Sandra was absolutely amazing! We stayed for a month and this house was perfect! It had everything we needed. Big yard for the dogs. We will definitely come back when in town again!

What a cozy place to stay! The fireplace is so nice on a freezing winter's day and this place had everything we could need. We stayed here to go to the Toboggan slide in Eagles Mere and it was just perfect.

Stayed at Justin's place for a 30th birthday weekend trip and we loved it! Justin was super responsive as a host and the AirBnB was beautiful, cozy, and in the most relaxing and peaceful little spot.

So much to say about this beautiful house.. everything, starting from the initial interaction with Ginger, the coziness and cleanliness of the home, thoughtfully picked out details, and the home’s location is impeccable. My family and friends stayed at Fox’s Den last year (2023)for New Year’s and loved it so much that we decided to return once again for 2025 celebration. The accommodation were great and everything we needed was right there. The house is also child friendly and there is much to do around in the community to keep everyone interested and entertained. Lastly, Ginger is just a wonderful host, who clearly places a lot of thought in making sure her guests feel welcomed. It’s in the details.. you will know what I mean if you decide to stay here. We really enjoyed staying here despite the snow, freezing rain & wind! We were looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway weekend and that’s exactly what we got! We were able to have a good time with all the games that are there to play! Also the Ricketts Glen Hotel is less than 5 minutes away for some very good food! I highly recommend this listing!

Our stay at bela vista was wonderful in every way. The house was immaculate and spacious. Getting in contact with the owner had almost an immediate response we had everything we needed and the location is beautiful. Thank you for all the personal touches

This place was perfect for my family with two small children. We needed a house to stay in for a weekend for a family wedding and it was more than enough space. We did have an issue where it was really cold in one of the bedrooms but as soon as we contacted the host, that was resolved. Some of the coffee mugs weren’t cleaned either, but it wasn’t a big deal for us to do so. Overall, would definitely recommend this place.

Amy was a great host-always responsive to us even when we booked on short notice. The home was clean and all basic amenities.

Monica’s place is beautiful and clean. We loved the experience, comforting and peaceful. The only thing we felt is lil hassle is the community thing, but if some paperwork is not an issue its a good getaway for sure!!

Cozy, nice place to stay near Jim Thorpe! Overall we loved our stay. The place was clean and cozy, perfect for a family or small group. We loved the hot tub to relax, kitchen/living room space to spend time together, and convenient washer/dryer. The twin beds upstairs are better for children - the mattresses were not super comfortable, and the beds were a bit cramped, being so close to the sloped attic ceiling. The upstairs space would have been perfect for older kids to have their own, tucked-away play area. You may want to bring additional glassware (or plasticware) and towels. There were coffee mugs and glasses for one meal for ~5 people, but we were constantly washing them to use again. No shotglasses, in case you will need those. The house is st4ocked with many towels for the hot tub and shower (some tucked away in corners - keep looking!), but I found they would get soaked from one use because they were so thin.

The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy them on the spacious deck while soaking in the serene surroundings. What truly made our stay unforgettable was our host, Macarena. From our first interaction, she was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. She provided excellent local recommendations for activities and dining, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about making our experience memorable.

We stayed here while visiting family over Thanksgiving. The place was clean and kitchen was well stocked to do some Thanksgiving meal prep. Linda was very responsive and accommodating.

Definitely recommend staying here! Very cozy and welcoming home! Can’t wait to come back in the summer!

Host was extremely kind and quick to respond. Very clear details and instructions. She also recommended local places, sent us events going on during our stay, and told us their favorite things to do in the community which was great and helped us decide what to prioritize during our weekend trip! The lake was stunning and we saw tons of wildlife! We had an amazing time and couldn’t have asked for a better host! Thank you for letting us stay!!

Very quiet peaceful area where nobody bothers you, we really enjoyed our stay, perfect place to relax and have a stress free environment, we travelled from the city so to hear nothing but the wind felt very tranquil, great location, not too far from major locations. The nicest part was that occasionally some deer would past and we would feed them carrots. I would recommend coming again.

Had a wonderful time at Erica’s mountain house. House was so cozy and everything was just as pictured. Erica was flexible about check out time which was so helpful not feeling rushed on our last day. We loved the fire place and sunroom. It was a snowy weekend and we still had a great time.

Lovely ski vacation cabin in the Pocono woods. Extremely homely, nicely appointed, and it was easy to find everything you need in the cabin.

What a great spot!! We took a girls trip and we were not disappointed in apt. C or Jim Thorpe. Great location… walking distance to so much. Be warned it is hilly, but we did not mind at all. The house was a great size for the 4 of us. Amenities were amazing. The only regret is that it was a rainy cold weekend and we could not enjoy coffee on the private patio!!! Jeffrey was super responsive and even shared the local places to go! We are looking forward to coming back next year!

I was there to be with my family over Easter and it’s a perfect location for so many things! I absolutely loved it as soon as I pulled in. It’s so cozy, comfy and peaceful. She has all things you need to cook meals and lots extra linens in bathroom. Lots of deer to watch too! I loved walking around the property and taking a walk down the road. Felt right at home. I only wish I could have stayed longer than 3 nights. Susan is the best host and the snacks/drinks were a welcome treat after driving for few hrs. I enjoyed them daily. Thank you so much!! The screened in porch is nice to sit and relax but I preferred to sit outside. I will definitely book again. I grew up in the area and as I’ve gotten older truly miss my hometown and family. This was a perfect getaway to recharge. I didn’t want to come back to reality but all good things must come to a close until next time. So, if you’re looking for a cute, cozy,private place to get away, book now, you won’t regret it. Susan in Pa

I booked this airbnb as a weekend getaway for my girlfriend and I and it was incredible. The area is safe, private and located in a gated community. There are so many little beaches and parks located in the community to spend the afternoon in. The home is beautiful and this host was the best host I’ve ever had at an Airbnb so far. Any questions were answered in less than 15 minutes and they immediately checked on us to make sure we were having a good stay. Overall this was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this home.
