We were so pleased to have found Maria’s annexe it was perfect, absolutely spotless everything we needed was there totally perfect and they were both a lovely couple, we’d definitely stay there again and recommend here to anyone else .

Amazing little spot!! Really great for a few nights of relaxation! Stunning sunset views and really lovely space!! The hosts were in touch regularly and gave really easy and clear instructions into the little cottage 👌

A home from home, a stylish, secluded and comfortable retreat - with all the creature comforts, nice sheets, lovely towels. The kitchen and bathroom are well appointed, with all you need and was spotlessly clean. The property is very light and airy with French doors on to a terrace - perfect to wake up to with a cuppa & book to ease into the day! The gardens surrounding the property are thoughtfully landscaped and sensitively planted up and offer a beautiful tranquil setting to the property. As the property is in such close proximity to my family on the beautiful Essex / Suffolk borders and offers reasonable easy access into London via Train from Withham I will certainly be staying again in near future. The location was beautiful scenic and peaceful we loved it. We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed using the jacuzzi during sunset. The property was cute and had everything we needed. Simon provided some lovely bagels, muffins, tea and milk for breakfast which was great. Thanks for having us ☺️

We stayed at Sarah’s place for 6 nights and had an amazing time. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, the home is walking distance from “downtown” and less than 200M from a beautiful Sainsburys grocery store. The gardens were very peaceful and tranquil, an absolute joy to look out at. We were initially booked in the basement suite but the garden studio was available on arrival and Sarah gave us the option to change, which we did. She was very gracious and welcoming, provided sundries in the fridge, croissants, granola and other basic groceries for us on arrival. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.
