Ms Sandy was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish! She made us feel quite at home and went above and beyond during our stay. Her place is quiet and the surroundings are very peaceful. We enjoyed our stay and can't wait to book with Sandy again in the future.

We travel to Wilmington a few times a year to see my daughter in college. This was by far the nicest airbnb we have stayed in. Yes it can be loud at night but you are right in the middle of everything. Shopping, restaurants, bars, river walk. We had a teenager with us so we were able to walk right downstairs to go to a few bars but not be too far away from her. The balcony back deck is great too. She felt like she was at the club on Friday and Saturday nights. The sound machine in the bedroom was great to override the noise when it was time for bed. Kathleen was so friendly and helpful and communicated throughout our stay. She was even there when we arrived to make sure we knew where to park. The unit came with two parking spots which was great when my older daughter came into downtown to visit. We would love to stay at this spot again!

Great location and very clean. Was impressed with the amount of space! One bedroom is accessible through the first bedroom but that wasn’t a problem for us. Overall great stay!

We had a great stay at this apartment while visiting our daughter at UNCW with our young son. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to campus, restaurants, and everything we needed. The host was communicative and made check-in seamless. We would definitely stay here again on future visits!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was updated and comfortable. It was centrally located to downtown and beaches. Very fun area! Great restaurants, parks, etc. and lots to choose from.

The home is gorgeous with plenty of room. In a quiet location, but close by to plenty of places to go. Host was super responsive on messages. For example: a message was sent letting them know a remote was missing, and multiple were there in hours as replacement. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice getaway.

Super cute house with a very cozy vibe. It was very well stocked with all necessities that were needed. Great floor plan with bathrooms in all 3 bedrooms. Felt like home.

WONDERFUL location!! So easy to get to all the fantastic restaurants, shops, etc. Quiet neighborhood, great brewery right next door with nice vibe, no disturbance. Would stay again!

We had a great stay! Close to the UNCW campus and a quick drive to the beach.

Loved our stay at Tony’s place! The house is so cozy and comfortable with everything you need! Close to both beaches and lots of dining options in the area. While enjoying the charming neighborhood, we’ve crossed paths with some of the friendliest neighbors ever, making our stay even more special. We’re planning to return to Wilmington and will make Tony’s place our first choice!

This is our second stay at Tara’s place. This is the perfect place for a large group. The three separate floors allows for privacy, yet intermingling as well. The balconies are wonderful and cozy, the kitchens are stocked, and the beds are comfy. The location cannot be any better in the Wilmington area. A quick walk to theriverfront and restaurants. Tara is always extremely responsive and helpful. We will certainly be back next year!

The location of this condo could not have been more perfect for my needs. It is ideally situated within walking distance to a plethora of shopping options, a variety of restaurants that cater to every taste, and, of course, the lively riverwalk that promises endless entertainment and leisure activities. This convenience significantly enhanced the enjoyment of my stay, allowing me to effortlessly experience the best the area has to offer. One of the most commendable aspects of my experience was the exceptional level of communication provided by the hosts. They were incredibly responsive, addressing my queries promptly and ensuring my stay was comfortable and hassle-free. This level of attentiveness truly made me feel valued and taken care of. The condo itself is lovely, with a welcoming ambiance and all the amenities one could need for a refreshing and relaxing stay.
