First time staying on Hampton Beach but definitely will not be my last! This AirBnB is a true gem. Location, location, location! The home is exactly as described and so clean and tidy! I loved waking up right on the ocean, and found checkin/checkout process to be easy. Will be back!

Place was super cute and comfortable. It will definitely be on our list of places to stay when we come to Hampton for concerts at the Casino Ballroom. I personally loved the decorating touches. The bed, pillows and comforters were very comfortable. There were plenty of extra towels, toilet tissue and paper towels, which we didn’t need but often we find that those are not in great supply. The water pressure and temps in the shower were amazing.

It's an amazing location. We got to watch the tugboats come and go. Easy walking distance to all of downtown Portsmouth. We stayed at the end of April and there was p!enty of street parking, and the Hanover Parking Garage is less than a block away. And good hosts!

This was a cozy little place walkable to all the restaurants on the main strip in Hampton. Very clean and the host was responsive and helpful. Will return!

Very nice place. Great views of the beach / ocean with direct access. Walking distance to all the places that are open in the off-season. Furniture and bed very comfortable. Great deck. All newly appointed. Perfect week.

Great location! Close to the boardwalk, but also far enough away for a much needed quiet week!!!

Cozy, clean apartment within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Wine and toiletries were an extra nice extra touch! Great communication!

Great unit and location! The host was great and very responsive, and helped us when Airbnb did not message the entry code and we could not get into the unit.

The location was perfect. We selected the cottage because of the proximity to Hampton State Park Beach which was, as is described in the posting, only a few steps away. The cottage is also quite close to the boardwalk. It would be great for a group that wanted the best of both - quiet neighborhood and accessible to eating and entertainment. The cottage was clean and cozy, just right for our party of four, and had available many little items travers might need or left behind at home. Sharon was helpful and very responsive.

My family and I had a great stay at this beautiful home. Everything you would need was provided. Just pack your clothes and toothbrush and you are all set. The house was even better than described, if that’s possible. The layout was perfect for gathering and just catching up. The beds were so comfortable. And the outside was even nicer. Lots of places to sit and relax. The lake was just a step away. Tanis was also very easy to communicate with. You can tell he really cared about our stay. We definitely enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back!

James was an excellent host for my family and me. We thoroughly enjoyed the place and its beautiful surroundings.

House was spacious in a quiet neighborhood. The beach is a short walk away. There was some mold in the bottom of the shower which was the only downside, but it did not detract from the overall stay. Would stay here again!

Cozy and peaceful little house by the lake, clean and tidy, favorite part of the house was the swing by the window!

Donna is fantastic and if your looking for a charming New England spot this is it! We Are very satisfied with this home.

We had a wonderful stay at Hampton Beach. The house is right across the street from the beach and has a great view from the top floor. The house is cute and comfy and Larissa was very helpful and responsive in communication. The house is also within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, ice cream places, etc. Just of note, the house is right next to the street and parking lot so it's a great location if you are walking to the beach but not super quiet if you want to sit outside at the house. There is also only one parking space that goes with the house so when it is busy can be difficult to park a second car. That didn't effect our stay, though, and we really enjoyed the house and location.

This is my boyfriend and I second year in a row with Arun. We love the location, just outside of the busyness of the strip. Best location for walking lots of places and easy access to get to town for groceries or restaurants in Hampton area. The condo is clean and bright. We enjoyed cooking in 4 nights out of 7 with all of the amenities available to us to use. Best location for Wednesday night fireworks! Hope to be back again.

Had a wonderful stay at Christophers place. He is a great host, always responsive with clear instructions. Place was peaceful, private and is exactly same as it was in the pictures. Will come soon!

An amazing beachfront getaway! The property was clean, well-maintained, and offered breathtaking views of the ocean. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying sunsets from the patio was a dream. The host was responsive and made everything seamless. Perfect for a relaxing stay—can’t wait to come back!

This is a way to truly get away. The studio was gorgeous, the bed was incredibly comfortable and having the ocean right outside was amazing. We only booked for a weekend, but I wish we had booked for a week - so amazing!! Everything was perfect!!

Clean and comfortable. The Sunrise view from the bed was beautiful. It was low season and the noise from the road was noticeable in the daytime but quiet in the morning and evening. Not many restaurants open at this time but I expected this. I recommend this accommodation for a relaxing stay. Great location and beach walkability. The hosts were very responsive. It was a perfect 2 nights for me.

Wonderful experience! People watching was a blast while sitting on the balcony. The beds were extremely comfortable. We didn't cook, but there are pots, pans, stove etc. I needed to contact Sumathi and she was very friendly, speedy and cordial. We would rent her condo again.
