Perfect, central spot in town! just what I needed for a few days on my way down south. Would stay again!

We enjoyed staying here. It is so close to the city centre and all there is to offer. If you have a car you do need to look for a car park but if you don’t mind a walk it’s not really a problem.

What a wonderful place to stay- and wonderful hosts too! Comfortable, cozy and had everything we needed. Great location as well - next to green spaces and near the ocean. Very easy to get into the city too. Can easily recommend to others.

Beautiful, adaptable apartment. Fabulous for families. The hosts were very responsive when we found that the iron was not working ( we needed to quickly prep for a wedding) and they also gave us an ironing board ( which wasn’t initially present). We were very very grateful for their rapid action. The apartment was squeaky clean. In summer, one will need to open the windows on the upper floor to get a cross breeze.

A perfect little oasis with Hagley Park on your back doorstep. Has everything you need in the apartment & it’s central location means you are walking distance to everything the CBD has to offer. The only downside is I wished I had stayed longer!

Great value. The shower and toilet area separated only by a curtain will be unsatisfactory for some but it was in the description so there were no surprises. Would book again.

I had a wonderful stay at Olive’s place! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Olive was a thoughtful and responsive host, making the check-in process smooth and easy. The location was great — close to everything I needed but still peaceful and quiet. I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back in the future!

First of all i would like to thank host for the tremendous and prompt support throughout our stay. Secondly this property is located at the heart of city, everything is reachable just in few minutes.. I must say it was an amazing stay.

Danielle was a responsive and friendly host. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the beautiful surrounds of Sumner and delicious bakery and bar close by!

This was my second time staying at Ann-Marie's place in a week and it was truly wonderful and excellent both times. The place is absolutely beautiful and is surrounded by stunning scenery and a large gorgeous yard. The place is roomy, cozy, and has everything you need. The best part is Ann-Marie. She is super friendly and helpful and is always willing to support and help in any way possible. I truly enjoyed both of my stays here and I would definitely love to come back again. The attention to the guest experience is fantastic. Communication before and during the stay, faultless. The apartment is well set up and in fact better than I expected. Location was perfect for us. Very easy access from the airport and a short and easy walk to town. A couple of fantastic restaurants/ take away options a minutes walk away was a bonus. Highly recommend.

Perfect location if you want to walk to stores or restaurant instead of driving. House was better than expected in terms of design and vintage look. Checking in is hard initially but I would ask for instructions beforehand and then park at the front of the Heritage if you’re coming by car, then drop the bags and park the car. Parking is very tightly spaced so be aware if you’re coming with a van. On the left side of the main entrance, there is street parking and a parking garage that you can pay for.

Lovely clean and tidy terraced house Good location for mall shops being opposite the mall Comfy bed Good kitchen amenities Only provided soap and combined shampoo condition showering sachets , but there are plenty Very noisy from early morning as on main road , but surprisingly quiet at night so not a huge issue.

Wow!This place was spectacular, the views really were something special.Bernard provided some great helpful info about local eats and walks from the house.He was friendly and helpful.The walking options from the house were fab, we did a beautiful walk heading up into the hills from the house. The big bed was super comfy and the layout and space was perfect.We loved the hot tub and views.The bathroom was lovely and had everything you need.The dual wardrobe storage space was so comfy and spacious.We loved sitting by the window enjoying the view and we felt that we had privacy. This place has all the main things absolutely right.Some minor considerations would elevate this place to an extraordinary luxury option-for example updating all kitchen appliances,extra spa towels,setting up the windows seat with cushions, some basic instructions for TV options and some local recommendations and maps. Stunning views Just what we needed for a peaceful getaway. Stunning views and a cozy fire. Everything you need, great friendly hosts that leave treats, and also very gracious allowing our Humphrey the Labrador come and stay too, who adored being so close to the beach. Very comfortable place that has everything you need. We enjoyed our stay there and I can recommend it. It is though a bit far from the city center - you’ll definitely need a car.

Michael's property matched all descriptions perfectly. Communication had been great through check in all the way to check out. The property is located high up on Cashmere hills which unfortunately was out of scooter operating zone. You'll definitely need a car or Uber to get to the house. Overall, the property met our expectations and we had a comfortable stay.

Michael and his son Jonathan were such great hosts. We highly recommend this beautiful spot in the hills!
