We enjoyed our stay here during a quick trip to experience a football game in Fayetteville! Upon arrival, the door code provided to us was incorrect but the host quickly responded with a backup code. Overall, the space was clean and exactly as described. Thanks for everything!

Ela's place was great and worked out perfectly! Being directly across the street from U of Ark campus, I was able to easily spend good quality time with my son and friends without having to drive much or cram into a dorm or hotel room. Easy walks around campus and to games. The two room space was very clean, comfortable and roomy (no unnecessary clutter). Self checkin was a breeze with clear emailed instructions and communication with Ela via text (only that I had checked in and confirm # of parking spaces) was answered immediately. I'm certain I'll be returning. Thanks for your attention to detail Ela!

We had an amazing stay at The FayYard Condo! 🐗 The location was perfect—close to the University of Arkansas, Baum-Walker Stadium, and walking distance to some of our favorite restaurants like Taco & Tamale, Wood Stone Pizza and Arsaga’s. The home was spotless and had everything we needed. Each bedroom had its own private bathroom, which gave us all plenty of space. The kitchen was clean and perfect for gathering around the island, and we even enjoyed some of the board games provided, such a great extra touch. We loved sitting out on the balcony to enjoy the Fayetteville weather. Parking was super easy, right in front of the property. The host was very responsive and kindly accommodated our early check-in. We also appreciated the little touches of Razorback pride throughout the home—Wooo Pig Sooie! ❤️ Great value, great location, and such a smooth stay from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area—we’ll definitely be back!

The place was just as pictured. It was clean and comfortable. We were so close to Dickson. We will definitely stay here again.

The place definitely felt like home and they were amenities that you don't always find at other places like a blow-dryer, detergent, and ample towels/washcloths. I would absolutely stay there again.

Tamara was responsive and kind. There was a lovely basket of goodies waiting for us as well as a personal note. The condo was exactly as listed and worked perfect for our group. Everything was clean and comfortable. Walkable to sporting events at the University of Arkansas. We walked to the football stadium for the game and would be excellent accommodations for anyone attending other sporting events! Thank you!!!

Perfect spot for anything you want to do in NWA. Quick access to main highway. Close to campus and surrounding restaurants. Spacious and family friendly.

Good value for money. Clean and well appointed. Above all, very responsive and pro-active with all communications. I stayed for a fortnight and I would highly recommend it to future guests.

This condo was amazing would 100% stay again perfect for a couple night stay. Be mindful that there isn’t a kitchen so bring food with that in mind!

It was a perfect little getaway with an absolutely beautiful view of the lake!

Steps away from downtown it was perfect for our vacation! Lots of great places to eat! The parking was right outside the door. The downstairs had both bathrooms and both main bedrooms, with the upstairs having the kitchen and the living room area with the two twin beds. The only thing that was a pain was that the thermostat had to be changed upstairs and in all the bedrooms to work (at least that’s what we found). Overall a great location!

Stay here if you want friendly/responsive hosts! Short 8 minute walk into downtown Bentonville. We had a little hiccup with bed linens but the issue was fixed as soon as possible. All the basic necessities you need. The space felt very clean and my two older boys loved the loft area with TV all to themselves. Very gracious hosts. Thank you for having us!

Perfect for a weekend get away. Bed was super comfortable! Big screen TV was great for watching sports. Had everything we needed!

Condo was lovely. Lots of local parks, bike trails. Easy drive to Bentonville and areas. Enjoyed morning coffee watching many different birds on the bird feeders off balcony and pretty view of golf course. So pretty in the mornings with frost all over. Very happy with condo and Michael very great host and helpful, would visit again anytime

We stayed short notice, booking late night before our stay the following day. Michael answered questions quickly to allow us to be able to make a decision. We brought our dog, the main floor entry and patio makes it pet friendly. Supplies & amenities were included. Neighbors were quiet. Location is super easy to access, right up the street from BV Country Club & Tanyard Creek.

Nice little place just 1.5 miles from the UofArk campus and all that Fayetteville offers. Perfect for a campus visit, a game, or just visiting Fay if you want to save a little bit, you don’t need opulence, and you’re ok not being in the center of it all.

I've not used AB&B a ton, but, the photos & description of the location, property and amenities drew me in and motivated me to give this property a try. The entire process was seamless in terms of access to unit, key lock box, parking, entry to unit etc. Once inside, I was treated to an entirely brand new one bedroom pad! The decor, coziness, and appeal were terrific. I even had a few questions for the owner and their response time was first rate. If you have a need to be in the Pinnacle area of Rogers, please give this property a try. The area is incredible...great restaurants at your finger tips, a coffee shop across the street which was bustling early AM (free WiFi) and an overall a rewarding experience. As a sales exec from NYC, I'm demanding and this place was terrific. Well done and look forward to staying with you all again in the coming weeks!!
