side streets near the train station, there are white lined (or no lined) sections with free parking. We did this on our first morning (15min walk) & left it there for our stay. The apartment, while a little worn, was perfectly priced for what it does offer. The host was friendly, helpful & a great communicator. We would happily use this apartment again if we go back to Paris!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb as a family of four with two young kids. The location was perfect—just a 5-minute walk to the Champ de Mars, which meant we could easily visit the Eiffel Tower multiple times and take plenty of photos both during the day and at night. The kids loved it, and we now have so many beautiful family pictures to remember the trip by. The apartment itself was quiet, cozy, and spacious enough for our family. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made it easy to prepare breakfast and snacks for the kids. There were also plenty of grocery stores, bakeries, and cafes nearby, so everything we needed was within walking distance. Getting around the city was very convenient from this location, and the host was incredibly kind and responsive, making our first trip to Paris smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend this place to other families visiting Paris—we’d definitely love to stay here again!

the place was so clean and well organized. If you are traveling with small children the place is well prepared with all amenities! we loved it here with our family as it was like our home.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. Very nice house, charmingly decorated, and with a host with nice communication and flexibility. We sleep very well and the only pity was that we were not able to use the speakers in the house, but anything else was perfect for our group of friend stay

This is a perfect place for a short stay in Paris. It is very convenient for the metro line, just a 5 minute walk. There are good restaurants nearby and the house is in close proximity to a supermarket and boulangerie. The host and hostess were most welcoming, even coming around with croissants on our first morning. The house is spacious and very clean - it is equipped with all the mod-cons. We would be delighted to stay there again.

Ma famille et Moi, nous avons passer un très beau séjour. Le logement était très propre et bien rangé. Michou nous a bien accueilli. Il est resté réactif du début à la fin de notre séjour. Michou a même mis à notre disposition les biens essentiels du quotidien. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié on s’est senti comme chez nous. Je recommande fortement.

Rien ne manque dans ce charmant pavillon. Spacieux, aménagé avec goût, il peut accueillir une famille. Situé dans un quartier calme, plutôt proche de la gare (5 mn en voiture ou 1/4h en bus), on trouve facilement une place de parking à proximité. Merci à Pierre, propriétaire attentif et réactif à nos sollicitations. On recommande cette location.

The apartment was very comfortable and was also in a great area of Paris. Such easy access to grocery stores and bakeries many recommended by the host too. Views are amazing and a very well appointed kitchen. Our host also was very accommodating with us when timing and plans changed and assisted us with holding our luggage in the apartment on our day of departure. Made our stay in Paris super comfortable with enough room for the whole family.

First off, the view of the Eiffel Tower in the pictures is not over-rated. Viewing the tower from the balcony at the end of each day was a highlight of our trip. The apartment was as described. There was ample space for our family of 3. The living room and open dining / kitchen space provided a comfortable space to wind down in the evening after touring. A quality barista machine provided a good start to the day. The best part was how responsive and flexible Gregory was with us. I made an error on dates when booking (totally my fault) and Gregory worked with me to quickly resolve it. Any other time we reached out to Gregory, he was very prompt in responding. He was also proactive in telling us useful information about the unit and neighborhood.

Brilliant communication with Michael. We loved his beautiful apartment. it was our first time staying in a home in Paris, instead of a hotel and we are so glad we found his place! You step inside and are transported into an artist's home, full of beauty. I was inspired by the paintings. Thank you!

Wow this place is such a gem! Super clean, cozy, so much charm, great location, quiet at night, very friendly host. We had everything we needed, and more. The apartment has a great book, art and music collection. We were 3 people and didn’t feel crowded at all with one person sleeping on the living room pull out. The curtains were very cool. Sometimes you can hear the faintest sound of someone else in the apartment building playing piano (they play very well) and that was the sweetest touch. We noticed a group of elderly neighbors get together outside to practice qi gong every morning - even in the winter! Neighbors walk their dogs along the canal. It’s all very romantic. We also fell in love with the restaurant l’Atmosphere which is around the corner. Overall fantastic stay. Will absolutely return, thank you!

Première expérience à Montrouge est la ville est totalement charmante et paisible ! Il y fait bon vivre. Le logement proposé est nickel et très bien situé à proximité du métro pour nos petites escapades à Paris. On s’y sent comme chez soi et l’hôte est très réactif et arrangeant ! Nous reviendrons sûrement pour nos prochains voyages sur la région Parisienne 😁
