Small studio beach-side cottage with everything you need. Has a queen bed and a folding single bed, A/C, TV, fully equipped kitchenette with fridge/freezer and Nespresso mashine. Includes your own laundry with small washing machine, toilet and shower; and your own little patio with wind-out awning. Only 2 minutes walk to beach and 12 minutes walk along the beach to Cafe and Restaurant strip. There is a nice 5 km walking path along the beach with lots of playgrounds, BBQ's and picnic pavilions.

Take your time to relax at our 2 bedroom unit. Ideally located only a short walk to Waikiki Beach and the Shoalwater Islands and Marine park. The town centre of Rockingham is only a 5 minute drive away with restaurants, cafe's, cinemas and other entertainment. Train station is also only 5 minutes away.
