Great place to stay for a quiet getaway with my husband. Quiet and peaceful, yet just 10 minutes from downtown CDA restaurants, parks & shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with windows on all walls to see the beauty outside. We enjoyed sitting in the gazebo watching the sun go down and the boats go by. Katherine was always available to help with any questions and local recommendations.

Tim was a really great host due to his great communication: he was friendly, personable, and responsive. And he was also clear in his communication, which made checking in and out of his Airbnb very easy. Tim was also very flexible with our check in time, which helped us greatly because we had the opportunity to drop our bags off before heading to the March Madness games. Highly recommend this place as it is centrally located and highly recommend Tim as a host!!

very clean. all amenties present. bed comfortable. Good location in terms of distance to downtown, freeway, arterials to other areas of town. having a brewery there made for some noise issues in early evening, either from the above apt or the outside seating of the brewery, I couldn't be sure which (or if both). Neither party was being obnoxiously loud for their setting, but I think the walls are pretty thin. Even so, the noise ended by 9 PM so it wasn't a big deal, just merits mentioning in case you need a quieter place. Hosts communicated well, all info needed was provided via email and posted in the room. Can recommend.

Even with this place being in the Owner’s personal space above the garage. It felt private and quiet. The location was great for a walk through Manito park and couple walkable coffee shops. Close drive to everything. The space felt comfortable, keep in mind a very College dorm like kitchen/studio style. I did most of my eating out, with a lot of options nearby to choose from. Bed was comfortable.

A great, affordable stay in Spokane. Anything downtown is a 15-20 minute walk away, but the apartment is nestled in a quiet neighborhood up the hill from the highway. Nearby an organic food market and a few food options, too! Will definitely be back in future Spokane visits!

A great value and a lovely 5***** experience. Erika was easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. The place was exactly as described- and more! Fresh fruit, bottled waters, coffee, chocolates all awaited us. The unit was very clean and everything worked very well. The King bed was comfy and for us, that’s a big deal. There is some morning light, so if you are a light sensitive sleeper, bring a sleep mask. The neighborhood is somewhat mixed use of homes and apartments. There are sidewalks for walking and it felt very safe. One note: this is an upstairs unit in an older house with steep, narrow stairs. There is a handrail - but if you happen to struggle with stairs, consider this. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend. The value is spot on!

We really enjoyed Gregg and Heather’s place. It was exactly as described and had everything we needed for our stay! The house was very clean and in a great location for getting to the arena! Gregg and Heather were great hosts and very accommodating! Highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful place to stay! Clean, convenient and an easy drive to both Gonzaga and Whitworth. We had plenty of room for four.

We stayed a couple nights at the property. It was clean and just as described. Anna had it stocked with ammenities. It was quiet neighbor wise, and outside noise was minimal. There is some traffic noise but we didnt find that it impeded on sleep. Would stay again and recommend others to.

We had a lovely few nights at Broomsticks for Spring Break! The attention to detail and Harry Potter decor was perfect. Communication leading up to our stay and throughout was friendly and prompt. We loved that we could bring the pupper along for the adventure too. Close to restaurants and downtown where we had most of our activities that weekend. We’d definitely stay again!

James place was a little gem. It’s laid out so well. Decorated adorably and perfectly for the area. The seating area in the window was so cute and my granddaughter loved sleeping in it. The place has so many great activities you can stay as busy as you want.

Great stay and extremely accommodating. It was such a nice area and we felt very safe. Quite spacious inside as well as outside! We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the amazing backyard but it would’ve been great. We hope to stay again if available! Thank you for a great time.

Beautiful place to stay. Highly recommend! Spacious rooms and nice open concept. Great jacuzzi and patio with wonderful view. Only knock is very steep driveway!

This was my second stay at this quiet, comfortable apartment with a great country view. I watched deer and turkeys in the valley, and saw fish when I walked down to the river's edge. It's spacious and well appointed with soap and dishes, etc. The wifi worked well. I only occasionally heard the owners or their guests in the main part of the house, and they respected the listed quiet hours.

really great place! definitely for people on the shorter side. very clean, quaint spot. great amenities, nice hosts, short drive from downtown spokane. it was my first time in WA, and as a solo traveler I felt very safe! x
