Very peaceful and comfortable. The scenery coming into the location is beautiful. The firepit area was very relaxing.

My girlfriends, dogs, and I stayed here this past weekend and I can’t get over how great of an experience we had. Lori & James were extremely responsive and kind (especially given that we accidentally broke a couple things in the cabin). They were so sweet and the cabin and surroundings were just what we needed for a girls weekend away. As young girls we also felt so safe in the area and in James and Lori’s hands lol. We’ll definitely be coming back! Truly cannot say enough good things about our experience at the Frog Pong Cabin :)

The home was perfect for a quiet and peaceful getaway. Cozy and had everything that was needed during the stay. Greatly appreciated the timely responses from Dan! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again in the future.

As soon as you walk into this villa. You feel welcome. Full stocked coffee station. entry way is so welcoming. 55 and 65 inch smart tvs I. Every room. Spotless clean very comfortable beds. Back yard with hot tub bbq fire pit. Can’t say enough how perfect this house is. Thank you Nicholas for the best getaway. Can’t wait to stay here again. Our new home away from home. Our grandchildren loved it. Close to Kalahari water park. We will be booking very soon. Anna Cicio.

This was my second stay here, and I would love to stay again! The hosts are very responsive, and the cabin is cozy! My only caution, and it's based on the area, completely not the hosts fault, is ask when checking in if you're allowed to burn. We set up a campfire, but had to put it out due to a burn ban in the area we weren't aware of. We still had a great stay anyway! Definitely recommended this cabin!

Very quiet peaceful area where nobody bothers you, we really enjoyed our stay, perfect place to relax and have a stress free environment, we travelled from the city so to hear nothing but the wind felt very tranquil, great location, not too far from major locations. The nicest part was that occasionally some deer would past and we would feed them carrots. I would recommend coming again.

Stayed at Alex and Sveta's place for a quick Valentines day getaway. Place was very clean upon arrival and decorated with the Valentines day decor from my add on. Instructions to get on property and in the home was clear and detailed ensuring a smooth check in. Property was a bit of a drive from food, groceries, etc. So that required some planning if we decided to go out. We wanted a secluded time away so it wasnt too much of hindrance for us. But, restaurants closed earlier than expected so keep that in mind if booking to plan ahead. Kitchen was well stocked which i LOVED. Sheets and bedding was clean. Loved our stay here. Would definitely recommend.

We have stayed here multiple times. The kids love exploring the area. My husband and I appreciate how peaceful the property is. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

I can’t say enough about my experience at the cabin. Everything about it was wonderful and I felt like I was in a very special place. It was obvious to me that Jeffrey and his property management group are very wise when it comes to setting up a place for travelers. Everything I needed was there and everything was clean and in great condition. The fact that I had two outdoor areas to access was wonderful. The backyard was like a park and there was a trail that you could take behind the house. Everything was in walking distance, so it was a great place for someone who was doing some of the touristy things and Jim Thorpe. I can’t wait to go back.

Jeffs cabin was a great stay! The cabin was exactly what we were looking for since we planned the trip around hiking at Ricketts Glenn Park, which was less than 5 mins away. The Cabin was cozy and secluded exactly what me and my boyfriend were looking for. Would stay here again!

The house was exactly like the pictures and it was very clean! I would most definitely recommend and would re-book in the future!

We wanted a peaceful get away and this place was exactly what we needed, started with notes welcoming our family to the cabin, our children enjoyed themselves with so much to do and I couldn't have asked for a better place for our mini get away everything was perfect definitely will be back !!

This is a beautiful and relaxing place to stay! The cabin had everything we needed and lots of thoughtful extras. And the property has all kinds of fun places to hang out, including a sunny deck, cozy benches, and even a swing. There's so much to do in this area - we hiked at Hickory Run, and went on a train trip and horseback riding in Jim Thorpe, plus cute places to shop and some outstanding restaurants. We highly recommend a stay here! You won't be disappointed!!

Quiet and secluded, and is in a convenient location to Rickett's Glen. Price is very reasonable considering the property size/condition and location.

Great place to enjoy some quality family time. The Cabin by the Creek is a really nice place to be stay. A very tranquil and beautiful location not far from Jim Thorpe. Really enjoyed the 70’s style and listening to vinyl records. Also liked the musical styled decor. Eating dinner and roasting marshmallows over the fire pit by the creek are just some memories that we will always cherish as a family.

I hate to leave this review because I want to keep this hidden gem a secret but this host and property are AMAZING!! Private and secluded with so much to do on the property! We jumped from the game cabin, to fishing, to the multiple fire pits, to relaxing on the deck…my 4 kids ages 13-21 never got bored , even on the rainy days. Going from the spa then out to the hot tub under the canopy of trees was so relaxing. The cabin itself is clean, spacious and beautiful and the personal touches make it so cozy. The sound of the stream while you sleep at night is just so peaceful. Our host was very responsive and although we have stayed at some beautiful Airbnb’s - the care this host puts into this property is exceptional. My family and I are all feeling rejuvenated and my pups are exhausted, it was perfect!

Cabin was very comfortable, clean, and easy to access. Had a Great weekend getaway and will definitely be booking again!

Pat’s place is truly a gem! It’s the perfect blend of cozy cabin charm and spacious comfort, offering room for everyone across all three floors. We loved the daily visits from the deer—it was a special touch that the kids absolutely adored. The cabin was ideal for family time, with plenty of space for breakfasts together, family dinners, and enjoying the BBQ. There were also tons of board games and a speaker to keep the fun going with music. While we had such a great time staying in, we also took a trip to Camelback for the tubing, which was a blast. Pat is an amazing host, and we couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. Highly recommend!
