Unfortunately no dogs/children/ infants are allowed as we are a working sheep farm & surrounded by water. Escape the hustle and bustle and relax in this private garden lodge with its own parking. Step out side and walk straight into the countryside. Explore the abandoned iron works, discover some of Ayrshire's lost villages, visit the Ayrshire Railway Preservation Group. Hop into the car and within 30 minutes you could be relaxing on the beach, discovering Calzean Castle, visiting Burns' Birth place or eating in the many fine restaurants and Cafes in Ayrshire. Or enjoy the views from the lodge.

Situated in a rural location surrounded by farms the village of Dunure is only a short drive or walk away with a picturesque harbour that has featured in the Outlander series a pub and wonderful cafe

Our Bru Bus is a quirky, unique place to stay. It easily hosts a family of 5. With 3 bedrooms upstairs, ample living space downstairs, a galley kitchen, kitchen bar & booth table, large sofa 'lounging' area with TV, games, DVDs & books. Its bathroom boasts walk-in shower and compost loo which is accessed through the old emergency exit. The original cab is still in place and the porch means you can keep the weather and muddy outdoor gear separate. Come and enjoy something really special!

Whether you're looking for a one night business stopover, a couple of nights to attend a wedding at the Brig O'Doon, or a self catering holiday break, Doonbank Cottage's Bothy offers an exclusive, flexible & private accommodation. The Bothy is a beautifully presented & spacious, one bed detached house. Set in 4 acres of woodland on the banks of the River Doon & forming part of Doonbank Cottage's woodland garden, it is a very peaceful and quiet location. One (medium sized) dog allowed.

Kyle Lodge at The Old Church, secluded retreat

Kyle Lodge is our new one bed lodge set in the private grounds of our larger property, The Old Church (which sleeps 12). It is a private and exceptionally comfortable space featuring a roll top bath with views of open countryside. The secluded and sheltered covered decking area with woodburner allows you to enjoy nature all year round. The local grocery shop is a 5 minute walk, with many restaurants and outdoor attractions only a short drive.

Tack Room Cottage

Sleeps 4 – 1 Large double bedroom and 1 twin room. (Can only be double and twins) The Tack Room is part of the former castle stable block, and is one of four cottages set around a central courtyard. With a king-size double bedroom and a twin room, both with an en-suite, this cottage is perfect for a family holiday in beautiful Ayrshire. An open plan living area which features underfloor heating and a roaring open log fire.

Fairy Cottage

Fairy Cottage is a self contained, fully equipped detached cottage, set in private grounds with private parking. Private patio area with garden furniture. Quiet and peaceful on a summer's evening. High Chair and travel cot available on request. Additional day guests only permitted with prior permission and an extra charge may be incurred. Our cottage has a capacity of a maximum of four people sharing two beds.
