First, I have to say this is probably my dream house. The house itself and the spaces were even better than I expected. The panoramic views of the ocean are spectacular. The rooms are really large and we had way more space than we really needed but it was nice to be able to spread out around the house. The day before we were supposed to check in, there was an incident where some construction had started in the yard that was unexpected and the rental company handled it so nicely, and were super communicative and made sure that our stay was still fantastic even despite that inconvenience.

Linda’s cabin was exactly what we were wanting for our stay and it exceeded our expectations! Everything was very clean, check-in was seamless, and the cabin had everything we needed! We enjoyed our stay SO much and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a private cabin but also close enough to some of the little towns of coastal Oregon to visit. Ami was also very helpful, answering all of our questions and giving us many recs and suggestions for local things to do such as walking trails, restaurants, and museums. Maddie and I loved every single thing about this trip!

It is a wonderful place. So comfortable and fully stocked with everything you need to cook and hangout for a long weekend. We started with a group of old friends and enjoyed our time hanging out on the deck and cooking together. We drove to the beach only 20 minutes away. After they left we had a lovely time just relaxing in the hot tub, sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful weather we had. Though I must say even if it had been raining the outside porch is well covered and you could still enjoy being out there. Everyone was very pleased with the beds, super comfortable. There were plenty of linens and even outdoor towels, as well as seperate towels for the pets. (Though we did not have any with us) If I had any comment if would be, we were slightly disappointed that their was no leaf for the dining room table with eight of us and one in a wheelchair it was a tight squeeze, but we made it work! Again, not an issue, just a suggestion! All in all one of my favorite stays.

This house was the perfect space for our large family. With two adults and six kids, there was more than enough space for everyone to sleep and share meals together. Clean, lots of natural light, and a great host to communicate with....we could not have asked for a better weekend. Thanks, Kristin!

Such a perfect townhouse. View is amazing, well stocked with essentials, and quiet location. You can hear traffic on the 101, but it wasn’t an issue for us. You can actually hear the ocean a good amount of the time, and the trail to the beach is well marked and maintained by the HOA. Would 100% stay again.

We had a great stay! Loved the vhs’s, records and hot tub. It was a very walkable area and nice to unplug. The house matches the description and photos. I appreciated the attention to detail- nice linens, new sponge, towel dispenser and overall cleanliness.

We had a great time. The house was clean. There was no soap or toiletries for the showers, but we stopped at the near by store for soap. Not a lot of extra toilet paper or paper towels in the kitchen either. The hot tub is fantastic and clean. It's an easy walk to the beach. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and are grateful for the use of their house.

We had a great stay at Kathleen & Dan’s! The house was very clean & had good space for us. They have a good selection of movies & games. We were in a good, private location to be able to access different things in Rockaway & to get on the road for other coastal towns. There’s a yummy coffee drive thru right nearby too. 😊

We had a great stay at the Sea Gypsy! The house is very comfortable and we would stay there again. The location is very close to the beach and Cape Kiwanda, we enjoyed exploring Bob Straub State Park, which was less than 5 minutes driving and definitely walkable from the house. The master bedroom was spacious with it's own bathroom and had such wonderfully soft sheets! The kitchen was well-equipped with good-quality pots and pans. Families with kids might want to bring their own plastic plates/ bowls/ cups for kids. Otherwise it was family-friendly and the kids enjoying the games available. Thank you for hosting us!

This is a great place to unplug from the world! Great trails around the property to explore the beautiful forest. The windows and sky lights in the kitchen make for a relaxing space to watch it rain while sipping on some coffee. The main bedroom windows were magical with the moonlight shining in at night. Definitely would stay here again!

Spent the weekend here with two dear friends and would return! We loved the open layout, so we could chat while cooking. We loved the walkability - we walked into town and down to the beach multiple times. We spent both evenings in front of the fireplace, which was such a fun treat. The cabin is as Deb describes, rustic and not updated, but that made it feel like someone's family cabin and we loved that. Thank you, Deb! The only note is to follow Deb's driving directions and don't trust GoogleMaps which will try to take you the other direction down 3rd Street!!

This place is exactly as described. Very comfortable to be in. Great layout and a quick walk to the beach. Exactly what we were looking for. Kevin is an amazing host.

Janie and Ginnie's awesome beach house was an ideal stay for our family during spring break. On check-in - the house was freshly cleaned, with an abundance of towels/toiletries and all the amenities included in their listing. Everything was in working order/as expected. The house is a short walk (via easy to navigate trail/path or via main roads) to the beach and main part of town. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend!

Terri’s beach house was across the highway from the beach. It was very easy to walk to a beautiful beach location. There were shops and other amenities within walking distance. The house was very clean and well appointed. We were able to cook Thanksgiving dinner using all necessary and available cooking equipment! The house has a lot of stairs, so it was a little challenging for my elderly parents. The bonus room was great for my kids who are both in college, but be aware that this room is in the back of the garage and not close to a bathroom. The primary bedroom was beautiful!

We absolutely loved this cozy waterfront cottage at Nehalem Bay! Kids especially appreciated all the games, books and toys. I was grateful for the incredibly well stocked kitchen and high quality appliances. It made cooking out meals easy and fun. A highlight of our trip was kayaking over to Riverside Fish n Chips followed by Buttercup ice cream cones. Also highly recommend Wanda’s for brunch. We stayed four nights and already want to come back again!

This place was wonderful! Spacious for families, close to restaurants and shopping areas and blocks away from the beach! We will definitely be back.

Beautiful home nestled in Manzanita. Loved the amenities, beautiful lights outside, great rooms, clean, and in a nice area.

We needed a place to stay in an emergency and Karen helped us out-- on Christmas Day! Beautiful house in a quiet community with both beach and forest views.

At first, I was hesitant to book this place due to some negative feedbacks concerning its upkeep and cleanliness. Perhaps the owners have answered them with corrective actions, and thus the place was amazingly clean and offered me a valuable vacay time with my family and pet. Will book again in future. Thanks!

What an amazing Airbnb! Me and my bridesmaids actually got ready there on the morning of my wedding, and it was such a perfect place to do so! Beautifully decorated and lots of natural light. Close to everything in Pacific City. Just be aware that if you are planning on meeting up with friends at the airbnb, there is only room for 3 cars and no street parking is allowed.

This home was so precious and homey, I could definitely feel the family vibes. It had everything we could need in the kitchen, towels, extra linens, a nice extra air mattress, and even dog towels! All the windows and the views were divine. Beautiful grounds, green grass, lots of parking, fire pit. So close to the beach and Haystack Rock. The little bunnies running around were also adorable.

This was our first Airbnb experience. Our stay was very pleasant. Communication with Micheal was super good. Responses were quick and helpful. The house was very well equipped for our use. We cooked breakfasts and dinners with no problem. Sleeping accommodations were plenty comfortable. Thought the sailing and marine decor was a great added plus. We would definitely like to stay again on a future trip to the area.
