Fantastic place to chill in Vegas. Everything is as described. Great view, great room, great host. Super easy walk to the strip. Looking forward to staying again.

Awesome unit, awesome location, really more of a hotel than an airbnb with a real front desk and valet, etc. marques is super responsive. Had zero issues

Great place for our family of four. The ski hill was very accessible. The hot tub and pool were great to use. There were always available parking spots. Would happily stay again.

An ideal place to stay: conveniently located, easy check-in/check-out process, and CLEAN!!! Cleanliness is very important to me, and I was not disappointed. We brought our family of six, and there was enough space to be very comfortable. Condo is not huge, but has good design and uses the space well. The host is very responsive and communication was fast and easy. I highly recommend!

Our family enjoyed our stay & if/ when we go back to West Bountiful, we'd love to stay again! The space was lovely, we were very comfortable there & my son suggested that move in right away & stay forever. 😆 A heartfelt Thank You to Robert, Tyler & Melanie for sharing part of your world with us! Perfect for what we needed! I would say if you are a light sleeper the main street noice might get you but we just turned our sound machine up! It was nice to be across from breakfast and coffee to make it super convenient as well. Such a cute place!

The views from the windows were spectacular! The Sphere, Formula one,Top Golf and the airport are all right there out the windows. We truly appreciated the opportunity to stay at this amazing location. You are just two blocks from the Las Vegas Blvd with all the excitement but when you’re in the room it’s so quiet! Great kitchen with everything you need to make a meal. Can’t wait to return to this beautiful spot!

Great location, clean unit, and responsive hosts. Despite the booking being for one person, there is a $50 fee/night for guests; perhaps stating that on the posting would be beneficial.

The place was extremely nice and comfortable. Everything was as described. The host went above and beyond to make sure the stay was perfect. An amazing trip. 10/10

Fue súper acogedor este lugar a mi esposa y a mí nos encantó la vista, es hermosa pudimos descansar muy bien nos encantó el hecho de que se comunica con otros dos hoteles. Simplemente excepcional, nos sentimos muy cómodas en este lugar si pudiéramos dar más de 5 estrellas lo haríamos. Gracias gracias gracias no hizo falta más

Great location and well equipped. Very nice pool and hot tub. The front desk staff had a bit of an attitude but that should not reflect on the owner who was great.

The Mint Staff and MORGAN was amazing! The 2Br apartment I had was perfect! Very clean spacious! Felt like home away from home! Love this concept! Throughout my 8 day stay they came to refresh and replenish sheets and different things. This really elevated the stay! Definitely took the experience to a whole nother level! Morgan had alot to do with that also! She needs a raise! Book with Mint!

We had a great weekend and was walking distance to Russian River Brewery for the Pliny the Younger event.
