We loved it here! The place was incredibly clean. There were notes and instructions around the house labeling anything we may ask about. They were very responsive and checked in to make sure everything went well our first night and they gave us some great recommendations for things to do while we were there. We would recommend this stay to anyone looking for a trip to York. The location and hospitality can’t be beat!

This was the first airbnb stay I had and Tripp made it so easy. This was the perfect weekend get away for me and my friends. 10/10 of definitely recommend!!

Nice house good location

David is extremely friendly and an excellent communicator! The place is very clean and cozy, with great amenities and beautiful farm views. Thank you, David, for sharing the beautiful Carriage House with our University of Michigan judo team and for making us feel part of your family.

The place was fantastic! Looked just as pictured/described. We were a group of 8 adults and 4 kids and were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great, clean, and heated as promised. It felt private even though there were other units on site. The space is large and winding - a kids hide and seek dream :) lots of gathering spaces to hang out. John was super responsive and helpful. Thanks!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this old home. It has been lovingly and thoughtfully updated maintaining its character with modern amenities. We had lovely weather and sat out for a bit on the porch overlooking the water. The location also has easy access to the rail trail and we were able to walk to town. We love Newburyport and would love to come back to this sweet home.

Suzanne was a responsive and friendly host. We were in town for our son’s wedding and the space was roomy and great as a logistics center for the event. Open floor plan was really nice and the privacy of the master bedroom and bathroom was a great plus. All beds and living room chairs and couch were very comfortable. Close to the highways and main road for convenience but still far enough away to afford good privacy. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about Andrew. He was extremely kind, thorough and exceptionally responsive and helpful. His home was beautiful and spacious, but still felt cozy and warm. Landscaping was immaculate and even though it is located in a neighborhood, it felt extremely private. Location was exceptional, Ogunquit is such a fun and beautiful little town and it was so nice to be able to walk to everything. Everyone in our party was wanting to come back and were all extremely satisfied. Thank you Andrew for taking such good care of us, we had the best weekend!

The house is definitely as advertised. Our only issue was the fridge is big enough for two people not a house that holds 10. Always having to get ice for coolers was a pain. We also had one issue with water and they were extremely quick to send someone who was very friendly. Would go again if fridge was bigger.

Pirate’s hideaway was a delight from start to finish. It was the perfect place for our family to gather and enjoy a quiet weekend together making memories. We were so impressed with the thoughtful amenities, clear instructions, and whimsical pirate theme (so many fun pirate “easter eggs” at this place - but you’ll have to visit to find out what they are!)
