Had a beautiful personal retreat at Treespace. The space is thoughtfully and tastefully put together and has a good feeling about it. Slept well and enjoyed doing nothing much at all but gazing at the trees and listening to the birds. Very comfy and restorative. Worth paying for the extra little touches. Visiting therapists list was excellent. Recommend a treatment with Emma from Nama Mama if you can. Nicola was an excellent host.

Pretty little barn and just as described , we loved our 3 night stay and perfectly located for trips to Windsor, London and Legoland

5 stars all round. Highly recommended. This was a great place to stay. An easy walk from the train station (<10 min). In the centre of Charlbury, only minutes from nice pubs, restaurants and the local co-op, but still very peaceful and quiet. In a lovely garden with own outside deck and table. Bright and airy. Spacious enough for two. Good shower. Comfortable king bed with crisp linen. Cozy and comfortable sitting room. Charlbury is a beautiful town with easy train and bus links to London, Oxford, Woodstock (Blenheim), etc. And gorgeous surrounding countryside with great walks. Martin and Helena were generous friendly hosts. We really appreciated a late check out so that we could enjoy a leisurely countryside walk on our last morning. Many thanks!

This was the perfect location for a few days of peace and quiet - utterly beautiful location, super views, and the hot tub just made it perfection. Even when the weather was a bit ropey there was the hot tub and that view to enjoy. Great hosts, lovely dog walks round about and so many interesting things to do in the area. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and hope to return.

We had the most wonderful last minute stay. Sue went over and above to ensure we had everything we needed. Perfect garden for our dog as well. Would recommend.

What a beautiful cabin/shepherds hut and location. I booked a solo weekend getaway and travelled by train from London, getting a taxi from Woking. All easy. Hosts came to say hello and were super friendly and welcoming. I went on a couple of nice walks but could have easily hung around the cabin all weekend. Perfect for solo getaway or as a couple. Overall, accommodation was great and everything went well. Things that I would like to point out. List of amenities these things are not correct. 1. Carbon monoxide alarm for the fireplace. The bedroom is not operational which is a hazard. 2. Coffee machine was not there. We asked and we were kindly given a jar instant coffee. 3. Outdoor to dining area doesn't exist. there is ourdoor furniture but not a dining area. 4. Outdoor kitchen doesn't exist either. They are correct, there is a BBQ as mentioned on the amenities , but that is not a outdoor kitchen. 5. I understand there is no Wi-Fi available. Which would I was okay with as I have 50GB of data. What I was not aware is that the location is in a virtually a signal dead zone there was one spot that we had to go to , if we wanted to receive our Whats-App messages. I would see this as an important thing to mention to people. Lastly , we had the lovely couple who lived at the corner who were available when we needed to ask questions.

Excellent. a warm welcome, very well equipped and comfortable accommodation, ideally situated for visiting Surrey and Sussex. Highly recommend.

Donna has created a little piece of paradise! The cabin is perfect, everything you could think of (or that you might have forget) is there for you if you needed it. Donna really looked after us and it was easy to relax, unwind and enjoy the stunning Cotswolds. Thank you for a lovely anniversary retreat, it was just what we needed!

We had the most wonderful stay with Sonia. The barn is situated in a beautiful area, with walks right on the doorstep. The property itself was spotless, warm and inviting - we instantly felt at home and at ease. Sonia had left us everything and more we could have wished for, even treats for Finn the Cockerpoo! We ate at the Rose and Crown ( recommended as we have a dog), they too were so accommodating and kind - our dog is extremely nervous, but had the time of his life this weekend! Locally lots to see and do - look out for the Spitfire and biplanes who add that touch of wow to the local walks. Great stay, would highly recommend and would love to return at some point.

Had the most amazing weekend, cabin was delightful and very cosy, Hot Tub was great. Great walks as practically on top of the Ridgeway. Richard was a great host, I would highly recommend to stay, great getaway for piece, relaxation, with great walks & beautiful scenery. Thanks Rich for a great stay 🙂

This little cabin was the highlight of my month, the area was absolutely gorgeous felt very secluded but was still able to order uber eats and the closest pub was only about a 5 minute drive. the view was beautiful, the directions and instructions from Matthew was very helpful, going into extreme detail including maps of where a perfect walk would be. This place felt like the perfect getaway!

