The apartment was fantastic! The location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy a variety of cuisines. I especially recommend Salty for coffee. One of the highlights is its proximity to Park Mziuri, just a 9-minute walk away. The park is perfect for a leisurely stroll or some outdoor relaxation. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It’s very quiet and fully equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable. Parking was always available, which was a big plus. The host, Mariami, was extremely helpful and responsive throughout my stay. The apartment was spotless and smelled very clean. The location is fantastic, with everything you need just around the corner. This was my first time renting an Airbnb, and I had a great experience—I will definitely try it again!

The flat was clean, comfortable,very romantic. The windows are very high and location is a bit far from Old Tbilisi area or city centre. However we enjoyed our stay in this apartment and we definitely recommend it!

We stayed here for 6 months or so. It was our home in that time and we will always have wonderful memories there. The neighbourhood is full of great restaurants, and it is a short walk to Rustaveli. Great bus access. Our hosts were generous and kind. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. Great wifi. You will enjoy staying here very much :) Everything was wonderful for us

Great place to stay in Georgia! The apartment is located in the city center, making it easy to get around on foot. Mziko is an amazing host—very kind and supportive. The apartment had everything needed for a long stay, and the complimentary tea and coffee were a lovely touch. It's also close to the conservatory, so you can enjoy the sound of musicians rehearsing right from home, which was a beautiful experience.

One of the best place we've stayed at. Otar was very responsive to our needs, and the patio is great!

Muy buena estancia en el piso. Muy cómodo y limpio, y tiene una terraza-jardin muy agradable. Aunque el barrio esté un poco descuidado, es tranquilo, aunque un poco alejado del centro. Gvantsa ha estado siempre muy atenta y dispuesta ayudar. Gracias!

This is an absolutely perfect Airbnb. The place is quiet, spotlessly clean, warm, well renovated and peaceful. The host is very responsive and the area is picturesque. My stay was very relaxing. Проживали в данной квартире с 20 по 22 сентября. Хотелось бы отметить внимательность к мелочам данного хозяина: все необходимые бытовые, и не только, вещи, что создают комфорт и уют.(оригинальные москитные сетки, туалетные принадлежности) Вежливая и добродушная хозяйка. Встретила раньше времени.

Mamuka’s place was a terrific experience Nice views , great location, and he has set it up really well with literally everything you need (toiletries , bath robe, towels , etc) … it’s basically hotel quality how it’s set up There is also a 24 hr grocery store right in front of the building which is superior convenient for getting whatever you need Nice gym in basement (though you pay separately) so you can go without having to walk outside in freezing winter Overall just terrific , can’t imagine what more you can want for stay in tbilisi

The apartment has high ceilings, a great view, and big windows, the bathroom is right next to the bedroom and is gorgeous. The kitchen has everything you need and the couch is comfortable and cozy. I fell asleep on there multiple times. The TV is perfect, with a good distance to the couch it felt like a home cinema. The printer is a nice extra, like the tissues, spices, easy to use vacuum cleaner and the all the little details that will make you feel like home. The bathrobe, extra clean towels, bedsheets, and slippers made my stay especially comfy. During my stay there was a problem with the hot water which got attended to right on the next day. The neighbours are a bit loud with slamming the entrance door but this is only during the day time and not the host's fault. Other than this, there was no loud music, no screaming or other disturbances. Everything in the apartment works perfectly, like ventilation, stove, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. I will come back :)

It was a perfect stay at Nika's place. The great place for relaxing holidays out of Tbilisi , with access to swimming pool and recreational area . The apartments have all necessary things for comfortable living and thanks to Mariam for her attentiveness through all days

Thank you so much Guram for being very responsive and helpful you most definitely always were responsive with everything we needed and wanted. The property was as described if not more it was absolutely beautiful and the views were breath taking watching the sunrise and the sunset will definitely recommend this to anyone thinking of staying here.
