My family of 5 had a great stay at Ida’s Dome! We had intended to play in the Idyllwild snow, as that’s typically what we do for New Year’s, but this was an abnormally warm winter, so we ended up hiking in Idyllwild and lounging at the Dome instead. We made use of all of the amenities at the Dome. There’s a great game table in the upstairs loft area that’s perfect for cards, poker, and games. There’s a full library and lots of dvd’s too. Our tween and teen boys loved being in the Dome because it was unique and had a lot of space to spread out. We had great family time, played lots of games, watched movies, and made lots of meals together in the very well appointed kitchen. The market in Idyllwild has a surprisingly vast array of organic produce, gluten free and vegan options, as well as just about any packaged food you could want. As others said, the acoustics are unique. We slept well, but once one person is awake, everyone else wakes up too. Wasn’t a problem for us though!

This place is super awesome! We felt like we was in the movie The Secret Garden for our entire stay.. I definitely recommend this place..A1!!

Home was cozy, with a small patio and private parking. Spent most of the time outside the home, but the time I did spend inside was relaxing. It is around a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by lots of nature. The host left us with a recommendation and coupon to their favorite winery. We decided to take this recommendation and ended up having the most amazing time. We’ll be staying here when we come back to the city.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay, it was quiet, peaceful, beautiful and relaxing. The Airbnb was clean and cozy. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a lovely stay. The cabin was cozy and beautifully decorated. Less than a 15 minute walk to town. We will be back. Bonus having a washer and dryer.

The Sky Valley resort is amazing, and Todd's place was just what I needed for a month-long stay. Great kitchen, the hot pools were a short walk away, and everyone in the neighborhood was so friendly! I walk a lot and felt right at home. Todd was always responsive. I would stay again any time.

Had a great time . It was clean, quiet, and respectful. Wonderful stay! I recommend, peaceful area with great views . Our hosts were always responsive to any questions. They also gave us clear directions for how to get there and what to do once we arrived.

Our mini family came here to visit grandparents in Blythe. We wanted to cook some of our own food rather than stay at a hotel as we are tired of hotel breakfast. The tiny home was so clean, had more space than we thought, the surroundings were so peaceful, and it exceeded our expectations in having the cooking tools we needed. We were also right next to a small playground which my son LOVED. This was an amazing experience and we are so excited to come back again!

Second time staying at this amazing cabin, and it’s officially my favorite in Idyllwild. I’ve stayed at several cabins in the area, but this one stands out in the best way. It has everything you need, with a minimalist aesthetic that still feels cozy, clean, and welcoming. If you're traveling with a dog, this place is perfect—the fenced-in yard gave us peace of mind, and our girls loved roaming around and exploring the pine trees. You can really feel the care and thought that went into designing this space; everything is so intentionally curated, down to the smallest details. It’s just the ideal spot for a small family looking to slow down, relax, and truly be present with each other. Peaceful, quiet, and full of charm—we’ll definitely be back again.

As adorable, if not more, than the listing. I enjoyed being able to bring my dog with me. I felt very safe walking in the neighborhood. Every little detail in design and amenities were so thoughtful and I felt so at home. The hot tub was great, too

A great stay! The place was comfortable, clean, and in a fantastic location—just a short walk to town, which made everything super convenient. I really appreciated that it’s dog-friendly, which made traveling with my pup so much easier. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby, so we never had to go far for a good meal. Would definitely stay here again!

My boyfriend and I, and our pup, needed a getaway from the daily grind and wanted to check out Idyllwild. This adorable A-frame provided us with the perfect spot to do so. Nestled in the mountains with an awesome deck surrounded by trees, jacuzzi, wood burning stove, it was just what we needed. I love the style of this cabin, modern but still homey. Great location too, easy 10 minute drive into town with some awesome restaurant options and cute galleries! Great hiking all over. The hosts were great, very communicative!! We would definitely stay again! Thank you 🙏🏼

My stay at Johns cabin location was super relaxing I spent a lot of time looking at the stars at night. The animals were very exotic and the host were more than helpful in making our experience exceptional, my toddler was absolutely amazed. Very fun, super cozy and private.

1,000 characters isn’t enough to say all the things about Maria & Sergio. Wonderful little home I would absolutely live in! I stayed 9 days waiting for my house to be ready in Morongo Valley and were this spot available for rent while I was shopping, I would have moved in! Maria is an absolute darling, there’s an awesome wrap around yard for my 2 gremlins (mini schnauzers) to run around and play or do their business, a grill outside with patio furniture, big screen TV, I mean, I truly couldn’t have asked for more! All the amenities you need and then some. The location is near to everything you could ever want, easy and close access to I-10, Walmart right down the road, tons of restaurants… I was sad to leave! Oh! Washer and dryer (with detergent & dryer sheets), fridge was stocked with food and drinks, she brought me a box of dates, always responded to messages, clean and nice furniture, flooring and shower. I wish I could give more stars and I 100% recommend this Casita Bonita!!!

Great cabin for a couple or small family! We brought our dog and we all loved the house. Everything was exactly as described and they had everything you could need. They had lighters, flash lights, kitchen utensils, dog bed, movies, board games, etc. Great home and yard and 5-10 minute drive to all top spots. I’d recommend!

Perfect beautiful location, peaceful and quiet. Perfect for a couple. Close proximity to the wineries, comfortable bed. The views of the porch were just beautiful. Veronica was an exceptional host and so accommodating to our travel schedule. This was the most relaxed I’ve been in ages and I would absolutely stay here again.

Marilynn was a gracious host and extremely easy to communicate with. Due to traffic I was late getting to check in but she was ready and able to walk me through everything. Beautiful little studio and would have been a lovely place to spend a week or even a month! Highly recommend it as a cozy retreat.

Our stay here was amazing! Cozy, close enough to town to walk but also far enough to feel secluded from the bustle. Everything was clean, the cabin is very pretty and well decorated. The ambience of not just the cabin but also the outside decor and Wyldwood Park made for a peaceful experience. Some notes about the amenities: • There was an issue with the record player, I believe the needle is slightly damaged which made the quality of the sound low. Was a bit bummed but wasn’t an issue because the bluetooth worked perfectly! • The main window above the record player has a hole which we didn’t realize. We believe this was how a friendly wasp entered into the cabin which we then captured and released outside. • Though the lighting in the cabin matches the vibe of the area, it was a bit hard to do activities at night such as playing card/board games or doing puzzles. Again, not an issue but something to keep in mind! Overall, we would definitely stay here again!!Thank you so much!!