We had a fantastic few days staying in Emma and David’s hut Daisy. It was so peaceful amongst the Christmas trees and was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of London. Emma and David are absolutely lovely and are great hosts. I would definitely recommend staying in Daisy.

It was exactly as we expected. So peaceful and relaxing with Lovely surroundings and amazing wildlife. All you could hear were the birds chirping and the occasional woodpecker hammering away. Clare was really quick to respond to any question or query we had and we couldn’t fault her. We didn’t walk anywhere but we did get a taxi and the local firm turned up in 10 minutes. But we would recommend not leaving it last minute to book if you’re in a rush. We had a lovely afternoon wine tasting at the local Bolney wine estate and we also visited the cider tap which again we could not fault. Especially the Amazing pizza. We will definitely be staying again and can’t wait to get back chilling in the hot tub. Zee & Emily

I've been staying at Mandys Air bnb for around 12 months during my visits to Oxfordshire for work. Mandy and Martin are really friendly and the extra touches they offer in terms of snacks and drinks are really appreciated. Alas this may be my last stay for work as I had accepted a new job closer to home. I cannot thank them enough for their hospitality. Hopefully I will be back for a holiday in the near future.

We had the loveliest stay here! We felt so welcomed and it was such a beautiful place! The hut was so lovely and clean, it felt just like home. Had everything we needed to do whatever cooking we wanted and we had a lovely meal outside by the fire, went on a lovely walk that’s caz suggested to us. She was very helpful and so kind, i’d definitely recommend this place to anyone!!🩷

I absolutely LOVED this place, immediately regretted not booking another night & I’ve already booked another stay! After walking in the Downs, and along the River Ouse, I had a lovely afternoon exploring the quirky shops, the Flea Market, and a good few pubs in Lewes! Feeling happy-tired after all the walking (& a hefty pub lunch), I arrived at Michelle’s & found myself in utter peaceful bliss - the perfect place to relax & unwind. Loving it so, I quickly abandoned all plans of walking to The Five Bells. Instead, I got the enormous firepit ablaze & spent the rest of my night warming myself in front of the flames, with a bottle of Fizz, simply enjoying the sound of the bleeting sheep. With plenty of wood provided to burn well into the wee hours, I later found myself being serenaded by a hooting owl. Heaven! I eventually dragged myself to the comfiest bed imaginable & had the best night’s sleep. As if things couldn’t get better, I awoke on Easter Sunday to my very own lambs!! Perfection!

Bluebell shepherds’ hut was lovely. Exactly like the photos with a great outdoor space. Perfect for glamping and enjoying the outdoors with comfort. Maddy the cocker spaniel was a highlight! There were a lot of walking paths nearby and you could quickly feel like you were fully in nature. We were initially wary of the outdoor shower but there was plenty of hot water, privacy and it was easy to use.

Beautiful scenery, lovely clean, spacious cabin. Both my partner and I really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend to couples!

I stayed at The Barn with my girlfriend, the property was exactly as described. It was clean and warm, the shower was absolutely great. Kitchen was stocked well to cook basic meals, Cath had stocked it with butter, milk, oil etc. which is lovely as we didn’t have to bring / buy these. The location is in the middle of a quiet village with a coffee shop, fish and chip shop, co-op , butchers and pubs all short walks away. We stayed here while driving to the south downs and brighton for days out but we could have spent the whole weekend relaxing in the village too. Cath was very communicative and let us check in early and check out late. 10/10 no complaints, highly recommend for an excellent price!

We loved our stay at Liz’s place. The accommodation was beautiful, full of lots of lovely little touches to show Liz cares about your experience. We had a really comfortable and peaceful stay. As for the setting, it’s spectacular. Stunning views of the surrounding countryside from both the hut and the hot tub. Highly recommended.

Ideal overnight accommodation for our extremely early visit to RSPB Pulborough Brooks only 10 minutes drive away for the Dawn Chorus with Nightingales! Thoroughly recommend that if you're a birder! Well laid out, tastefully decorated and comfortable pod tucked away in a little wooded glade. We even saw a Tawny Owl and Pipistrelle Bats while sat out in the evening!

We had an amazing stay at the pigeon hole! Such a beautiful location and the cabin itself was really cosy whilst having everything we needed for our stay. There was so much to do with the pool, hot tub, tennis courts, fire pit etc. and the surrounding area was perfect for walks. The hosts were fantastic, so friendly and welcoming. Couldn’t recommend enough!
