Appartamento molto bello, spazioso per 6 persone, molto luminoso, affacciato sulla passeggiata di Chiavari e dotato di tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno. I doppi vetri garantiscono la tranquillità anche la sera. Il parcheggio gratuito è a una decina di minuti a piedi. Grazie per averci fatto trascorrere un bel ponte Pasquale!

Accueil parfait logement extrêmement propre et agréable avec vu sur le lever de soleil et hôte très réactif et arrangeante le seule point négatif c’est l’accès uniquement à pied pas simple quand on est chargé mais les ruelles sont très agréable pour balader pour se garer il y a un parking payant facile d’accès et sécurisé il y a des places gratuites mais pas toujours libre on a passé un agréable séjour Merci vraiment beaucoup à Alessia pour ce logement

Amazing views, very private. Driving there is not for the faint of heart. But worth it. Loved being on the path to be able to hike. Be aware during the shoulder season nothing is open close by so must prepare before arriving. Beautiful place!

We had a wonderful stay in Portovenere. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located—just a short walk from the city, shops, and restaurants. It was the ideal base to explore the Cinque Terre and enjoy the peaceful charm of Portovenere. Our hosts were friendly and responsive, making everything easy from check-in to check-out. Special thanks to Helena for her warm help! We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

Wonderful stay in a great location of old town Monterosso! It was on a quieter street and had a delicious bakery across the street that we went to each morning. It made for a comfortable, home base for the 4 days we explored Cinque Terre.

Una casa da favola, affacciata sul mare con scorci meravigliosi da ogni finestra. Arredata con gusto in ogni angolo, molto caratteristica con le sue 4 stanze su 4 piani. Il balconcino vista mare con accesso diretto la rende speciale anche se si ha desiderio di passare un po di tempo a casa in tranquillità. La posizione è più che ottima, vicinissima alla piazzetta centrale ma riparata dal via vai. Infine Lola una proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile. non volevamo andare via!!!

L’alloggio di Sara è un gioiellino nel pieno centro di Monterosso. Un’ottima base strategica per visitare le 5 terre, dotato di ogni confort e accogliente come casa propria. Sara una super host: dettagliata, disponibile per qualsiasi informazione relativa all’appartamento o al soggiorno in generale, e sempre amichevole!

Es war ein super schöne Unterkunft, mit guter Lage, Meer Blick, super schöner Außenbereich. Alessandro war super freundlich und Chiara war auch super freundlich, sie hat uns bei Fragen immer geholfen :)

The room is very spacious and bright, with stunning sea views right outside the window. It is within walking distance of seaside attractions, and supermarkets and restaurants are readily available.

Increíble la experiencia de estar en la montañas y comunicado con toda la zona.. la atención de vicenzo y de giorgio fue muy especial... los baños son muy grandes y las sábanas son de LINO ... como en un hotel de lujo.. muy recomendable.. vamos a volver

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à La Francesca, dans un environnement paisible et préservé. La vue sur la mer depuis le logement est magnifique. L'ensemble des commodités et activités est accessible à pied. Endroit hors du commun que nous recommandons.

I stayed here with my dad and brother four 4 nights in August. We each were able to have our own bedroom and space. It is two houses connected by a beautiful yards area. It is buggy but with some bug spray its totally fine. It is in the middle of an old quaint little town, yes their are clock tower bells but after the first couple chimes we didn't really notice them anymore. The views were amazing, you are going to this place for the views. Incredible. Hot tub and pool were great. We didn't use the sauna but it looked nice and clean. Ganna had great recommendations for food, wine, grocery so it made it easy for us. Overall really nice we had a great time.

Ausgezeichneter Meerblick vom Schlafzimmer aus - zu diesem Preis (gute 100 € die Nacht) ist das phantastisch. Sehr schöne Lage, nettes, einfaches Häuschen über dem Restaurant. Im Restaurant fand mal eine Hochzeit statt - das war zwar laut, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Es gibt einen Laden und einen Strand im Resort, die Bademöglichkeiten sind aber je nach Wellengang eingeschränkt (der Steinstrand ist den Wellen ziemlich exponiert, es ist schnell mal zu gefährlich). Es gibt aber einen abgeschirmten Teil, der ist aber klein und nicht sehr tief. Der Wanderweg zum Fahrrad-/Wanderweg durch die alten Eisenbahntunnel nach Bonassola/Levanto ist ja im "Wartungsmodus". Das bedeutet, dass der Weg abgesperrt ist und man über Steine klettern muss, um drüber zu kommen (Stand September 2024). Das ist sehr schade und wohl aktuell der einzige Haken an dieser Unterkunft. Wenn dieser Weg wieder offen ist, kommen wir gerne wieder!

