Guests love the cabin, if you’re looking for peace, you just found it. This isn’t just a stay it’s an experience, something to savour. The cabin is your home from home, either cosying up by the log burner on a cold night or sat with a glass of wine, looking out across the pond to the wood. Our guests say "you could be anywhere in the world" it's that unique.

“The Shippon” Your rustic studio country get away

Welcome to our peaceful, homely self-contained annex ajoined to our family converted barn. With its own entrance, bathroom and a cosy log burner, it’s the perfect countryside hideaway. Outside, you can meet our friendly chickens in the courtyard & take in the views / stunning sunsets of the fields behind. Ideally located for exploring Peak scenic walks, Macc Forest, Capesthorne Hall and Macclesfield town. (For Mid Nov- Dec bookings - The Shippon will be known as / become “The Grotto” ⛄️❄️😀)

Oak Barn is a luxurious barn conversion with gardens, surrounded by fields on the edge of Lower Peover near Knutsford, Cheshire. The tranquil space sleeps a couple or family comfortably in a large bedroom with shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. Two pubs and a well stocked village shop are within walking distance and the historic town of Knutsford is a 10 minute drive away. A hamper of breakfast bits is provided incl. eggs, bacon, muesli, bread etc - vegan options available on request.

Tucked away in a peaceful spot close to the canal and walking distance to traditional pubs and shops, the cozy cottage offers a truly unique stay. Full of character it’s a perfect escape for anyone craving a cosy private retreat, with a gorgeous log burner and private garden and parking space. The cottage enjoys excellent transport links to Manchester and Stoke while remaining wonderfully secluded. Trains can be heard passing from time to time - a nostalgic reminder of the cottage’s heritage .

Step back in time and enjoy a stay in this fabulous 16th-century listed cottage, nestled in the heart of the beautiful Cheshire countryside. Guests have exclusive use of a private wing of the property, featuring a cosy lounge with a log burner, a study/breakfast room, a spacious double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. Although I live in a separate area at the rear of the property, your accommodation is entirely private . I am close by if needed

Waters Edge

Looking for a relaxing break, or need a place to stay for a wedding, this is the perfect getaway set in the stunning Cheshire countryside. Set within 16acres of grassland, with a great view out over the pond, Waters Edge has plenty of wildlife to spot. There is a lovely walk around the local sand quarry with a stop off at the Waggon & Horses and if you fancy something longer you can head up to the cloud or the roaches. You are a two minute drive to Sandhole Oak Barn and The Plough Inn.

The Little House

This lovely little house with dedicated parking is located a ten minute walk from the attractive centre of Knutsford with its numerous bars and restaurants, Tatton Park national trust property and Knutsford mainline railway station. Many event venues are within a short distance , as is junction 19 of the M6. Manchester airport is a 25min drive away. Many of our quests have described the little house as ‘sparkling clean, quirky, comfortable and well designed’.
