Though you are not around sandy beaches, we've made ever attempt to make sure while you are here, you feel like you are on a beach vacation. Whether a night, or a week, you will enjoy your stay gathering around the 75" big screen or outside on the patio barbecuing on the grill. No chance of seasickness here, just a good stay while you're away.

You'll enjoy features like antique chalkboards used as countertops, hayloft floors, handmade lighting fixtures and more.

Enjoy all downtown has to offer while staying in comfort and style. Everything in this apartment is brand new as of June 2023. All three bedrooms have hotel quality king sized mattresses and smart TVs, both bathrooms offer custom tile showers, the living room is furnished with 2 full sized leather sofas and a swivel chair and a 70” smart TV. Our kitchen is fully stocked including a dishwasher and we have a washer/dryer. * Need more space… we also have 2 other listings in the same complex.

This second floor - 1 bedroom, dine-in kitchen, with a very cozy bedroom is all you need to be at peace. Relax and enjoy the large patio! Get up close and personal with the Sandusky River. Check out the adorable play house, walk the yard and relax by the fire pit and boat launch. The entrance to the apartment is the green stairway shown in the pictures.
