Highly recommend if you’re looking for a home away from home, in a central but quiet location. Exactly as described. The house was lovely, with a private enclosed garden. My son and our pet dog had a great time! There was parking on the street right outside the property and also a drive way. Board games to play, and we really appreciated the tea or coffee on arrival with fresh milk too. Mark was a perfect host, and really saved the day for us and was on hand immediately if we needed assistance. We have family that live nearby, so would love to come back again in the future. Thank you so much for a perfect stay!

We stayed for 5 days and they were excellent. It was spotlessly clean with very high quality furnishings and equipment. Really could not fault Kathy’s communication which was timely and effective. I’ve stayed in many Air BnBs and at times it takes the whole stay to read through house rules not in Kathy’s it’s more just enjoy your stay than don’t do this and that. Would highly recommend. If I was to pick fault it would be in the listing as Tide house is EVEN BETTER than the photos 😁😁😁

We had an absolutely wonderful family weekend in Victoria’s beautiful farmhouse. There was everything we needed and the kitchen was very well equipped. All the bedrooms were great and the garden is beautiful - the children loved the trampoline! We also loved having the cats around - very friendly! Thank you so much. We had a great time!

One of the best places we've spent for relaxing. Jo's hospitality is first rate. Thoughtful, generous and yummy welcome pack. Stunning location. Everything you could think of for a cracking stay and then some. Looking forward to our next time around.

This house is absolutely beautiful, so characterful and charming with the most gorgeous grounds and gardens. Jo was an amazing host and so helpful in advance of our trip, providing lots of tips and ideas for things to do in the area. We were 3 families with small children and she provided 2 travel cots and 3 high chairs - brilliant! We will definitely be coming back. The children fed the alpacas, ducks and chickens and played all weekend in the glorious garden.

Wir (2 Erw. 2 Kinder) waren bereits das 2. Mal bei Jeanine zu Gast und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Der Kontakt mit Jeanine ist mehr als freundlich und die Unterkunft war wie erwartet ordentlich und sauber. Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Lovely place to stay with our puppy! Great place, great decor and comfy. Excellent location with Ickworth Estate accessible through garden gate for great walks and also within walking distance to 2 local pubs. Bury St Edmunds just a short drive away. We had a great weekend thank you very much!!

Fantastic stay at perdee place. Daughter loved the ponies which was a surprise. recommended to all who wish to stay.

A perfect home away from home! The caravan is in a great location and has everything you need for a perfect stay. The caravan is spacious, with a bonus of having outside decking and seating that looks out onto the sea. There are activities on the park (including an outdoor heated swimming pool which is a bonus, in addition to a shop, restaurant and clubhouse which had some good entertainment. This was all shared in my welcome email which was greatly received. The place was really clean and the added welcome gift from Shanice was a really nice gesture. I would definitely stay here again. Good accommodation in a beautiful area, very quiet, perfect for a " getaway." Accommodation was very clean.

It wasn’t the easiest to find. Too k a couple of attempts. Especially because it was dark.

Clean, brighf,restful and perfect for a family of 3 plus dog. We love the history of the place and its character, as well as the view. Beds really comfortable which is a big win from us

We had a lovely stay. Nice and spacious with everything we needed. Lots of seating when family came over. Alice was quick to respond when needed. The baby loved running up and down and seeing the chickens. Would love to come back in summer when the weathers better to explore more

We had a lovely time staying in Horkesley Hall! A little oasis, with a lovely garden to explore. Polly shared some good recommendations and the Airbnb itself was enjoyable to spend time in.

Beautiful little place in a quiet location but handy for trips out nearby and to the coast. Garden perfect for our dog, he’s already grumpy to be home to our tiny one! Alix was really helpful and communicated everything perfectly. Highly recommended

really nice stay beautiful cottage and garden very close to the local area and pub and local public footpaths would suggest a very small TV only because there's Limited things to do of an evening and possibly the option to have an air fryer for more cooking if wanting to stay for a longer period of time

This was a multi purpose trip which included some R&R. The property met all our needs perfectly; it is spacious and really well equipped - beyond the usual. A real 'home from home'. Gorgeous garden. Very responsive and helpful host. This cottage was more spacious than the photos appear and a great location for a car free holiday. An easy walk to both bus or train with luggage after a long flight. Amazing pubs with great food in easy distance.

The holiday home "Poets Corner" is perfect for a stay in the region. We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is cozy, very clean and equipped with many loving details. Kenninghall is a charming place. Everything you need is there, a grocery store, a pub and a cafe. You can also go for a walk, for example to the zoo in Banham. The neighbors are very friendly. Many thanks to Marie for this lovely stay and the friendly conversation. We are now back home in Germany and will remember the beautiful Easter holiday.

Lovely long weekend at Louie property very comfortable and dog friendly was a bonus! Bungalow was very spacious and fully equipped with everything you need plus lovely garden and seating area, close to all amenities and lovely dog walks, Louie was available at all times and full of great recommendations for restaurants etc will definitely be back!
