Villa con ottimi spazi e terrazzi con una vista mozzafiato. Ampio giardino che i nostri due cani hanno amato.

wenn jemand einen ruhigen und schönen Ort sucht, der ist hier genau richtig! Wir waren eine Woche in der Villa sole mio. Die Aussicht ist weitreichend und schön. Die Villen liegen etwas abgelegen was bedeutet, dass man mobil sein muss, dafür bekommt man Ruhe über den ganzen Tag. Die Lage liegt geografisch optimal und man erreicht Lucca,Pisa,Siena und Florenz. Auch am Meer ist man innert 45min. Optimal um Morgens Städte zu besichtigen und am Nachmittag den traumhaften Pool mit der Ausssicht zu geniessen. Unsere Gastgeberin, Martina war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Auch die Mitarbeiter, welche auf dem Grundstück arbeiten sind sehr freundlich und halten die Anlage in Schuss.Was zu erwähnen ist, ist die Zufahrt zur Villa.Man erreicht die Villen nur durch einen schmalen ca. 400m langen einspurigen Kiesweg.Ein Sportwagen oder ein tiefer gelegtes Fahrzeug ist nicht zu empfehlen. Ich kann die Villa sole mio nur weiterempfehlen. Würde sofort wieder dorthin.

We took our family to Barga for the first time. There were 9 of us, ranging from 6 months to 70 years old. The villa swallowed us easily, plenty of space and privacy for everyone. Eleonora and Daniela were very responsive during the booking period, and when we arrived everything was exactly as expected. It's a beautiful place, the views and setting are magnificent, and it really is no more than 10 minutes walk in to the old town of Barga. The welcome pack included local cheese, a traditional cake, wine, oil, bread and was much appreciated! Despite some appalling weather, we made lovely pizzas in the outdoor pizza oven, and enjoyed some (coolish) swimming in the large clean pool - this was early October. Excellent range of restaurants in old and new Barga. 45 mins to Lucca, 1 hour from Pisa - and the caves at Grotta del Vento are definitely worth a visit - especially if it's raining! Overall, we had a brilliant time. Highly recommended.

Beautiful house in a stunning location. Pool was great. Perfect for a large family. Owners were very helpful and available when needed. Rooms were hot overnight but this is expected in peak summer in Italy.

Das Anwesen ist wunderbar gelegen und bittet eine schöne Aussicht. Das Haus bittet viel Platz und ist gut ausgestattet. Die Küche ist grosszügig und beherbergt alles, falls man kochen will. Die Umgebung ist grossartig und grosszügig. Der Pool inkl. Aussicht ich ein Highlight und wird perfekt unterhalten. Wir haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen und bedanken uns an dieser Stelle für die geschätzte und erholsame Zeit.

Abbiamo passato una magnifica settimana nella casa di Vincenzo. Eravamo 2 famiglie con bambini (5 in totale). Gli spazi in casa sono stati perfetti per accogliere tutti. La posizione, a 15 minuti di auto dalle spiagge di Lido di Camaiore e a 35 minuti dalla bellissima Lucca, si è rivelata perfetta. Fuori dal caos, immersi nel verde e nella tranquillità. Vincenzo poi è un super host! Amichevole e disponibile. Assolutamente consigliato.

We had a great time in Giampis house. Beautiful garden with a nice swimming pool, and we especially liked the kitchen outside in the upper house, which we could use also when it was raining. Great surroundings, great view, walking distance to shops and good restaurants in the small, peaceful town La Gracie and 15 min walks to the more touristic, but beautiful Portovenere. A great base for tours in Cinque Terre, with ferry from Portovenere or bus into La Spezia and train from there. We came without car, no problem at all to get around. Giampaolo is very friendly and helpful and gave us good advices where to eat and to do our shopping, and how to get around. We will absolutely recommend Giampaolos place, either for a relaxing or for a sportive vacation, or even better, both!

Tolles, grosszügiges Haus in ruhigem Quartier. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Wir waren zu sechst da, es hat genügend Schlafzimmer und Bäder. Das Gästehaus haben wir nicht benutzt. Auf dem Areal hat es sicher 3 Parkplätze. Die Ausstattung war gut und das Haus war sauber👍🏻. Wir würden dieses Haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Hier ist die finale Version der Bewertung: --- Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick aufs Meer, den wir jeden Tag genossen haben, besonders bei den traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen. Der Pool war schön und sehr gepflegt, perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Umgebung war ruhig und friedlich, was uns wirklich zur Erholung verholfen hat. Besonders haben uns auch die Olivenbäume auf dem Grundstück gefallen, die dem Ganzen einen besonderen Charme verliehen haben. Die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen für alle, die eine ruhige Auszeit mit fantastischen Annehmlichkeiten suchen!

Great stay at a beautiful villa. The listing doesn’t actually do it justice, it is even bigger and nicer than it appears from the photos! Brian was very helpful and responsive and a great host.

