This Airbnb was perfect!! It slept a lot of people comfortably. The location could not have been better, right in the middle of everything which made it easy to always walk. Communication was 10/10 as well prior to check in and during our stay. We needed something fixed and it was done within the hour. I highly recommend and definitely will book again!

Great space for my family. We stayed two months and had no problems whatsoever. Susan communicated really well, and everything was clear regarding check in and check out. We loved walking to Wright’s Barbecue and Media Luna for eats or drinks. Also, Confident Coffee had a nice space for working and wonderful baked goods. There is a cool Aquarium store within walking distance. Felt safe. Had no problems. It was a nice, quiet, clean complex.

This is a lovely large half of a duplex in a quiet neighborhood close to the university. It worked out especially well for us -- four adults and two children -- because we have family who live around the corner. The grandparents stayed upstairs in a spacious suite and the parents and kids had two bedrooms and two baths downstairs. It is very well-equipped and very comfortable. We had to put a lot of breakable beautiful things away in closets because we arrived with toddlers, but except for that, it was perfect with kids. There were even toys for them, which our grandkids really enjoyed and their mom appreciated. Bathtub also a plus with kids. The host is very responsive and happy to answer any questions. We hope to stay there again if we have another family gathering. We love Fayetteville -- both easy to get around and fun. The downtown square was magically lit for the holidays!

We had a great stay! The location is nicely tucked away (private), but at the same time, very conveniently positioned for all of the major areas of Fayetteville. The hosts were very proactive making sure the stay went well.

Our trip started on a rough note with a car breakdown and 1am arrival, our hosts were with us every step and very responsive through our arrival. The stay was perfect, the location is close to town, very walkable and rideable to all the local trails. The space is equipped with the basics you need for a stay and despite the walls being thin we had very respectable neighbors. Overall a great stay and would recommend and come again!

It felt like home. We had a large group and there were plenty of places to visit, play games, play darts and corn hole. The guys thought the TV was amazing! It was perfect: clean, up-to-date, great location. The hosts have thought of everything. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We'll be back.

Great place in a great location! Very convenient to the Ledger and Downtown Square. Exactly what I was looking for when I was there for work for the week!

Kailee’s bnb was exactly what we were looking for for our staycation! It’s super close to downtown and has a lot of really nice restaurants and fun activities close by. We felt right at home and had no complaints about the space. Katie did a beautiful job making sure the apartment was stocked with anything you would need for a short stay. It was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. I will 10/10 be staying here again in the future!

This was a last minute need that Hannah fulfilled without any problems. Hannah was so responsive and worked with me on a check-in time and was super friendly. The place was also just like the photos and descriptions and felt clean and welcoming. I'd stay again.

Wonderful stay! Easy access to trials, restaurants and tourist sites. Squeaky clean and classy space. Amazing & restful beds! Perfect space for relaxing and getting cozy. Leila’s place has tons of space, well appointed kitchen and all the comforts of home. Grateful for a lovely stay! Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Pedal Inn 5. 8th St Market was easily walkable with our children for dinner and drinks. They had free plays being performed at The Momentary and the kids enjoyed the large boulder for climbing. It was super easy to access the Greenway and all of the bike trails. We were able to ride bikes to everything downtown had to offer as well. Lisa was great to work with and responded to all of my questions very quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

Home was spacious, clean, peaceful, and in a great location. Walkable to dining, entertainment, and downtown. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place in Bentonville.

We liked the fact the two bedrooms were separated by the living space on the second floor. Also like the easy walk to the square. The place was clean, homey and quiet.

Great spot to take advantage of nearby activities at University of Arkansas and downtown Fayetteville. We were able to walk to both of those locations.

Kelli was very good about keeping us informed about a situation. She was quick to respond to us and her house was cozy and comfortable!

Condo was very clean and decks were very nice. Kitchen was stocked with cooking needs, pans and a great selection of spices!

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! We had an amazing stay at this property! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The beds were super cozy, and the neighborhood was incredibly quiet and safe, yet conveniently located near shops & restaurants. Our host (Amanda) was friendly and responsive, providing clear check-in instructions. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, coffee, super fast wifi, and even a detailed welcome note. This spot felt like a true home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great space for 3 couples to enjoy all Bentonville has to offer. Close to everything and very walkable. Great coffee shop and dining nearby. Clean and had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. Looking forward to visiting again!

The townhouse looks even better in person. it's a beautiful place. we needed to reach out to the host for a quick question. they were very responsive and helpful. we were in town for a concert at the momentary and it is super close, easy walk. would not hesitate to stay here again.

Cathleen and Wiley were amazing hosts!! I needed to rent an Airbnb for friends coming to a destination wedding and communication was easy and seamless. They were kind and the home was super! I loved the detailed instructions too for both check in and check out, and the proximity to running trails was a bonus!!

Enjoyed our stay while in town for my niece’s wedding! Very close to the Chapel

A very clean house and quiet location. Like a mile to downtown restaurants and Crystal Bridges Art Museum. It is a duplex, but next door people were quiet and no problems.
