Die Wohnung und die Kommunikation waren beides top! Patrick war stehst schnell erreichbar, kompromissbereit, respektvoll und freundlich. Es wurden mir gleich zu Anfang alle nötigen Informationen geliefert und die Wohnung war in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Lage am Rhein ist sehr schön zum spazieren und die Bushaltestelle zum Bahnhof ist direkt vor der Tür. Rundum sehr wohl gefühlt.

Perfect getaway – the indoor pool is a dream! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 From start to finish, this stay was amazing. The appartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity one could hope for. But the true highlight was the indoor pool. It was pristine and very comfortably heated. It is such a unique luxury to enjoy swimming in total privacy, no matter the weather. Alexander is super friendly and accommodating, welcoming and responsive, with clear instructions and thoughtful touches -from extra towels to the super sofa, everything is chosen with comfort in mind. The space was peaceful and relaxing, making it perfect for a weekend getaway or even a longer stay. Swimming under the skylights or a cozy movie night after a dip - or even in the pool - all is possible. And there are also beautiful walks nearby - if you can drag yourself away ;-) Thank you Alexander for making your appartment and pool available and this stay so special. See you soon again! :-)

Ich wurde sehr herzlich empfangen und mir wurde alles gründlich gezeigt und erklärt. Klein aber feines Appartment, bequeme Couch und Matratze und die Aussicht vom Balkon ist wirklich fabelhaft. Ich komme gerne wieder, danke! 💪

Top Unterkunft! Super Größe der Wohnung für uns 4 und es hat an nichts gefehlt, top ausgestattet. Von daher ankommen und direkt im Urlaubsmodus.

Steffen is very nice. He met us at the apt to get us settled in. We picked this site because of the historic appearance of the building and washing machine/dryer. This apt is within walking distance from the Bad Wimpfen old city wall/tower and is 5 min by car from Aldi (toward Heilbrunn). (Check to make sure the refridgerator is on/plugged in before putting in your groceries.) This apt is on the second floor, and Steffen's restaurant/bar is on the main floor. (We had good quesidillas and pesto pasta at his restaurant; Bad Wimpfen old city restaurants seemed to be largely closed when we were there.) Things one should know: If you are a light sleeper, I recommend staying in the room which is away from the train tracks. The other room is quiet. There is a nominal additional tax to stay imposed by Bad Wimpfen (E 1.50 per adult).

Gran lugar para hospedarse en Kaiserslautern en familia y con amigos. El entorno invita a relajarse y a practicar running si estás con energía. Muy recomendable para todos.

Our family can’t say enough good things about this place! The house is technically 3 different apartments, one per floor, connected by a single staircase. The entry level and second level units have 2 bedrooms and share a nice sized bathroom along with a central space with a perfectly outfitted kitchen and common space. The third level has a just one bedroom and a smaller galley kitchen (which we didn’t use). The house is on a Main Street but quiet and an 8 or so minute walk into town. If you rented all 3 apartments you can easily have 10 people stay here. We were a party of 5 but three were older teens who adore having their own space so we rented all three. The house is a wonderful mix of modern and updated, the perfect distance from town and Christian is an attentive and thoughtful host. An absolute gem of an Airbnb. A++

Alles wie beschrieben, tolle Wohnung. Wir waren zu Acht als Familie und so kamen wir auch mit den Schlafplätzen gut klar, obwohl es keine abgeschlossenen Räume gibt. Die Terrasse ist sensationell mit Blick auf den Hafen.

LOVED IT! The little village was beautiful, the area was awesome, the house was PERFECT! Walkable to restaurants & grocery. The yard was fantastic, we ate outside because the weather was cooperative. Andre was so thoughtful & helpful & accommodating. Definitely one of my very favorite Airbnb stays!

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern (3,5 und 0,5 Jahre) dort. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und haben uns im Haus direkt wohlgefühlt. Die Sauna ist auf jeden Fall ein Highlight sowie der kleine Bach vor der Haustür. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.

We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad bij Helga. Dit was onze eerste vakantie met onze dochter (7 maanden) en we wilden vooral bijtanken: de tuin, de mooie ruimtes, de ligging en de omgeving spraken ons dan ook aan. Het was een ontzettend fijn verblijf: er waren overal gezellige zitjes, zowel binnen als buiten, in de keuken was allemaal kookgerei zodat we uitgebreid konden kokkerellen, Helga was ontzettend gastvrij en bracht ons met regelmaat verse eitjes en dacht mee met uitjes en als we wat nodig hadden. Bovendien hadden we alle privacy en had niemand last van (nachtelijk) gehuil - dus dat we voor ons ook heel prettig. Kortom: alle ingrediënten voor een geweldig verblijf!

Wir waren jetzt schon das zweite Mal in der Unterkunft von Lukas und wie auch beim letzten Mal war alles einfach toll. Schön sauber, alles gut ausgestattet und man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

War super. Keinerlei Beanstandungen. Top und uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

Was eine tolle Unterkunft! 🌟 Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt, die Unterkunft ist modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Alles war super sauber, ebenfalls war alles notwendige vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit Helena, war ebenfalls einwandfrei. Sie war jederzeit kurzfristig zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder ☺️

Wir waren auf einem Festival am Hockenheimring und waren super happy über diese Unterkunft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Kommunikation mit Markus und Christiane war super einfach und unkompliziert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen 😍 Vielen Dank an die beiden ☺️

Alles wie im Inserat beschrieben, wir waren absolut zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. Sehr saubere, große, gemütliche, perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung. Große Schrankwand im Schlafzimmer mit sehr viel Platz, Küche mit sehr viel Geschirr und allen wünschenswerten Utensilien, Spülmaschine, Backofen, Mikrowelle und Kaffeevollautomat (sogar ein Paket Kaffee war vorhanden, danke!). Toller Blick zum Neckar (Leider etwas eingeschränkt durch Fliegengitter an den Fenstern, was aber im Sommer sicher von Vorteil ist.) Auch die wunderschöne Wiese hinterm Haus, direkt am Neckar, konnten wir mitnutzen (Gartenmöbel vorhanden) . Trotz Lage direkt an der Hauptstrasse des Dorfes sehr ruhig. Der Vermieter Edward war im Urlaub, aber schriftlich erreichbar. Problemloser Check in mit seiner sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Nachbarin (wohnt im Stockwerk darüber im gleichen Haus). Sie war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich sofort um alles gekümmert. Ihr gilt unserer besonderer Dank!
