The house is very beautiful, private and in a great environment. The host is very friendly and communicative. It can be used perfectly by a family or friends. The pool isn’t big but perfect to cool down and the beach is only 30 minutes away. You can’t really do much sightseeing in the neighbourhood, but if you are looking for a vacation to relax, then you are in the right place! Also, the house has many features such as table tennis, kicker and more. We would come back anytime!

Stefanos Unterkunft war ein absolutes Highlight! Der Pool und der Whirlpool waren perfekt zum Entspannen, und die Lage könnte kaum besser sein. Die Wohnung war super sauber und sehr komfortabel, und Stefano war ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Meine Freunde und ich sind uns sicher dass Stefanos Unterkunft das beste Air BnB ist, in dem wir je waren! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 13 Personen – mit und ohne Beeinträchtigung, einer Einrichtung aus der Schweiz– und durften unseren diesjährigen Osterurlaub in Ihrem Haus verbringen. Sowohl das Haus selbst als auch die Umgebung haben uns begeistert, aber ganz besonders möchten wir den herzlichen und offenen Kontakt zu Ihnen hervorheben. Wir unternehmen jedes Jahr um diese Zeit eine gemeinsame Reise und haben schon viele schöne Unterkünfte erlebt – doch selten hat ein Haus so perfekt zu uns als Gruppe gepasst wie Ihres. Wir möchten uns von Herzen für die wunderbare Zeit bedanken, die wir bei Ihnen verbringen durften. Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, und wir sind uns einig: Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

мы провели в доме 10 волшебных дней. Гуляли и возвращались в дом как в нашу тихую гавань, дарующую усталым путникам спокойствие и прохладу в тени деревьев. На машине мы посещали местные достопримечательности и исследовали пляжи. Все было великолепно! Мы предпочитаем готовить сами и в доме все было для этого. В 5 мин езды от дома есть новый и большой продуктовый магазин EuroSpin. Для большего комфорта нам не хватало посудомойки и микроволновки, но мы знали что их нет и были к этому готовы. Много различных моющих средств и это позволяет легко поддерживать чистоту в доме. Дом чистый и просторный и имеет 2 терассы, есть возможность делать барбекю что мы с удовольствием сделали. Бассейн в 20 шагах от дома и это большой плюс. Уважаемые Titti E Vito, больше спасибо Вам за эту возможность провести наш отпуск в вашем доме. Мы без сомнения рекомендуем тут останавливаться всем желающим.

Die Unterkunft war super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Lage auf einer kleinen Anhöhe ist ein Traum, Sonnenuntergang inklusive. Martina ist eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin!

Fabio ist ein toller Gastgeber. Wir haben uns in dem Haus richtig wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten war toll und hat besonders den Kindern total gut gefallen. Der Pool ist ansprechend und super für eine Abkühlung an heißen Tagen. Im Garten wachsen Feigen Bäume mit super leckeren Früchten. Fabio hat uns begrüßt und verabschiedet und zwischendurch immer gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist - ein wirklich toller Service. Sollten wir nochmal in die Region kommen ist Fabio sicher unsere erste Wahl.

Sehr schöne, ruhige Umgebung. Tolles Haus, mit dem Notwendigsten ausgestattet. Waschmaschine ist super. Ein gutes Restaurant ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In 15 Minuten mit dem Auto ist man im nächstgrößeren Ort mit Einkaufszentrum etc. sowie am Meer. Ohne Auto ist es jedoch schwierig Unternehmungen zu planen. Preis/Leistung ist top und die Gastgeberin sehr hilfsbereit und nett.

We hadden een heerlijke week op deze plek. Rustige ligging, mooi uitzicht, en in de buurt van bergen, strand en mooie steden. Het huis is comfortabel met fijne bedden en een heerlijk terras. Communicatie met Caterina was perfect, ze stond klaar voor support en tips waar nodig. Goed om te weten voor toekomstige bezoekers: - de foto’s bij de advertentie komen niet geheel overeen met het huis (slaapkamers, woonkamer), deze foto’s zijn van een ander huisje. De stijl is vergelijkbaar, dus verder geen probleem. - tijdens ons verblijf eind april was het zwembad voor algemeen gebruik nog dicht. Het huisje kijkt wel uit op een verwarmd zwembad dat bij de twee huisjes eronder hoort voor prive gebruik. Daar zwommen nu andere kinderen in, wat logisch is, maar onze kinderen wel lastig vonden om steeds te zien. Begrijpelijk, maar wel goed om te weten. Kortom, een fijne verblijfplaats in mooie omgeving!

We came as a group of freshly graduated teenagers; in total 23 people. Even though the villa was not listed as capable of holding so many people, the host made it work splendidly. The host was very helpful and responded quickly. The villa was beautiful and the noise from the traffic was not as bad as we had imagined. Over all, a wonderful experience. We recommend it!!

Esperienza ottima da tutti i punti di vista. Debora si è rivelata fin dalle prime comunicazioni una host reattiva, precisa e sempre disponibile. Amiamo visitare i borghi, oltre alle passeggiate lungomare, e la casa era in posizione strategica da alcuni nostri luoghi amati. Grazie di tutto e alla prossima! 😘

Alloggio molto grande, comodo, pulito e in zona tranquilla. La signora Fedora è estremamente disponibile, gentile e proattiva, venendoci incontro per esigenze di check-in. Molto soddisfatti del soggiorno.

