The house was great and easy to find. The remodel was lovely and had a great feel throughout the house. We would definitely go back again. I would highly recommend this home, you won’t be disappointed!

Quiet, cozy, and an ideal place for two 😌 Allyson and Evan are the BEST hosts! They have created a high quality, thoughtfully planned, and fully stocked home with everything you could need. We felt so comfortable and welcomed. We appreciated all the extra details like chargers, pre-logged in streaming apps, kitchen pantry basics, steamer and iron, humidifier, games, and even the simple hangers and extra coat hooks where needed. Both Allyson and Evan have thought of everything and were readily available to help if we had any questions. We highly recommend them and we hope to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful place to stay while in Tahoe and close to restaurants, shopping and the lake! We enjoyed the beautiful mid-century modern vibes, the hot tub and proximity to the lake. Mark was helpful with his local suggestions and his communication was impeccable. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again!

This is a beautiful home with warm and peaceful energy. The home was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of linens, dishes, cooking utensils and extras like lotions and shampoo/conditioner. Teri is a great host and was available to answer questions or give instructions.

Jeff, was a great host and everything was as advertised in the AirBnB listing. We were a party of 9 in town for a wedding (3 couples, 3 solo, 1 child, 1 dog). This was one of the few spaces in Reno that have us all the private space for each guest, was pet friendly and multiple living room arrangements. We lucked into finding Jeff's space as it really gave us everything we needed from our stay. The location was convenient, the place was super clean, the furniture was all comfortable, and the setup was spacious. We only had one minor issue with the keypad being glitchy when we first arrived (these things happen), but Jeff was on it and had the situation remedied within minutes. He was super responsive. 5/5 stars. Overall, I would definitely recommend for a large group that needs room and flexible room arrangements.

Absolutely beautiful neighborhood and home. The front and back yards are immaculately landscaped. We felt right at home. The house is decorated and furnished very tastefully and comfortably. I would definitely stay again.

Global's listing was well worth the visit. It is such a peaceful spot both inside and out. We walked around the lake, worked out in the gym, ate at the restaurant next door, had coffee and bagels at the coffee shop downstairs, watched 2 late nite movies on the ultra wide screen TV and utilized the well stocked kitchen to warm up left overs and make popcorn. It was so easyto just to relax around the complex, however we were also so close to all the activities we planned...15 minutes from the Belice musical that we attended in Reno, 7 minutes from the rifle range in Sparks, and 15 minutes from the Automotive Museum in Reno. Oh and the bed was super comfy!! This was an amazing getaway to celebrate my husband's 65th birthday. Thanks to Chris for sharing his space & hospitality!

We loved our stay!! We didn’t get to enjoy all of the amenities because we were busy at a volleyball tournament most of the time, but the place was wonderful to come home to every night!

Amazing visit! The apartment was exactly as pictured, and had a unique vibe than other airbnb's I've stayed at (in a good way!). Didn't have a chance to read any of the books but took down some of the names because I was intrigued. Was able to fit in a quick gym sesh in the morning, with the gym being nicer than the photos which was a welcomed surprise. The airport is less than 15 minutes away, and the apartment is walking distance from UNR, making the location perfect for us. Sibin was great, answered all of my questions within minutes. Will likely be back here to visit Tahoe in the summer!

sean was the most outstanding and friendly host i have ever had! the soace was clean the bathroom was huge! it was very homey and had lots of history to learn about the area . hada super fun game! and lots of sleeping arrangement options. he came and greeted us in the morning and was so friendly i will definitely stay here again!

I stayed at a couple Airbnb's in Reno and Sibin's was by far the best. It was set up very nicely. Nice furniture, appliances, etc. Sibin was very fast with responses as well as kind and courteous. It was a quiet building & neighborhood. 10/10 experience!

Such a good stay for our big group and family and friend celebration. The valley this house sits in is a real stunner. Snow in the distance. Rustic mountains up close. Yet still easy to get to Lemmon valley, golden valley, ski resorts (45-60 mins), moon rocks for dirt biking, animal ark and Raptor Adventures.

Donna’s place worked great for my wife and I for a night while we were visiting our daughter. The morning deer in the yard was a nice touch.
