Private Guesthouse

This is a very comfortable NON-SMOKING guesthouse/ studio room with private entrance. Absolutely NO ANIMALS allowed due to my allergies. It has one queen bed. Private full bathroom. There is dresser space as well as hangers. It also has a desk for work space. Smart TV can be used with streaming services. This space does not have a kitchen. But it does have a small fridge and a microwave. Absolutely no filming or photography anywhere on the premises. No visitors allowed without my consent.

At this point we have waived all extra fees. We don’t charge for cleaning or pet fees. Heart of the city lies this fairytale cottage with modern amenities to appeal to all! In the trendy industrial section of north hollywood u get the best of both worlds . Hear a waterfall from ur door under pine trees or 10 minutes to Hollywood Blvd. We have a lot of trees and flowers and there is some wildlife. This room is like an apartment studio with its own bathroom, kitchenette, and bedroom. There is a separate, private entrance/exit. Lots of closet space and cozy lighting! Good for folks who seek a quiet, cozy stay in the Greater Los Angeles area. We are a 5 min drive from Cal State, Northridge in the historic San Fernando Valley.
