Had a great week here at this unique property. Corey met me in person and showed me around and was very warm and welcoming. It’s a beautiful and incredibly private property, and the house is full of so much interesting art, oddities etc. very inspiring and I’d love to return sometime !

Justin was a great host - very responsive and helpful. The house was cute, clean, and had all of the amenities you could need. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful country home, well worth it. Kitchen is fully stocked. The home itself is very homey and comfortable, it felt like home away from home. Super easy to find, only a 10 min drive from south fork and maybe 20 mins drive to the wolf creek ski lodge.

Everything was great, nice place and plenty of room. Loved the yard games and access to the grill.

Amazing log cabin experience. Very comfortable stay for a large family. The well water smelled strongly of sulphur, which isn't a huge problem. Just something to be aware of that should be in the description of the place. You can leave the water to offgas to use it later for cooking or coffee.

Our cabin was better than expected. We were surprised by all the amenities, like the provided crockpot. It was nice to have a meal waiting for us when we got back from skiing at Wolf Creek. Management was incredible and helped us out every step of the way. Because of my own lack of knowledge with electronics, management even came by to show me how to use our tv. We will stay here again.

This is our second time to stay at the Deer cabin. We love the coziness and privacy and the proximity to Wolf Creek. The gas log stove keeps the cabin warm and adds to the cozy charm. Our dogs felt right at home too. The beds are very comfortable and everything we needed for our stay was provided. We definitely hope to be back here on future trips.

Great place to stay! Simple and small but clean and inviting. Was a great base for a day in the mountains. I would definitely stay here again!

For the price you can't beat this place. If you are in a group this place will have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Place is a little dated but clean. Bedding was new and clean. Offers a grill and hot tub which was a plus.

This is a great cabin right in town. Walking or a short drive for food, while very quiet in the evening. The kitchen was very thoughtfully prepared, including coffee and a grinder, selection of teas and a very nice knife set (among many other things). Although simple, everything was clean and I had everything I needed for a stay. I certainly will return if I'm in the area again!

The cabin was exactly as described. We got what we expected. The bathroom was adequate for our needs which included up to six showers a day. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and we were warm during a snowstorm. We are grateful for the space and when we are in town again, we will choose to stay there. Thank you for the prompt communications, too.

It was a quick stay and my first time to South Fork. The cabin was cozy and warm. Gave the feels of a little mountain cabin while being right in town. I would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful experience here! We were so grateful to find a nice home that allowed us to bring our dogs (they are our travel companions!). The beds were amazingly comfortable and that upgraded bathroom was wonderful! It worked well for my husband and me, our 16 year old daughter. She originally had a friend who was planning on coming with us, and the loft area would have been perfect for 2-3 kids! It was great to be able to cook out and just relax at 'home' in the evenings!!

did not realize by pictures that the cabin was in the middle of the rv's..but still felt private and peaceful, everyone was courteous and helpful..would definitely stay here again!

Overall nice and cozy. It is an easy 15-20 min drive to the slopes. It is a 5 minute drive to a cute grocery store (rainbow grocery). You want to check out Docs for your souvenirs. Drive into Pagosa Springs for pizza it’s worth the drive and the drive is gorgeous. There are Mule deer all over the town of South Fork, and elk just outside of town. As two older adults, we choose to NOT climb the small circular stairs and let the kids stay up there which meant we stayed in the basement part which was kinda odd but cozy with the kids in the main cabin alone. The back deck with the chairs and the view of the river are breathtaking and the surroundings are amazing!. When we return to Wolf Creek we will be staying in South Fork. We might look around but we would MOST DEFINITELY stay here again and MOST DEFINITELY recommend this property. (Opinion) (A humidifier for winter guests would be awesome!)

Stayed here during a hunting trip to the area and I would recommend Kevin’s cabins to anyone. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Definitely will be back.

First anniversary trip for my wife and I - such a peaceful and beautiful spot camping by the river. Could not get over the stars. Everything was as described or better! Glenn and Kate were so warm and welcoming and prepared an incredible and thoughtful four-course meal for us. There were two respectful ranch dogs, Pavi and Ruru, who provided excellent tours of the property and gave lots of love. The site was clean and well-maintained, please help them keep it like this :) And we had no trouble finding the place, the directions provided were great (read them!). Would absolutely return in a heartbeat! Thank you to the whole ranch team for helping to make our first anniversary one for the books!

Beautiful place with very responsive host that addressed our concerns very quickly. We look forward to staying there again.

We had a family of fourteen staying. It was a great space with a big island and kitchen table for everyone to eat. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We enjoyed the backyard and being right on the river. We spent a lot of time just enjoying the peace and scenery. There were a family of deer we’ve seen grazing around which was cute. The upstairs has a lot of beds and game rooms for the kids to have their own space. You do have to take your trash up the road to another property which was weird but it’s not too far. Overall it was a nice stay and we all enjoyed the space. There’s a dollar general near by for basic needs or food.

2nd time staying here! I love the views and how peaceful it is. Love dipping in the cool stream during the day.
