Both the owner and the staff are very cooperative and it didn’t feel like a transactional conversation. They were extremely friendly and very helpful. The place has a nice swimming which the kids didn’t want to get out of. Overall a pleasant experience!

I stayed twice in their property. Himani & Shekhar are helpful, proactive, and have carefully crafted their properties. The villa is aesthetic. Starting from the choice of books in the room to the furnishing in wardrobe, kitchen and, washroom is crafted with minute details. I have rarely received hospitality of this level in AirBnBs in India. It was a very pleasant stay. Thank you!

This was a fantastic stay in Delhi that accommodated us with comfort throughout our entire trip. We needed a place to stay for a few weeks and we were lucky to have found Vaibhav's property. Vaibhav was very easy host to communicate with, constantly checked up on us, and ensured that we had everything we needed during our stay. The space itself was fairly spacious, the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, the kitchen was equipped with the essentials, and the balcony provided us with a pleasant view of the park across from it. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Delhi with a very helpful host.

Everything was perfect and as described

Anu was always responsive and so kind in making arrangements for us. The place is roomy and everything was as described. There was some noise from planes flying overhead but it did not bother us, we slept very well. Anu’s place is well worth a visit and you could not find a better host.

I have had a wonderful stay at the Quaint Penthouse. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures. The staff was extremely communicative. The location has proximity to the best places of Delhi, which made city exploration easy. Naushad made all efforts to ensure a comfortable time. If you are someone who’s seeking a quiet, clean, and a homely stay, this one will end your hunt.

This is an amazing high end duplex apartment which is even better than it looks in the pictures. The host was super responsive and there were helpers and a cleaner available to make our stay comfortable. The please is a short walk from the famous M block GK 2 market. There is also a nice park next to the apartment for your quick morning walks. All in all a super duper stay and highly recommended.

I would honestly give this higher than 5 star if I could. Such a beautiful home and amazing service prior to and throughout our stay. We visited as an extended family of 11, including seniors and kids between 3-12. It was perfect for everyone, great location for shopping, food and just taking in some Delhi life. We used it as an ideal base for day trips to the Taj Mahal in Agra, Mathura and to Akshardham (which was only about 30 mins away by cab). The home itself was very clean and spacious with all the facilities and amenities we could ask for. The hosts were very attentive and friendly as were the staff. It’s not one to be missed, and this would certainly be my first choice for any future Delhi visits.

We had such a peaceful and lovely stay. The place is clean, cozy and surrounded by a calm vibe that made it perfect for a relaxing getaway. Neha was very accommodating and made sure our requests were taken care of. Truly a great experience.

Le quartier est calme et l'hôte très attentionné. C'est un excellent rapport qualité prix. Pour les étrangers, il faut bien regarder le plan pour trouver l'appartement car beaucoup de rues se ressemblent. (Sur google map on peut voir une rivière pas loin mais en fait elle n'existe plus). Et même les chauffeurs de tuk tuk sont parfois assez perdus. De plus, une partie du quartier est fermé le soir mais il y a la possibilité de passer par une autre rue. Il y a pas mal de boutiques à Defence Colony, en particulier des pharmacies, des petites épiceries et un bureau de change. L'appartment n'est pas très loin de la gare Hazrat Nizamuddin ce qui est idéal pour aller à Agra.

it was great experience to stay at this place along with family. it was like at home. Kriti was very helpful starting from the booking on airbnb. Got very quick reply for any query. Very proactive update on location, time of arrival and other related information. On checkin everything was very well explained. All basic things required to stay there are available and welll maintained. We booked the complete house for 8 people and it was quite comfortable. I strongly recommend this for family stay. Place is also very quiet. Very much approachable from central Delhi locations ( 10-20 mins).
