Renta de alojamientos vacacionales frente al agua en Riccione

Innanzitutto c'è da dire che Elisa è stata molto accogliente e disponibile. Si è offerta sia di venirci a prendere sia di riportarci in stazione e quando abbiamo avuto problematiche con dei vicini rumorosi (una notte) è intervenuta subito. La casa, molto moderna, è dotata di tutto ciò che ci ha fatto sentire come se fossimo a casa nostra, si trova in una zona di Pesaro particolarmente tranquilla e vicino alla piccola baia Flaminia (per questo sicuramente la raccomandiamo per i mesi estivi). Vicino a casa ci sono tantissimi locali in cui mangiare, tra i quali l'imparagonabile piadina da Terry.

Jacopo and his brother are excellent hosts. Very friendly and available for anything. He gave us clear instructions and suggestions regarding places to visit and so forth. It is also very easy to communicate with them. Highly recommended.

Eine tolle Wohnung. Sehr schön und geschmackvoll renoviert. Fantastische Aussicht über den Strand. Mitte April auch sehr ruhig. Trotzdem waren einige Restaurants in der Umgebung geöffnet. Auch das Ortszentum ist in 10 - 12 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.

La comunicazione con Andrea è stata molto buona. L'alloggio era pulito e ordinato con un'ampia cucina che noi non abbiamo usato. Abbiamo alloggiato lì per andare al circuito. Noi l'abbiamo raggiunto a piedi, ma vicinissimo c'era la possibilità di prendere un trenino che portava all'ingresso del circuito (sia all'andata che al ritorno). Abbiamo potuto parcheggiare gratuitamente in un parcheggio indicato dalla mamma di Andrea che ci ha portato le chiavi. La signora ci ha permesso di fare il check out più tardi, visto che il giorno successivo non vi erano ospiti. E' stato un gesto molto gentile e apprezzato da tutte noi. Unser Aufenthalt bei Nicolò, Roberta und Thor hat uns unglaublich gut gefallen! ☺️ Wir sind zusammen mit unserer zweijährigen Tochter gereist, die bei uns im Bett geschlafen hat, und die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt. Der lange Sandstrand ist direkt vor der Tür (ein paar Meter) und überall sind kleine Spielplätze. Die Kommunikation mit Nicolò und Roberta hat auch immer reibungslos funktioniert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen, wenn wir noch mal in Rimini wären. Vielen Dank für alles! ☺️🤗

Host molto disponibile, pulizia impeccabile appartamento dotato con molti confort. Ottima posizione. Abbiamo trascorso un tranquillo soggiorno.

ho soggiornato nell'appartamento per 2 notti con la mia ragazza, e ci siamo talmente innamorati dell'abitazione e della zona fino a prolungarci per un altra notte. Detto ciò consiglio vivamente a chi si vuole vivere un week end tranquillo di prendere in considerazione la posizione e la qualità della struttura.

It was a nice stay, the apartment was clean and at a very calm location. Annamaria was very helpful and ensured we had our stay as nice as possible. The neighbors can be a bit complicated, but as long as you keep it within the rules and follow the guidelines of Annamaria, there shouldn't be any problems. Would definitely recommend to people who like to explore the area during the day!

I recently had an incredible stay at an Airbnb that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like local snacks and guidebooks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to offer helpful recommendations. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I can't wait to return!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung und vor allem auch der Lage der Wohnung. 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt, kostenloser Parkplatz in der Nähe, sonst paar Minuten entfernt Parkplatz für 2 Euro am Tag. Die Wohnung liegt zwar zur Hauptstraße mit tollen Essens Möglichkeiten, aber trotzdem etwas privat, weil sie sich in einer Art Hinterhof befindet. Alessandro war stehts top erreichbar und konnte gute Empfehlungen geben, check in und check out total einfach mit code. Alles da, was man braucht für den Urlaub. Das einzige, was man beachten muss ist, dass das Wlan Signal schwach ist, weil man es sich teilt und man kann nicht mehrere Haushaltsgeräte gleichzeitig bedienen (z.b. Waschmaschine und Herd).

Geweldige vakantie gehad bij Villa Mariella! De villa's bevinden zich in een heel mooie, besloten omgeving, er is een prachtige goed onderhouden tuin en een fijne, schoone zwembad. De villa's zijn heel dichtbij het strand. De strand is tegen betaling maar je krijgt een vaste plek met een parasol en twee ligbedden. De strand is ook schoon en netjes. Het is ook heel fijn dat je gebruik kunt maken van de fietsen voor de gaten. Op de fiets maar ook te voet is het stadscentrum goed bereikbaar. De gastheren zijn heel aardig en beleefd. Heel fijne contact gehad.

Hôtes très accueillant, serviable, à l'écoute et réactif. Maison bien agencé et bien placé; partie extérieur complète (salon de jardin / table de jardin / transats) mais attention aux moustiques le soir. Plage à 5 minutes à pied mais accès uniquement en journée et plage avec digue de cailloux. Les villes proches sont animée et les possibilités d'activité sont diverses. On a passé d'excellentes vacances, le logement correspondait a nos attentes et nous remercions nos hôtes pour tout 🥰

la casa di Attilio è una chicca ,ben arredata profumata e pulita .Si trova vicinissima al mare alla via dei ristoranti e dei negozzi , siamo trovati benissimo, la straconsiglio.

L’appartamento corrisponde pienamente a quanto si vede dalle foto. La posizione è proprio sulla spiaggia, fisicamente si parcheggia sulla sabbia! Host e proprietari gentilissimi, noi per un contrattempo abbiamo dovuto andare via un giorno prima e loro sono stati molto comprensivi. Persone proprio a modo.

Ambienti puliti, ordinati, luminosi e spaziosi. Elettrodomestici funzionanti e lenzuola pulite. La gestione ottima, la proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima posizione, un po'defilita dal viale principale, permette di riposare di notte. Molto soddisfatti!

Giorgia was friendly & welcoming & offered local advice for getting the the Moto GP, booking restaurants & accessing bike tracks. Giorgia allowed us to rent some bikes from her which provided great fun throughout our stay. The beach was an easy 7-10 minute stroll & 5 minute bike ride from the house. The apartment was large & roomy & having two bathrooms was helpful when travelling with friends. We would definitely recommend Giorgia's apartment as a great place to stay!

Great host ,very helpful , fast communication, place is great just by beach with great views , very clean, an amazing surrounding , i would highly recommend the host and place , see you next time we are in Rimini, and thank you very much for everything

Lovely apartment, decor very modern. Shower was really powerful and the coffee and cake at the wonderful Pino’s every morning was a massive bonus! Lovely staff and surroundings.

Top Wohnung in perfekter Lage und mit großartigem Ausblick. Einmal über die Straße und man ist im Strandparadies! Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, stets erreichbar und hilfsbereit - wir haben uns hier das erste, aber nicht das letzte Mal eingemietet 😃

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return!