This place is magical. It is a quiet oasis necessary during long travels through cities.  This room is part of a resort that has a bunch of smaller houses in addition to this one that's  attached to the main reception area. The views throughout the property are breathtaking and the restaurant on site is the best food I've eaten in Italy. The chef prepares beautiful and tasty cuisine with a careful eye for presentation. The waiter was able to speak in Italian, French and English to accommodate all of his guests. Be sure to bring every comfy hiking shoes to enjoy the walk along the coast between the site and the quieter cities of Bonassola and Levanto. It is only a 20 minute walk to either city along the coast. The room itself had a nice amount of space and there is a cute patio attached. You can open all the doors and have a view of the sea.  If I'm ever in this area, I'd absolutely stay here again. I'd opt for one of the other detached apartments for louder sounds of the sea. All of the staff is so very nice.  If you are traveling by train (not a car), it is best to get off in Levanto and hire a taxi to take you up to the site.  You can walk but it will be much better without your luggage (no matter how light you are traveling).

Dieses Ferienhaus ist mit Sicherheit, das schönste, das wir je gemietet haben. Die Aussicht und der Garten sind wunderbar. Bei der Einrichtung wurde auf jedes Detail geachtet und nichts fehlt. Man kann eigentlich den ganzen Tag im Haus mit Schwimmen, Tennis und Tischtennis spielen verbringen. Darüber hinaus sind aber Strand und Dorf auch sehr hübsch und dank dem Tiefgaragenplatz im Dorf spart man sich die Parkplatzsuche. Gianmarco und Marta sind immer erreichbar und helfen sofort. Besser geht es nicht - wir kommen sicher wieder!

Alloggio molto grazioso e perfetto per me e la mia bambina Posizione centrale nel paese e a due passi dal mare Pulizia simpatia e cortesia, abbiamo avuto un imprevisto e l’host ci ha assistito immediatamente E infine: l’appartamento è insonorizzato e climatizzato, per notti tranquille anche in piena estate Consiglio!

Virginio’s place is a good choice if you’re looking for a fully equipped apartment close to the beach! What we loved: - great communication and clear instructions - location is only 15min walk from the city center along the sea, very easy - the apartment was very clean and everything was provided - heating/AC works perfectly - a lot of storage space Good to know: - all doors are with matt glass, and there’s a little “window” between the bedroom and bathroom = if there’s a light on somewhere it inevitably comes into the bedroom - the apartment is on the ground floor + railway is near = some noise from traffic and trains Considering the price, quality and competition in Sestri Levante, we would recommend Virginio’s place!

Cavi è tranquilla e piccola ma offre comunque i servizi piu utili come bar, supermercati, ristoranti. Con il minimo spostamento, anche via treno , è possibile spostarsi e visitare molti altri punti mare ed entroterra. Host super gentile e disponibile, casa perfetta come nelle foto e completa di tutto, davvero tutto.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfection with a sea view from the balcony and master bedroom window. We went as a group of 6 adults and slept comfortably with this set up. Paolo could not have been a better host if he tried, offering us complimentary wine and limoncello, recommendations for all of Cinque Terre, and met us in person upon arrival and check out to show us around the property and to help us if we had any questions. Could not recommend this Airbnb more, it was fantastic!

Great location in Monterosso, accessible directly from the train station and walking distance to nearby cafes and restaurants. The apartment itself was clean and had everything you would need for a short stay, though a coffee machine would have been great. Amazing views out of the window. Would recommend for sure.

Sehr schöne, authentische Unterkunft in besonderer Lage direkt am Meer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und am schönsten natürlich die Terrasse mit Blick auf Portovenere bei Sonnenuntergang. Catarina ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin.

Sehr sehr freundlich Gastgeber waren über Preis Leistungs Verhältnis hin und weg, alles ist da es fehlt wirklich an nix in diesem Haus. Vermieterin hat immer ne Info gegeben wenn was in der Stadt stattgefunden hat. Also eigentlich braucht man Nix mitnehmen außer Badehose ein Fahrrad oder e Scooter um die Gegend zu erkundigen und das war’s sehr begeistert von dieser Anlage! Waren sehr sehr sehr zufrieden mit unserem Urlaub hier! Riesen Dank an Annalisa und Sergio bis zum nächsten Wiedersehen und alles gute euch !
