We had a wonderful stay in this house. Our family of five stayed upstairs and grandma could comfortably come dine with us then retreat to her own apartment downstairs. The kids loved having the beach just a stone's throw away and the fact that you can walk into town via the old train line is really great. We had everything we needed to dine in, though one of the best restaurants we ate at during our stay was a local recommendation that Michela made. We used the house as a base to drive around the island looking for secret beaches and exploring the surrounding towns then would return in the evening to drink wine in the secluded garden. It is really a great property!

Pour nous dépayser le temps de quelques jours, ce Airbnb était parfait. La villa est magnifique, la vue incroyable, et l'ile paradisiaque. Fabrizio nous a envoyé un lot d'instructions claires par message lors de la réservation, qui ont été très utiles. Stefano a su nous aider a chaque fois que nous lui avons demandé. Merci a lui pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Dans ce Airbnb, tout est pensé pour qu'on ai juste a poser nos bagages et profiter. On vous récupère au ferry en début de séjour, et on vous y remmene en fin de séjour. Vous avez un véhicule prêté sur place. Il y a tout le linge nécessaire. L'île est vraiment belle, avec des plages de sable blanc, un escalier taillé dans la roche qui mène jusqu'à l'eau (au phare), des petits villages pleins de charmes, et des sentiers de randonnées très sympas ! La villa est d'ailleurs au départ d'un sentier. Nous vous conseillons de réserver une soirée pour aller voir le coucher de soleil a Campese, en terrasse ou sur la plage.

For our family vacation, three couples and a 1-year old, the place was perfect. The ability to spend the heat of the day in the huge pool or inside the refreshing lodging made the stay excellent. The place is close to groceries, pharmaceuticals, restaurants, local sites, cities, etc. Ken was always responsive to whatever issue we brought up and his quick replies were greatly appreciated.

Che bello incontrare l'host di persona invece del solito cassettino con le chiavi! Laura è molto amichevole e disponibile, per tutto il soggiorno si è informata su come stava andando il soggiorno. La casa è davvero comoda, accessibile e bellissima, luminosissima.Un bel balcone comodissimo per mangiare. Abbiamo trovato prodotti per la pulizia e personali. In cucina dolcetti e sfiziosita'.Alla sera la macchina non serve perché si è direttamente in centro vicino a ristoranti bar, porto, passeggiata a mare. Unico neo le spese di consumo da pagare ( di cui ero informata) ma siccome è la prima volta che mi capita non avevo la minima idea di quanto potessero essere. Invece sono state contenute. Mi piacerebbe ritornare sicuramente.

Ci siamo trovati davvero bene in una casa confortevole e a due passi da Albus Alpacas !

Susanna ci ha riservato una eccellente accoglienza. La casa immersa nella natura è bellissima e provvista di tutto il necessario per sentirsi a proprio agio. Il giardino ampio e recintato è perfetto per gli amici a quattro zampe che possono giocare liberi e senza preoccupazioni. La zona tranquilla e riparata dal traffico concede agli ospiti il giusto relax. Il centro è a meno di 5 minuti di macchina oppure si può raggiungere a piedi facendo una bella passeggiata nel verde della Maremma. I servizi - quali supermercati e locali - sono anch’essi a meno di 5 minuti. Eccellente.

Bell'agriturismo in una posizione tranquilla e molto comoda per raggiungere facilmente i punti di interesse della zona, abbiamo girato per la Val D'Orcia soggiornando qui e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene, come a casa. Paolo e la sua compagna gentilissimi, super disponibili e sempre al lavoro per garantire il massimo ordine e pulizia della struttura. Consigliatissimo.

Studio charmant sur les hauteurs du village (5mn à pied du port et des commerces) avec une terrasse très agréable qui donne sur la mer. Literie propre et confortable, kitchenette bien équipée avec le nécessaire pour faire de la cuisine simple. Surtout très bon accueil (merci encore pour le prosecco!) et échanges faciles. Parfait pour découvrir l'île, ses sentiers de randonnée et ses criques.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral und befindet sich direkt am Strand. Alles notwendige ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir haben uns von Beginn an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Guglielmo war immer unkompliziert und umgehend. Seine Eltern - welche die Liegenschaft betreuen - sind herzlich, liebevoll und geben sich sehr viel Mühe für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Case del Mare hat uns allen sehr gefallen und unsere Ferien an der Küste der Toskana unvergesslich gemacht. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Vielen herzlichen Dank.
