La entrada fue excelente, doña Laura super amable y nos dio varios consejos de restaurantes y como llegar a los buses facilmente. El internet funciono perfecto todo el tiempo. El A/C enfriaba perfecto sin ningun problema. Las camas son comodas y limpias. Baño limpio y con agua caliente. El lugar esta ubicado en una calle super tranquila y bastante segura pero bastante centrico ya que hay oxxo y el mall las americas cerca. Definitivamente volveriamos sin dudarlo! Seria un plus que tuviera lavadora pero hay una pequeña pila y lugar para tender los vestidos de baño.

El departamento es muy bonito, describirlo está demás porque todo lo que aparece en las fotos lo tiene… la atención de Fernando fue magnífica y su disponibilidad para ayudar también fue excelente… sin duda volveré a su departamento que de verdad es muy bonito. Gracias Fernando por las atenciones.

Das Apartment ist sehr komfortabel und mit freundlichen Möbeln ausgestattet. Es gab sogar Stühle für den Strand, welcher zu Fuß nur 3 min. entfernt war.

We had a great couple of nights at Martha's place. Gustavo, her on-site assistant was very helpful, and Martha was also reachable and very flexible, e.g, we could leave our belongings after the official checkout time with no problems. The apartment was spotless and fully equipped, even with some snorkeling gear that we could use. My only issue was the loud fan noise coming from outside in the mornings, assumedly from the AC of the ground-floor restaurant. Otherwise, dedpite being centrally located, the place is quiet and peaceful.

Une des meilleurs expérience de airbnb, George prend beaucoup à coeur l'expérience client. Il a premièremwnt offert de venir nous chercher et nous reconduire à la fin du séjour. Il a aussi fait plusieurs recommandations. Il a plusieurs contacte sur l'île, comme une compagnie de location de scooter qui vient livrer la moto et revienne la chercher quand c'est fini. La terrasse est merveilleuse et on se sent comme à la maison. Il donne à la disposition quelques bicyclette quoi que un peu usée elles tiennent très bien la route. Je reviendrais sans hésite. Merci à George!

Great stay, clean and easy to access, lots of space

We had the best time in Tulum, and our host Melanie made it even more special! She was so sweet, thoughtful, and attentive. It really felt like she cared about making our stay perfect. The apartment had such a cozy, romantic vibe, complete with a hammock that was perfect for relaxing together. It was the ideal little escape for me and my boyfriend, and we loved it so much we added an extra night! The location was amazing, surrounded by fun bars, tasty restaurants, and the cutest boutiques. There are plenty of places nearby where you can rent scooters or ATVs if you’re looking for adventure. We explored beautiful beaches, snorkeled, visited the Mayan ruins, and spent a magical day at Casa Tortuga. The pool at the apartment was a bit on the cooler side, but honestly, it felt so refreshing after a long day in the sun. One day the jets even turned on (we still don’t know how!) and it made the dip feel extra spa-like. It’s just a quick 5-minute taxi or a scenic 25-minute walk to the cente

My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

We had a great time with our son and his family of 8. Plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfy, plenty of towels. The kids loved swimming in the pool but it was a little chilly for the adults. The water heater could be turned up for showers & washing dishes—there is no dishwasher which I didn’t realize but was not a problem. The location is great, easy walk to many restaurants and the main road to watch the sunset and a Soriana grocery. We felt very safe. When walking turn right leaving the house, first night we went left and it was a busy road and no sidewalk. Fabiola was great! Very helpful, answered all questions very promptly. Will return!!

Tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa durante nuestra visita a México, y gran parte de ello se lo debemos a Xochitl y su hermosa casa. Desde el primer momento, nos recibió con una calidez inigualable, haciéndonos sentir como en casa. Su hospitalidad y atenciones fueron excepcionales: siempre atenta a cada detalle y dispuesta a ayudarnos en lo que necesitáramos. La casa es simplemente encantadora: limpia, cómoda, con una decoración acogedora y un ambiente tranquilo que invitaba al descanso. Cada rincón reflejaba el cariño y el cuidado con el que está mantenida. Fue el lugar perfecto para relajarnos después de nuestros días explorando México. Estamos profundamente agradecidos con Xochitl por hacer de nuestro viaje una experiencia aún más especial. ¡Sin duda volveríamos!

