Three month stay! Walked to beach almost every day. Had everything I needed. Neighbors are friendly, helpful. Enjoyed the dock and pool. Very comfortable and relaxing. Close to many activities but far enough from traffic and noise to be peaceful.

Amazing Stay on Padre Island! I recently rented a townhouse in Corpus Christi on Padre Island, and it was an incredible experience! The location was perfect—just minutes from the beach, great restaurants, and local attractions. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, making it the perfect getaway spot. The townhouse itself was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was friendly and responsive, ensuring everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Amazing condo will stay again but not at the end of April, there were two high schools from Dallas staying the entire weekend. We love island house it’s great for families and couples alike. Great time.

Lisa's place is a hidden gem! It is on the first floor, with easy access. The place has been remodeled to feel like a hotel. The king bed was very comfortable- with all the pillow options. The bathroom was clean, with fluffy towels and amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed- including coffee to last for days. And the living room was perfect for the two of us for relaxing and overlooking the water. Lisa was always responsive and helped us with any questions we had. We look forward to returning!

We had a great stay! Our only complaints would be the pool was closed for maintenance for 3 of the 4 days we were there. I understand this had nothing to do with Airbnb or our host, it was just a minor inconvenience. Also our balcony had 2 pigeons nested up in the lower corner. We were told to operate as normal, but sadly that was not possible with our pup. Both of these issues were communicated to me a couple days prior to our stay. I wish notice was given before paying the remainder of the trip, but also understand how that may not have been possible. Overall we had a wonderful time celebrating our Anniversary! The place was beautiful.

Rick is a lovely host, he is very proactive and pays attention to small details. The stay was a comfortable and enjoyable. Would recommend this rental and host to my friends and family.

Washer and dryer were a bonus that wasn't in the description. Also had beach towels to use. Beautiful location.

We has a great time staying at Kenneth's place. The location was perfect. A 5 minute walk to the gulf. We could even see it from our living room windows. Also a nice dock in the back which I could bird watch. Plenty of dishes and pots/pans. Bed was comfortable. Nice shower. Nice large TV. The only thing I would recommend as an improvement would be to add black out curtains in the bedrooms. Kenneth was always quick with responses if we had questions or issues. I would highly recommend this place and hope to come back next year!

The condo was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. We loved the porch. Many thanks to Laura for being very quick to respond and helping us check in a day early when we arrived ahead of schedule. Laura is a great host.

Was such a nice stay! Responded quickly and were extremely helpful. Pool wasn’t opened so we were offered a longer stay, which I thought was extremely nice. Wonderful host!

We enjoyed our stay! There was plenty of space for our families to spread out, very convenient to have the washer and dryer in the unit, and we enjoyed the pool!

We had a blast, we had a group of 8 and 3 littles, we met great people all around us that gave great tips as it was our first time at the beach.

Super easy to locate, with a good size condo steps from the doc. We spent a bunch of time just sitting on the chairs out there, so relaxing! Good location and easy to drive to really anything. Clean bathrooms and the bed was super comfortable. Definitely would stay there again!

My children and I absolutely enjoyed our stay. Cecelia thought of everything from snacks to bubble bath to make us comfortable. We cooked all of our meals in the condo and I was surprised to find that she even had the spices I’d forgotten to bring already in the cabinet. She was very responsive when we had questions and was such a pleasant host to deal with. Now, the location was perfect! The nearby beach had free parking but it was so close that we just walked. All in all, we gave our stay a 10/10.
