Welcome to my home-from-home spacious self-catering lodge. Situated on Tydd St Giles 18-hole golf course with a serene fishing lake and ponds. Nature lovers can enjoy walks on the David Bellamy Honey Bee nature trail, woodlands, and picnic areas. Site facilities include a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym, and fitness suite. Delicious meals and snacks are served in the restaurant, bar and café. Beautiful Norfolk beaches voted some of the best in England only a short drive away.

The Pool House, for 2 adults & up to 2 children

The Pool House is a contemporary spacious, private, hideaway, perfect for a romantic getaway or just a stay to explore the surrounding area. Styled with a shabby chic vibe. THE SPACE IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR 2 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN AGE 12 AND UNDER A HOT TUB SPA AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND. If I have late availability, I will reduce the rate a week before. THE POOL WILL REOPEN ON THE 1st OF MAY. THE POOL WILL BE HEATED IN JUNE, JULY & AUGUST, IT WILL NOT BE HEATED IN MAY. IT WILL CLOSE 8/09/25

Kick back and relax in this stylish rural property which is situated in the garden of our HERTFORDSHIRE home & next to a grade II* listed windmill. It is suitable for both holiday and business stays. Free parking (3 cars max). Perfect for exploring the local Hertfordshire countryside or heading into London or Cambridge–both within easy reach. Both floors have a living area with double sofa bed & kitchen/diner, double bedroom and shower room. Electric car charging available. This is NOT Norfolk!

Chino is a high-spec, self-catered, stable conversion with a Visit England 4 Star Gold Award. Access to outdoor swimming pool, hot-tub, gym, outdoor seating, and a boules pitch. Set in a great location (7 miles from Cambridge) in the beautiful village of Barrington with the picturesque village pub, the Royal Oak, just 5 minutes walk away, with a great network of walks and bike rides from your doorstep. Unfortunately we cannot take children, but we welcome well-behaved dogs (sorry no cats).

Magdalene Lodge, Cambridge Country Club

With spectacular views of the championship golf course, this sophisticated lodge is perfect for a family holiday, a golf break or a luxury spa break. Situated at Cambridge Country Club, guests can enjoy a relaxing swim in the pool, a workout in the gym or a round of golf. The lodge itself features 3 bedrooms and 2 luxuriously appointed bathrooms. There is a fantastic kitchen, beautiful decked area for outside entertaining, and finally a bubbling hot tub from where to enjoy the views.

Luxury apartment with outstanding views

We created a self catering studio apartment from our hay loft during the lockdown of 2020. In the heart of the Welland Valley in Leicestershire there are are wonderful views up the hill to Nevill Holt (home of the Nevill Holt Opera Festival) and from the sofa you will be able to watch the sun setting behind the hill. Many miles of footpaths on the doorstep. There is a heated pool open May-Sept and a tennis court. Please ask us regarding access. Check out our guidebook for things to do

Lakeside View

The perfect place for a relaxing getaway, overlooking the fishing lake and award winning golf course. Set in tranquil surroundings with everything for a home from home experience. Boasting 3 spacious bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable lounge area and 3 tier decking area for those barbeques. There is also a private fishing platform for those keen fishermen, or why not follow the nature trail for a relaxing walk, for the more energetic there is a fully equipped gym/pool.

Riverside Accommodation with private balcony

Cam Cottage Cabin is right on the river and is accessed through courtyard gates. It is secluded and an isolated spot nestled in an acre and a half of grounds. It has a private balcony overlooking the River Cam where you can observe rowers, swans and herons gliding by. It is a 20-25 minute stroll along the river towpath into the historic centre of Cambridge or a ten minute bike ride. A Tesco local is 2 mins away, pizza pub and coffee bar and post office. Friendly Labradors roam freely.

Overstone Lakes Luxury Static Caravan

A luxurious 2 bedroom caravan (sleeps 6) on a peaceful site that has been awarded a Gold Banner David Bellamy Conservation Award. Situated near Sywell, in the rural Northamptonshire countryside, Overstone Lakes is an ideal getaway location for all the family. You will be greeted by the picturesque surroundings of the park and there is also an excellent selection of lakeside walks. Please note any branded work vehicles are not allowed on site and must be parked at the pub next door.

The Piggery - Country Getaway

Enjoy a unique stay in a picturesque rural setting, The Piggery is the perfect getaway for those looking for rest and relaxation. Located between Cambridge & London, it is ideally situated for country walks and pursuits. Set in the 12 acre grounds of the manor house, once the family home and filming location for Britain's most famous TV chef, guests will have access to the gardens, outdoor pizza ovens, tennis court, swimming pool and fresh produce from the walled kitchen gardens.

Spacious Two Bedroom Lodge

A lovely spacious wooden lodge that sleeps 4 people, located in rural Northamptonshire. Open plan living/dining/kitchen area, separate WC, master bedroom with double bed, bedroom two with twin single beds and a family bathroom. Outside the property boasts a covered balcony area, a private lawned garden and patio area. The property has access to a shared outdoor heated pool, tennis courts, basketball court, mini golf and clubhouse providing dining, bar and cabaret.
