Pelican Point is paradise. We spent our days swimming and surfing at beautiful Sandy Beach (the properties backyard). our evenings swaying in the properties hammocks taking in the night sky filled with stars and palm trees. Even better than the property itself is the host. Jim made us feel at home and his knowledge of the area made for a fantastic Rincon experience. We are already planning a return trip. Thank you for such a special time at Pelican Point!

Rustic, yet classy and right on the beach. I had the top floor to myself which was more space than I needed but just what I needed to get my head right before my busy season back up north. Staying here is truly an opportunity to see how the locals live and become immersed in the culture. If you’re tired of the same old resort, come here, open all the windows and patio doors hear the tropical birds and waves crashing have a bon fire on the beach after 9:00 PM of course, grill up some shrimp or fresh caught fish in the outdoor kitchen, walk to get a smoothie and coffee in the morning…ocean front on Sandy beach truly an amazing property. I hope to come back some day…Costa Rica vibes even though it’s PR, west coast surfing culture, I walked and ate the freshest fruit and swam and spoke Spanish and turkey came back a better version of myself. Salute to Jim 💯

Really enjoyed our stay at Villa del Sol. From the friendly guard at the entrance to the gated community, to the great location of the unit. We ate most of our meals out.. the list of restaurants that Vivienne provided was fantastic. We went to a number of them and they were delicious. Would definitely recommend this unit.

We found the place to be exactly as pictured and described. Location was convenient, but some parts of the neighborhood were not appealing. A/C Kept us cool at night and the beds were comfortable. We especially enjoyed the pool and the pool table. We spent more time outside than inside, and it was a perfect place to spend time outside. It was very lush and green and inviting. We did a a good bit of cooking and the kitchen worked well for us, though it was warm (we expected this based on the listing, so not an issue). We met Becky and Manuel and they were so very kind and helpful, and recommended some good places to eat. Only issue was mosquitos inside the house when we arrived, but this improved after a day or two, and I think probably isn’t specific to this house, there’s just lots of mosquitos in the area in general. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and it is a cute and cozy place.

It was a great space for our family. We had our daughter and my parents and it was very comfortable and spacious. So nice to easily walk to the beach. The microwave wasn’t working and Waleka quickly got a new one to us. It took a little to get in at the gate w the guard esp since my Spanish isn’t very good yet but we did it. Once the guard wasn’t there and forgot their phone so we had to wait a little before getting thru. It was a quick drive to town and other beaches…perfect location for us! Thank you.

Mark was the most incredibly responsive and accommodating host I've ever had -- I cannot say enough about how welcome he made us feel in his home! Everything was great -- we were able to make coffee in the morning and cook meals, and there is a restaurant right down the street as well. We were able to easily walk down to the beach and a few restaurants, and everything else was just a quick drive to get to. Thank you Mark!

This was a perfect location for a getaway. Steps away from a beautiful sandy beach which was great for taking long morning walks and morning/afternoon swims. It was fun to watch the surfers from our balcony too! A few places to eat close by but definitely need a car to get around to other nearby beaches, marina and restaurants due to the hilly terrain. Fishing was terrific and a nearby restaurant (Casa Islena) cooked our fresh caught tuna for us. Jim was a very friendly host. He provided lots of recommendations for local restaurants and nearby activities. He was also very responsive to any requests that we had. I would definitely visit again.

Franks townhouse was the perfect location, clean and very comfortable for our family. We are seniors with 2 adult married children and 1 infant. The space worked well! We enjoyed the pool, gated community and proximity to the beach.

Absolutely stunning beach you could walk for miles and not see anyone. Beautiful, clean and safe townhouse. Loved the roof top deck for morning and night views. Best place to stay in Isabela for sure! Pickleball courts nearby!

This was an amazing house, the neighborhood was fantastic, quiet, and super close to the beach. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen is so well appointed with everything you need if you like to cook. As an over a decade, Airbnb user, it was really nice to have so many things in the kitchen like spices, oil, all the small things you don’t wanna have to buy. It’s really easy to find if it’s daylight . Otherwise the hardest part was getting there.

Franks townhouse was the perfect location, clean and very comfortable for our family. We are seniors with 2 adult married children and 1 infant. The space worked well! We enjoyed the pool, gated community and proximity to the beach.

We had a great experience last week at Felix’s townhome. Initially AC in master was leaking water and the bake setting on stove were not working properly but completely fixed within 24 hours! Felix was so responsive ! Quiet neighborhood, private beach and community pool were great! Minutes from downtown Rincon ! Ty Felix!!!

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful condo in Rincon! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how perfectly located it is. The space itself is immaculate, stylishly decorated with a perfect blend of comfort and tropical charm. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need, and we loved having the option to cook some meals and enjoy them on the 3rd floor balcony. All bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size. One of the highlights of our stay was being able to walk to nearby surf beach right outside the complex gates. This location is ideal. We also loved being close to local cafes and restaurants in Puntas, where we soaked in the laid-back, friendly vibe of the town. Casa Islena was excellent. Our host, Allison, was super communicative and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The check-in process was seamless, and the condo had a cozy yet spacious feel that made it a true home away from home. Highly Recommend!

The place was exactly what we needed - we enjoyed the plunge pool and you just 1 block from the beach which was great! You have some amazing restaurants very near by Great steak place waking distance and an amazing sushi place bakku near by

The place is easy to find, close driving distance to the supermarket, fast food, and stores. Loved the ease of check-in. All rooms are spacious and well equipped. Even includes beach chairs, an umbrella, and coolers for beach trips which was definitely a plus. Place had absolutely everything we needed and some stuff we didn’t need but would be great for families with little ones such as a high chair. Suitable for large families as it includes 3 private bedrooms, and an additional inflatable mattress if needed. Would definitely book again!

We absolutely loved the home and how comfortable it was. The backyard was beautiful. The host was helpful and nice. Would definitely stay there again!

Gladys’ home in Rincón is the perfect getaway for a group trip! This was my second stay, and I’m already looking forward to returning. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to stunning beaches, great restaurants, cozy coffee shops, and the iconic Rincón lighthouse! The house is also thoughtfully stocked with beach chairs, an umbrella, a volleyball, and even board games for relaxing nights in, which made our stay extra fun and comfortable!
