A very well-equipped house in a lovely seaside village, larger than the photos make it seem. Antonio greeted us like we were old friends and was really helpful with a couple of logistical issues caused by our late arrival. Miramar is a smashing little spot with a couple of nice eateries. 20 minutes on the train from central Porto and half an hour walk down the beach to the more bustling village of Aguda.

Very cozy apartment in an old building with a good outdoor space. Rui was an excellent host and very responsive to any request, including getting us a new kettle! He was friendly and offered us lots of information about the city and neighbourhood. Pet-friendly was a huge bonus. The house is smaller than it seems in the photos but it is liveable and comfortable. There is a small gas heater for those chilly or damp nights. The two bedrooms was a huge plus. Kitchen had everything we needed as did the bathroom. The back garden was a nice place to relax on a sunny day. The neighbourhood is very walkable and close to all sorts of things like the metro, buses, cafes, supermarkets, parks, and restaurants. It doesn't take long to walk anywhere, or to take a bus into centro. The street is small and a very large car may have a problem parking there, but we didn't. We liked that the neighbourhood isn't too busy and is mostly residential. We would definitely choose this place again.

El alojamiento es ideal para familias o grupos grandes, la casa está ubicada en un entorno agradable con fácil aparcamiento a 15 min en coche de Porto. Destacaria la cocina que era muy amplia y pasamos ratos fantásticos en el Office con su gran mesa y grandes ventanales al bosque. La zona de sofás del salón era más austera y no cambiamos todos. Lo único a tener en cuenta de la cocina es que no hay lavavajillas ni lavadora. Los baños están todos muy bien, uno en planta baja y 2 en la primera planta, uno de ellos en suite, así que queda la única pega es que solo queda 1 baño para el resto de las 3 habitaciones + los que están en el atico puesto que no tienen baño, aunque tiene un pequeño lavado y un tocador. La mejor habitación es la del baño en suite, el resto tienen malos colchones, sobre todo los 2 colchones de 90cm. Por último, destacar el trato amabilísimo del Sr Arthur, ha sido un anfitrion excelente, siempre muy dispuesto a ayudar en que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta.

Wir sind absolut begeistert von der Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft von Jorge und Susana! Wir blieben 2 Wochen und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt! Es war makellos sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet und liebevoll dekoriert. Das Bett war so bequem! Jorge und Susana waren immer erreichbar und haben uns sogar bei Ankunft und während des Aufenthaltes ein paar Leckereien da gelassen. Toll auch war, dass wir ein Separé im Innenhof komplett für uns allein hatten. Für unsere beiden Hunde total toll, da sie den ganzen Tag in der Sonne liegen konnten, wenn wir arbeiteten, ohne dass wir Angst haben mussten, dass sie weglaufen können. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß direkt am riesigen Sandstrand. Es war traumhaft und auch die Nachbarn haben wir schnell ins Herz geschlossen. Herzlichen Dank für die tolle Zeit! Wir kommen wieder!

100%recomendable, cuando vuelva a Oporto, sin duda volveré. Una casa magnífica y un barrio tranquilo donde poder descansar después de ver la ciudad. Muy limpio y ordenado todo, así como un equipamiento magnífico de la casa.

Fabuleux, merveilleux ! Que dire de plus … Marina est une super Hôte chaleureuse, à l’écoute et qui aime partager ses bons plans et découvertes. La maison pour 12 personnes était très chaleureuse, avec de grands espaces. Merci à Marina pour ses attentions particulières et ses conseils. Nous avons passé un séjour paisible et agréable en famille. Une adresse à recommander les yeux fermés. Le quartier est agréable avec des commodités assez proches. Milles merci Marina pour l’accueil et les échanges ;)

El espacio de Antonio es muy lindo, súper funcional y accesible. Lo encontramos impecable, la atención de Antonio y Eva fue inigualable. Realmente nos sentimos bienvenidos y apoyados por ambos en todo momento. Excelentes anfitriones!

La maison est située en bord de mer (la plage est à moins de 5 min de marche) et donne sur un jardin. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour et avons pu facilement visiter les environs (Gaïa, Aveiro, Porto). Mention spéciale pour Hugo qui est très disponible et dispense de bons conseils.

This was a lovely Airbnb for us with 5 adults and a baby. Nick was so friendly and gave great local recommendations. The neighbourhood is a short metro into the city centre, but had nice local cafes and restaurants and was very close to groceries.

Très bon séjour, l appartement est conforme a la description, situé juste a côté de la plage et de commerces, et Dionisia est très réactive et agréable

The Villa was clean, super spacious and equipped with everything you might need. Just a 2 min walk from the beach, with a bakery and some restaurants also close by. Everything worked out just perfect and we had no complaints and Clara responded to messages relatively quickly. We really enjoyed the Villa and our stay. The only issue was communicating with the person who we had to contact when we needed something once we stayed at the Villa, response to our questions was usually late.