La casa era come descritta, Giacomo è stato sempre puntuale nella comunicazione, la posizione a due minuti dal porto canale, direi tutto ottimo

Siamo stati a Mondaino per il Motomondiale di Misono, ci siamo trovati benissimo con la casa, pulita, efficiente e con un panorama magnifico. Faccio i complimenti agli host per l’aiuto e le risposte veloci alle nostre domande. Speriamo di tornare al più presto! Altamente consigliata ☺️

Wir waren vier Nächte mit zwei Kindern in der Wohnung. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Richtig viel Platz - zwei Badezimmer und tolle Lage. Ruhig und doch mittendrin. Gloria hat sehr schnell bei Fragen geholfen. Grazie mille!

We had a great time at Giovannis and Serines place! Giovanni proactively texted us tips for beaches, restaurants, activities, etc beforehand which was really nice, The appartment has everything you need, a great kitchen, everything was spotless clean. The terrace has great view of the castle montefiore and the garden is really beautiful too. You’ll for sure enjoy your time with them :)

L'alloggio corrisponde alla descrizione, è disposto su tre piani ed è dotato di tutto il necessario sia in cucina che in bagno. Christian è davvero disponibile e si prende cura dei suoi ospiti in modo professionale e cortese. Dovendo riportare l'unica cosa "negativa" che abbiamo scoperto solo al nostro arrivo e alla quale però il proprietario sta già lavorando è la poca linea telefonica o rete per internet. Neanche usando l'hotspot de telefono è stato possibile utilizzare internet sul pc perché appunto i telefoni (di operatori diversi) non prendevano. Sarà però presto disponibile una connessione stabile, consiglio solo, in caso pensiate sia necessario, di assicurarvene. Per il resto check in e out semplicissimi, zona tranquilla ma vicino ai servizi (fermata bus proprio fuori dal cancello) e piccole accortezze che ci hanno fatti sentire a casa, come cioccolatini e una bottiglia di vino che ci sono state offerte. This place is pretty special. This is a very old home so very charming but you do have to get used to the downstairs shower (tricky regulating water temp and slow draining shower floor). The upstairs bathroom is gorgeous with the best view, I just wish it had a shower curtain so the bathtub could also easily work as a shower. We took lots of photos of the beautiful old architectural details inside the home. We spend several afternoons lazing by the gorgeous pool in the lovely outdoor space. We even used the outdoor shower a couple mornings. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. We could sign in to our Netflix account to watch movies on the TV in the evenings after watching the gorgeous sunsets. The Grotto restaurant, not too far away by car, was fabulous.

this is by far our favourite experience ever on airbnb. the place is absolutely stunning and even better than described - it had everything we needed including an amazing speaker, which definitely made our holiday to the point we didn't even leave the place other than to go to the supermarket. the kitchen is a dream with everything that cn be possibly needed to cook amazing meals and the bedroom and bed is super comfy. Marissa is such a kind and friendly host, super responsive and flexible, it made the experience absolutely memorable. we were so sad to leave, that we're already planning to come back next year.

Merci à Laura pour son sympathique accueil. Logement de style local ancien, propre et bien agréable. La terrasse est bien clôturé ce qui était important pour nous avec nos 3 petits chiens. Laura est disponible, elle nous a donné de bonnes informations touristiques. Nous espérons revenir, la proximité de la plage de Bellaria-Igea à pied nous a séduit A 2 min à pied nous avons pu profiter des commerces dans la rue piétonne et son ambiance. Io e la mia famiglia ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Siamo stati davvero bene in questa casetta accogliente. La consigliamo davvero a tutte le famiglie anche grazie alla gentilezza e alla disponibilità della mamma di Giulia che ci dato ottimi consigli per i ristoranti, per visitare San Marino e ci ha fatto trovare un tipico dolce sammarinese per la colazione. La casa è molto comoda, in una zona molto tranquilla a due passi dalla campagna, ma comoda in macchina a qualsiasi attrazione del luogo. Tutto TOP!

Appartamento in ottima posizione per visitare il centro città e per raggiungere il lungomare. L'host Enrico è una persona gentile e amichevole con cui è stato piacevole interagire. Ci ha fornito indicazioni utili e precise per il nostro soggiorno e la comunicazione è stata perfetta. Host e appartamento consogliatissimi.

Ad accoglierci è la mamma di Silvia, molto simpatica, disponibile e premurosa, ti fà sentire a tuo agio. Un pò la mamma di tutti gli ospiti. La località di Gabicce Monte è molto tranquilla ma con ottimi ristoranti, pizzerie e gelaterie dove trascorrere le serate. Consigliato a tutti.

Arrivati solo per una notte, Filippo gentilissimo mi ha mostrato la casa molto pulita, lenzuola profumate silenziosa offre un buon riposo anche se vicinissima al centro (5/10 minuti a piedi) inoltre erano presenti caffè e the, macchina del caffè e una bottiglia d'acqua al nostro arrivo. Host molto tranquillo e gentile