Villa conforme aux photos. Logement bien équipé, ménage 3 fois par semaine. Très belle piscine, le luxe d'avoir une plage avec bain de soleil personnel et plage très peu fréquenté. Très bon accueil de Alberto et Damian. Succulent repas proposé par le chef Beto. Lieu calme, très bien situé pour visiter la Riviera Maya. En bref, un séjour de rêve. Merci pour tout, nous sommes enchantés de nos vacances

Before I moved in I was told of nearby construction. Being familiar with puerto Morelos and knowing that the area is under expansion, renovating and new construction at almost every block, I decided to take a chance and booked the 3 week stay. While noise and dust were at times present, it did not keep me from enjoying the apartment. When I asked to have the kitchen mosquito screens covered with tarp or plastic sheeting to keep the dust away, this was done the next day. So perhaps it is not for everyone especially if a person is allergic to construction dust. I enjoyed the place which had everything that I needed and more. Just one cross street away from the beautiful Caribbean Sea!

La ubicación es perfecta a unos pasos de la playa, los servicios que prestan dentro de las instalaciones es perfecto, lo unico que podria poner como negativo es tal vez que las instalaiones se ven un poco descuidadas pero en terminos generales es un buen lugar para alojarse.

I just spent three magical months at Kara's place. It was absolutely perfect. Kara was always very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was exactly what I was hoping for. Her place is beautiful, with an amazing rooftop terrace and plunge pool (which is where I spent most of my time!!). Easily walkable to everything one would ever want (restaurants, shopping, beach, grocery stores, etc). I am already planning a return - longer next time! Writing this review wasn't easy - just because there is no way to capture just how comfortable and taken care of Kara made me feel. Hacienda San Jose is a truly magical place!

Clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the cruise ships coming in. Taxis are easy to get into the square, about 100-150 pesos. Walkable to Oxo convenience store and a really good Cafe Coco for coffee and breakfast. Gorgeous pool! Host was always extremely responsive.

As you go upstairs to access the office to get the keys, you are welcomed with an absolutely gorgeous view of sea with its many different tones of aqua, white sand beach and palm trees. The room is exactly what you see and read on the review, a breath taking view from the great balcony. Everything is clean and you have all you need to cook. There is a 711 right next door and the best grocery store is less than 10 minutes away. There are plenty of beach beds for you to enjoy the beach on their private area and the beach was never crowded. There is a huge rock to the left of the property whit the sound of the waves breaking. You get to see the sunrise from your balcony and can enjoy the late afternoon at the pool. There are plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance, and there is a souvenirs market across the street. The pressure in the shower is low, but it is an above shower and comes out warm immediately. The bathroom and beach towels are soft. Amazing deal for the $$

El alojamiento se acomodo exactamente a lo que buscábamos, si quieres moverte entre varios municipios o distritos de la Riviera maya este lugar es el indicado. Muy cerca a la 5ta avenida y cercana a mamita Beach. El parqueadero y la comunicación de Carlos fue efectiva. Lo mejor de todo es que es el proceso fue extremadamente confiable.

Nelly and her home were wonderful! The home is in a great location and looks just like the photos. It's very close to the busy life of PDC, but just tucked away enough that you're able to retreat to the peacefulness of Nelly's home and recharge for the next adventure. The personal pool was a very nice feature to enjoy as well. Even prior to our arrival, Nelly was very helpful and detailed with her instructions. The photos she sent were amazingly helpful upon arrival, and the check-in process was easy. Nelly is very responsive and provided a well-stocked home. We enjoyed our stay and would come back to Nelly's home again.

We had a great time. We love this location and Valeria is a great host.

Tout était conforme aux attentes. Le distributeur et refroidisseur d'eau purifiée a été grandement apprécié tout au long du séjour. Tous les informations ont été préalablement fournies et toutes nos questions ont été répondues. Miriam et son équipe nous ont facilité notre séjour avec des compléments d'informations. toujours avec justesse, politesse et enthousiasme: aucun stress pour nous.