Nous avons passer un merveilleux séjour chez Ricardo , le logement était impeccable et spacieux , mes enfants ont adoré la piscine ainsi que le coin table à l’extérieur pour manger ( grill, …) j’ai apprécié également que la piscine soit bien sécurisé avec une barrière. Les équipements correspondent à l’annonce, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir chez lui ou nous l’avons trouver adorable et très sympathique. Je vous recommande cet établissement

Our stay was excellent! Elsa was over the top in every way! We had a gift of wine and custard tarts when we got there, Elsa arranged a reservation at an amazing restaurant and she responded quickly to any inquiry. Would definitely come back to this beautiful sanctuary.

Nou, wat een geweldige locatie in authentiek Porto! Een alles super schoon en alles bij de hand. Zelfs en mixer, die kapot was, meteen vervangen…. Wat een service. We waren met 2 pubers en 3 volwassenen, maar bij thuiskomst zeiden we tegen elkaar, dat deze 5 onvergetelijke vakantie-dagen super waren: ‘s morgens met de uitstekende uitgebreide tips van Nuno erop uit en daarna heerlijk genietend van tapas bij het zwembad! Nuno is een geweldige gastheer!!! Echt een aanrader!!!

Maison conforme en tous points à l annonce. Hôte très accueillant, serviable, à l écoute et réactif (lave vaisselle en panne qui a été remplacé à neuf dans la journée). Très flexible pour le Check in et le Check out. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour . Merci Manuel !

Fabulous apartment in quiet location. Comfy beds, spotlessly clean, immaculate roomy apartment

Tolles, sauberes Studio in zentraler Lage. Man kann Porto von hier aus super zu Fuß erkunden. Gleichzeitig ist die private Garage ein großer Pluspunkt. Im Studio findet man alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Inês war immer schnell, freundlich und hilfreich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen.

Had a fantastic time at this apartment. It was spacious for two people with a lovely balcony and a big stretch of garden. Beautifully decorated too and a really great location. The only downside was having to pay a ‘late check-in’ fee of €10 for arriving just past 9pm because our flight was delayed. Although this was outlined on the booking, we still felt that this was really unnecessary. Nobody wants a delayed flight and this cannot be helped. We presume this was because of inconvenience to the host who met us upon arrival, perhaps to get passport information, however this could have been arranged the next day. It is a small apartment and things were easily located and accessed without being shown around. The host also seemed to be in a rush to leave. There is a key safe which is used for checkout, therefore the key could have been left there for check-in. This isn’t a complaint but just some advice on how things could be improved! Thank you.

Das Appartment ist außerhalb des Trubels der Innenstadt und war schön ruhig gelegen. Morgens gibt es unten in der Cafeteria Kaffee und Croissants und ein Supermarkt ist auch unten im Haus. Die Gastgeberinnen waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Aussicht vom Wintergarten und Balkon hat mir gut gefallen. Alles war prima.

Impeccable heat insulation, you will appreciate it on cold windy days. It is a renovated building just a few minutes walk from the Metro, a couple of streets away from the busy Rua de Santa Catarina, thus convenient stores, restaurants and historical sights are near by. The flat has everything you might need to stay with a family of four. Very recommended.

Die Wohnung war ausgesprochen ruhig. Die Stadt gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Sie war sauber und die Betten waren sehr gut. Das grössere Zimmer teils niedrig und das kleine Zimmer sehr niedrig. Wer Platzangst hat oder nicht gut zu Fuss ist ist sie nicht zu empfehlen. Sonst ist alles sehr schön Küche und Wohnzimmer sind ok. 2 Badezimmer waren komfortabel und der Balkon gross mit schöner Aussicht. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und durften die Koffer früher deponieren. Bekamen gute Tips für die Stadt und Restaurant Vorschläge. Wir können sie gut weiterempfehlen. Marylou und Cyrill April 2024

Bel appartement fonctionnel, bien décoré et proche des commodités (marché bolheo, rue commerçante, centre historique). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Porto, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Ein tolles und gemütliches Haus in einer wunderbaren Lage für eine große Familie. Man kann an der langen Strandpromenade zum Hafen spazieren oder joggen oder auch gleich mit dem Bus oder der alten Trambahn in die Innenstadt Porto fahren. Schade, dass unser Aufenthalt so schnell vorbei war. Liebe Grüße von uns allen und vielen Dank, dass wir Deine Gäste sein durften.

Alles verlief reibungslos. Wir haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht und konnten noch am selben Tag einchecken. Der Host war auch zu später Stunde erreichbar, wofür wir sehr dankbar sind. Die Unterkunft war äußerst sauber, gut ausgestattet und in einer tollen Lage. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft, wir kommen gerne wieder!
