Το "Valavani House" είναι ένα ευρύχωρο πέτρινο σπίτι κυριολεκτικά πάνω στη θάλασσα. Είναι διώροφο με εσωτερική και εξωτερική σκάλα. Στον πρώτο όροφο έχει 4 κρεβατοκάμαρες και ένα μπάνιο.