Wir waren einige in einem der beiden Häuser in der Nähe von Camogli. Das Haus ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir verschiedenste Speisen als auch Getränke vor. Danke noch einmal dafür. Die Zufahrt ist mit einem normalen PKW machbar - entgegen einiger anderer Kommentare. Das Haus liegt ruhig und privat und bietet eine gute Basis um dort zu entspannen oder Ausflüge an der ligurischen Küsten zu machen. Wir können das Haus und auch die betreuende Agency empfehlen und würden wieder dorthin kommen. Es gibt eine Möglichkeit am Haus das EV zu laden - jedoch nur mit 1 kW, d.h. es funktioniert, es dauert nur.

Paolo and Silvia's family villa is a beautiful piece of history. The bedrooms are beautiful with their enormous old wardrobes, heirloom furniture and frescoed ceilings. The whole place feels utterly authentic and unpretentious despite the grandeur. The highlights though are the garden terraces and views, thoughtfully made comfortable by numerous chairs and tables and outdoor lighting. Having the luttle grocer and bar a short stroll away made everything so easy and the staff there are also extremely friendly. We enjoyed Aperitivo there several nights. Paolo and Silvia were perfect hosts and we all hope to return again one day.

Can’t express what a beautiful stay Villa Rafaelli was for my family of 9 adults. It was truly staying inside a piece of history!!! The rooms, the decor, the paintings, the antique pieces—it was just so special! And the outdoor spaces were so incredible and had everything we needed to enjoy! We didn’t leave the Villa during our stay, just enjoying the hot tub and pool and ping pong and views. Leonardo was such a kind and helpful host. He helped us set up amazing Tuscan breakfast and dinner and had a beautiful welcome basket waiting for us. This place was so special. The drive is windy to get there, but 100% worth it. The experience of a life time!

Very nice place with everything you need for a successful vacation. The kitchen and especially outdoor kitchen were well equipped to easily cook nice dinners for a bigger group. The pool was very nice. The house was clean and the bathrooms looked completely renovated. The best part was the hospitality of the owners. Very welcoming people that know the answer to all your questions about the area. Would recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Juri's beautiful villa in Tuscany! The place is super spacious, easily accommodating our group of 11, and it was spotless and very well maintained. Juri and his mom were incredible hosts—always responsive and ready to help whenever we needed anything. The location is also perfect for day trips to Florence, Pisa, and Lucca. If you're looking for a charming, well-kept and very clean villa with top-notch hospitality, this is the place. Highly recommend! Let me know if you'd like any tweaks!

Words cannot do Giacomo’s place justice - the views and home are even better than the photos. Giacomo and Louisa made communication so easy, even meeting us to take us up the hill to check in and show us the home. The house itself is stunning with clean spaces, comfortable beds and room for everyone! The views are unforgettable and we can’t wait to come visit again! If you have time to have Chef Niki come cook for you that would be our top recommendation - such a fun experience and delicious meal. We are already sad to leave!

Wir waren eine Woche bei Paolo und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Für eine Gruppe ist das Haus perfekt, die Küche ist extrem gut ausgestattet und der Garten und Pool sind wunderschön. Paolo ist ein sehr sehr netter Host und war immer gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

We had a really lovely stay at the house. The poolside and the view are awesome and Marco was super nice. I absolutely recommend to do the wine tasting with dinner!

This villa is a gem, pictures don’t do it justice. The views are absolutely breathtaking….The house is fully equipped with everything we needed. We managed a trip to Florence and surrounding beaches which was recommended by the host. We could have stayed longer. I would definitely be back. My kids loved the pool and the little surrounding walking trials surrounding the villa. Only 1 hours drive from Pisa airport.

Das Haus hat mehrere Terrassen mit sensationellem Blick, neu gebaut und schöne Einrichtung, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr komfortabel und das Haus ist beheizbar.

I have so much positive to say about this place! Despite what some reviews mention about the drive, it's absolutely worth it. There's a small restaurant just 2-3 minutes away, easy access to the city, and you're only about an hour from Pisa and some beaches. The house was perfect—everything well thought out and worth every penny. The pool was amazing, and the host was very responsive. If you're visiting in autumn or spring, bring warm clothes for the chilly evenings. We were sad to leave, and I can't wait to come back to this dreamy property!

This villa was something out of a dream. Stefania was so lovely and wonderful with recommendations and booking us a rez at a fantastic local gem of a restaurant. The views were incredible and the atmosphere was so relaxing. The villa itself was cozy and inviting. The outside seating area was well used by us for nightcaps, dinner and conversations about falling in love with Tuscany and all it's amazing nooks and crannies. We wanted a picturesque and home-like central base for our 10 day adventure in Italy and we're delighted with the accommodations that really was like something out of a movie. Lucca was only a short drive away and offered the best grocery store-Esselunga! Thank you Stefania for your warm generosity, kindness and suggestions. This was a birthday trip that we will never forget and cemented our longing to return soon!

Marco ist der perfekte Gastgeber, wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist perfekt, es fehlt an nichts und ich habe noch nie so einen netter und zuvorkommenden Gastgeber kennengelernt.

Tout était parfait. Les voisins ont été charmants et serviables tout au long du séjour. Ils sont là si vous avez besoin d’aide et sont très discrets ce qui permet aux vacanciers de se sentir vraiment chez eux. La piscine est vraiment géniale grande propre et nettoyer chaque jour. Vraiment nous recommandons cette belle propriété pour des vacances en famille. Merci à Anto et ses voisins 😊
