Wonderful stay at Teah and Matt's place! Beautiful apartment with amazing views! Close to all the sights, restaurants and trams to explore the city. The trains can be noisy but we were tired so fell into background for sleeping. Thanks again for a lovely stay!

Staying at Sandy’s Airbnb was a fantastic experience! She was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. As a regular traveller to Melbourne and first time staying at Graces Apartment, it is definitely up there with one of the best places ive stayed at. Apartment was stocked with everything that was needed, was as clean as clean gets, easy access with secure carpark. Amazing communication from Grace, and happily help with any queries and questions i had. The perfect apartment for a nice getaway. Can confidently say that i will be a returning guest , without even thinking twice. HIGHLY recommended A+++++ 👌😁

Mehria and Shahrooz's place was really clean, spacious and comfortable. Their unit has everything for cook. I enjoyed cooking like I was living in Melbourne reality. Tram station has 3 nearby, also you can go to Southern Cross station only 10 minutes on foot. So it was really convenient to go anywhere. They are really kind and friendly. I booked this beautiful home for 2 nights. I chose it as a place to get ready with my bridal party and a place for my husband and I to come to after our Wedding Day. The house is equipped with everything you need from glad wrap to sugar, from an iron to needles and thread - it was perfect. The house emits a calm, vintage and open ambience. With dark wooden beams, stain glass windows and an open back yard - the space is so an art piece in its entirety. We highly recommend this place for you to book!

We loved this house!!! Lauren has done a beautiful job of furnishing and decorating this old 70s house. From the front, the street appeal isn't great but that doesn't matter at all once you enter. It's VERY spacious, stylish, comfortable and homely. The beds were comfy, the kitchen well equipped, Lauren even provides multiple towels for each guest which is so lovely when having a longer stay! It's the small, thoughtful touches like this that can make a huge difference.. There are books and games for both kids and adults alike. Lauren is so helpful and friendly, and was always quick to respond. Despite being an older house, we can't fault our stay, we absolutely loved it and would happily return. Thank you so much Lauren!!

Thanks to lovely Rebecca for a wonderful stay. Our family of four spent three great weeks here and the location and house itself was unbeatable. So much thought was placed into each room; from cutlery and toys for the kids to ample towels as well as beach towels! Kitchen is extremely well equipped and there was even a brand new BBQ. We had one tiny concern that Rebecca immediately assisted us with and for that, we appreciated her prompt help. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful house it was so easy to find and felt just like home, beds felt amazing and comfortable. The house was super clean and was perfect for staying, would definitely stay longer. Especially the shopping centre being only a 5 min drives was perfect for shopping.

Great Host, perfect for hosting large groups, plenty of privacy for group of couples. Spacious and clean for reasonable price in a big group.

Beautiful house, great interior design. Very comfortable. Had everything needed. Family of 5 with young kids and house was perfect for family and good location to access the beach. Amazing we could bring our dog. We needed garage access which this property had. Couple of things to maybe be aware of - we didnt pick up in the listing (unsure if I overlooked) :Train runs 1x house away really reguarly and continued through the night -potentially disturbing. We specifically seeked a house with a pool and paid extra for this. Aim was to hang around pool for the weekend. But pool was cold and only 1/5th of us could go in and tolerate it. For us this spoilt our weekend plans and we felt we paid extra for something we couldnt use. If we had known we would have paid less for a house without a pool. This for us did spoilt our trip, kids were disappointed. But this may have been listed and overlooked, or our fault for not asking, and was specificaly a need for us- you may be different :)

The attention to detail is incredible, his place had everything you need and is in a super convenient location with public transport, shops and restaurants all in walkable distance. The place was clean and tidy, my boyfriend and I felt right at home. Might need to ask Kelvis to help design our future home 🤣

This place was very well equipped, nice and clean and spacious for us. All cleaning products, shampoo, conditioner and washing detergent was generously included. Bed linen was crisp and clean. Very central to all amenities and a 2 minute walk to the tram station.

We had a great stay. The location was fabulous, right in the city easy access to free zone trams and train stations. The apartment was great everything we needed for our family and 2 bathrooms was a bonus for a family of girls. Highly recommend and we will be back to stay again. Thank you Victoria.

Aman is a great landlord, he always quick reply to the message. It's really helpful for us to make next plan. Sorry for him about the midnight check-in. However, he's still let us get the key ASAP. Apricate him.

Simon is an excellent host. His communication is exemplary & he did everything he could to help us settle in including arrangements for early access to our carpark. Simon’s place is exactly as presented & he has provided everything possible to make you feel at home & have everything you need. The location is excellent with easy access to the free tram & other tram services right outside the apartment. There are also plenty of places to eat within easy walking distance. We highly recommend Simon’s place & Simon as a wonderful host.

This place is in a fantastic location. It's close to coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and the free tram. The main bathroom doesn't include a toilet so only one toilet. But the main bath has lots of storage and Great shower pressure!!! The hosts were very responsive with all our questions! I would definitely recommend!

Was an excellent base to attend concert at Marvel Stadium, explore the city and easy access to the airport. Thank you!
