My friends and I had a great time at the house it had everything we needed and the Property Caretaker Don Pedro was very helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend Violetas house to stay in San Juan del Sur.

We had a very nice stay at Casa Pocahontas and felt right at home. The house is decorated with a lot of love and is located about 10-15 minutes walk from Playa Maderas. We spent a lot of time in the open living area with the huge terrace. A great place to relax, read a book or watch the wildlife in the jungle. The kitchen, bathroom and bedroom were well equipped. There was even a yoga mat and blackrolls. If we had any questions, Sebastian was always available and due to the keybox the check in/out was very flexible and uncomplicated. We can only recommend the Casa and would definitely come back again.

Lo único fue la poca accesibilidad para entrar antes. usualmente los Airbnb son de entrada 2pm y salida 12md con este era una hora después y una hora antes y por más que intentamos no nos quiso dar flexibilidad por lo demás todo perfecto

Jan-Luc’s stay was wonderful. A very responsive and communicative host. My group of four had a great time. The stay is very walkable to town where everything is happening, but far enough away to feel separate when it’s time to rest. Great views from the rooftop and balcony. Would recommend!

We had a great stay in Elvis’s apartment! He was very responsive and friendly when we had any questions. The apartment looks just like the pictures.

Very nice stay! thanks to omar & the housekeeper jose, which always helpef us out, if we needed something. The facilities are great, especially the pool and the kitchen. Would stay there again!

John's apartment was fantastic. Very modern and clean apartment and in a great location just down the road from the main street and beach. The views were amazing and there is a fan and air conditioning and hot water showers. The wifi did cut out a lot but worked enough for what we needed. Ramon, the property manager was also so accommodating. He delivered everything we needed and went above and beyond to track down and deliver crutches for me as I had an accident before coming to SJDS and could not walk. I could not recommend this apartment more and will definitely stay here again when I return to SJDS.

Nuestra estadía en esta casa fue simplemente increíble. La casa es muy cómoda, linda y con una vista espectacular a la playa. La atención de Yorlenys fue impecable, siempre atenta y respondiendo en todo momento. La cocina estaba completamente equipada, lo que nos permitió preparar nuestras comidas sin problemas. Los cuartos eran muy cómodos, y la atención del señor Emiliano y su esposa Eveling fue de 10/10. Nos ayudaron con todo lo que necesitábamos y, para nuestra sorpresa, al momento de irnos nos encontramos con que Emiliano había lavado nuestros vehículos por iniciativa propia, un detalle que realmente apreciamos y que merecía una buena propina. Otro punto increíble fue que, aunque la hora de salida era a las 11 a.m., Yorlenys, con su amabilidad, nos permitió quedarnos hasta el final de la tarde. Esto nos dio la oportunidad de disfrutar todo el día en la playa y regresar a la casa a bañarnos antes de emprender nuestro viaje de regreso, lo cual fue un gran plus. Recomiendo este lugar

We had a great stay in Liliana's apartment. You truly can't beat the views. You can see the whole bay of SJDS and it is gorgeous! The apartment is well appointed, beds are comfortable and ACs blowing cold =). It was also a very close walk to town. You do have to be ok with climbing the hill but we welcomed the work out. The driveway is incredibly steep. We had a 4wd and were fine but I imagine it might be a little hard for smaller cars (although we did see smaller cars parked up top, so definitely doable). Thank you for a great stay!

We had a great stay in this beautiful home! The view from the back of the house is captivating. The pictures do not do it justice. Definitely more than what we imagined and really happy we chose this place to stay while in SJDS. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be going back. Just a few minutes drive to the beach, local restaurants and bars.

A beautiful home that fit all of our 14 guests with no concerns about space! The pool was refreshing and we loved being able to walk on the beach into town. Do be cautious about the river nearby that flows into the ocean as there are some critters in that water but we spent most of our time in the pool. It was nice getting a guided tour of the house upon check-in and also having someone as security throughout the night to ensure no one tried anything suspicious. We were also given some recs on what to do in the area as the host has their own tour business as well. Do be mindful of your electricity use as it stated 80 KW/DAY and it’s actually per night. Overall a great time with family and friends!

We had to chance to meet with Luis & Tiffany and they were really nice and helpful with everything ! It was a real pleasure to meet them and to stay at their place. Honestly they were two of the nicest person we’ve ever met! We really love the pool, the rooftop terrace, the breakfast were very good and Carlos the janitor was also very nice! The view was amazing ! If we ever we come back in Nicaragua we’ll be sure to go there again! The only thing that you should be aware is that you have a lot of stairs to climb before getting to the place. It’s not meant for disabled person. But beside that everything is perfect. You will definitely enjoy your stay there!

This place was perfect, very short walk to the beach, pool and restaurant. The house and kitchen had everything we needed for the months stay. And chelsea was an amazing host that was always there when we had questions.

Casa hermosa, completa y segura con una hermosa vista y cómodas habitaciones sin duda volvere!

had a great time at this place, the view and location is amazing, dishes and appliances are a bit old and run down, had no problems only thing was there’s nothing in the listing about paying if you go over a certain amount of electricity. we were 5 people in a house meant for up to 10, we were VERY mindful about keeping lights and AC off used it only at night and not even for a full night in only 2 out of 3 rooms and we still went over and had to pay extra which i couldn’t help but feel cheated out of that money. for that reason i would not return.

Tout ce dont nous avions besoin était à disposition, ce qui a rendu notre séjour incroyablement confortable et pratique. L’emplacement est parfait, proche de tout, tout en restant calme et agréable. Mention spéciale à Veronica, qui est une hôte exceptionnelle : toujours à l’écoute, disponible à 100 %, et d’une gentillesse incroyable. Wonderful place, with a spectacular view! The statue of Christ is super close to Malibu and the host was also super helpful in recommending local restaurants with a 20% discount :) They’re super attentive when it comes to any inquiries or maintenance questions. However, I will say that there were a lot of bugs outside so I recommend bringing repellent. Its location is not that inclined like most places in San Juan, so that was another upside to it. Great location, great staff, great place ❤️

Nuestra estancia en la casa de Cheryl fue agradable, su casa está muy bien equipada, limpia y cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar bien. La casa esta ubicada en una zona segura y esta cerca de la bahía principal. Asimismo, Cheryl fue muy atenta y amable y estuvo en contacto y a disposición durante toda nuestra estancia. Sin dudas muy recomendado hospedarse acá, volveremos muy pronto.
