A lovely place to stay as ever, we have stayed here many times, conveniently placed for visiting friends and family and many other places of interest, lovely kitchen although you need to provide you own food this is perfect for those with restricted diets. Beautiful location too.

It was really lovely staying at Matt’s Airbnb. The communication was what really stood out to us. Ryan, Zoe and Matt were all wonderful people. The place was also beautiful and very close to Cambridge. We had a really good time!

This is my second stay with Victoria but my first in the School Room. I have no hesitation in recommending both Victoria's properties and am truly grateful for the kindness and understanding she has shown me when dealing with both bookings. Thank you!

We just needed a room for the three of us for a night, for a family birthday in town. James' place was ideal, providing everything we needed.

We enjoyed our 3-night stay at Helen's place. The garden is beautiful and Helen and her partner were friendly and welcoming. The accomodation is well-equipped and we were provided with many thoughtful & welcome extras. It was nice to meet their friendly and well- behaved border terriers.; lovely looking, characterful dogs. All in all a pleasant stay, thank you.

The property was easy to find and very compact. Lovely and bright during the day and cosy in the evening; clean and tidy. Kath was very detailed with her information and left basic groceries for us. She was very friendly and welcoming.

What can I say… quite honestly the most beautiful home we’ve stayed in (and we’ve stayed in many). The house was absolutely stunning with amazing views. The host was very attentive and gave plenty of recommendations. We stayed for New Year’s Eve and saw in 2025 with our family. Our 3 girls loved exploring the garden, toys and a particular shout out for the games room. Had a pleasant surprise when we arrived to see the most gorgeous decking, accompanied by a hot tub and swim spa, a huge hit with the girls. Would definitely recommend. Thank you and happy new year!

An absolutely amazing find it was spotless and the view is incredible. Deborah was a great host. It’s set in a very quiet area which allowed for a peaceful stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Wood Farm. The property was clean and tidy and spacious for 3 couples and 2 dogs. The kitchen was well equipped and had every dish and utensil you could need! The welcome hamper too was such a lovely gesture! It was nice to see so many baby animals on the farm too. The walk into the local village was beautiful, just a shame the pub wasn’t open when we got there. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to friends and family! Thank you!

We travelled from Scotland for a family funeral. Asked if possible to get slightly earlier access and that was no problem at all. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything you could need. The area was very quiet and near Rushden Lakes a great shopping and eating area. Cheryl was very responsive to any questions. Would highly recommend this house.

First of all thank you so much for the AMAZING experience! Was so fortunate to be able to spend my birthday with my closes friends in this beautiful luxurious place. Everyone absolutely loved the place. (We didn’t want to leave). The location is at the best spot in the city and the neighbourhood is super clean/safe. The photos provided did not do justice on how the place looks. (Host definitely has great taste. The place is way bigger in person. There’s plenty of amazing books/games that everyone can have fun. Our group never realised that we could get attached to a place like that. The garden is beautifully designed and parking area is very safe. I would very much highly recommend everyone to check out this place especially if you want to feel at home and cozy in Cambridge. Overall 11/10 majorly surpassed our expectations, it felt like a holiday staying there :) If you want to have the best time with the best people this is the place for you! Amazing house! Comfortable slept 10 girls and we still had space. Everything we needed was available and Kurosh was always on hand to answer any questions we had.

Craig prepared some snacks, milk and tea bags for us. Everything was very clean and tidy. We really enjoyed staying there.

My friend and I had a very pleasant stay at Neil's place for a couple of nights. It felt like a safe and private location where you can visit interesting places close by such as National Trust sites and Bletchley Park. The apartment was spotless and Neil was very responsive throughout. Would absolutely recommend 👍🏼

I had a very enjoyable stay at barnaby stay apartment. Jane was very kind, considerate and was an excellent host. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Maids Moreton or Buckingham area.

Beautiful remote place close to the city! The host was absolutely brilliant. We made truly special memories since it was rented for our wedding which was close in Navigation Inn! The view is so peaceful & the apartment is luxurious. It will stay in my heart!

We loved staying in this apartment. The location of the flat was just so perfect! Across the road to the train station, opposite Tescos and a few minutes walk from the theatre and the town centre. Any issues were dealt with immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay here. Was lovely both times and Jane was super helpful and friendly.

I stayed here for a few days. I had a lovely stay and the place was in the middle of the hub giving great access to amenities. Milton Keynes was a lovely town and being so close to the centre made the stay more pleasant! The rooms were extremely comfortable and a booklet was present in the room giving instructions for the various bits and bobs in the place.

I stayed at The Hayloft whilst looking for a place to rent of my own, the house became like my home and I truly enjoyed the peacefulness of the countryside and how private it felt. The house was pristine and they had a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, it was amazing to get a chance to use their place as a stepping stone. I would’ve loved to have stayed on. The hosts were extremely nice and responded to all my queries, I’ll definitely be back and would recommend them to everyone I know and don’t know!

Lovely peaceful location with great instructions on how to get there from the hosts. The place feels secluded and has a nice country living feel to make you feel relaxed, but is still very close to amenities and Northampton itself so you're not far away at all.
