This is a great location, easy trip to Winrock , groceries and supplies. Not far to shopping and restaurants . If you have kids go to Aspire Park in Clinton. House is clean and stocked. Kitchen has everything you need.

This beautiful home was perfect for my family on spring break. The location was private and peaceful, very little traffic in a nice safe neighborhood to be out walking my dog. The house was new, immaculate and nicely furnished with COMFORTABLE sectional in living room (hard to find in an AirBnb) and beds. Would stay here again - highly recommend!!

An amazing place with an amazing view. Tim communicated from day 1 and was there if needed. Home had plenty of amenities that made you feel at home. Would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a great place to stay! Would definitely stay again if possible.

Our family had a beautiful stay while visiting family in Tellico Village. We slept great, had lots of room to unpack and spread out, and the kitchen came stocked with some spices, flour, etc.

The location was stunning, and the interior/amenities were fantastic. Had everything we needed, and Mark was very responsive and helpful! Highly recommend.

We had a great stay during our Jeep trip to Windrock. Ample amount of parking, close distance to Windrock park. We really enjoyed the fire pit.

The property was in excellent condition: very clean, well-maintained, and with charming decor that made us feel right at home. The view from the house is breathtaking—perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Additionally, the staircase leading down to the lake was one of our favorite features, offering a peaceful and picturesque walk that truly completed the experience. We highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone looking for a unique and cozy getaway. We can’t wait to return!
